Victor Ramirez - the crooked sold me the car and lied to me from the start when I signed the document said that the title will come within 90 days. After 4 months, no title from DMV. I called Victor about it and he lied to me again they already submitted all documents to DMV, and DMV don't have the staffing to process my documents. Weeks later We stopped by in person to o confronted them, and the guy named Xavier Camarillo- who handles the Documents, also lied to me, just wait. After 6 months without title, I started to get help from the DMV dealer Investigator and reported my issues. I also got Oregon Department of Justice involved to help me. Finally in May 20,2024, almost a year later I RECEIVED THE TITLE. It was painful and lots of headaches and inconvenient for me. MY ADVICE: DONT BUY CARS FROM THESE PEOPLE! Unless they can show you the TITLE on hands. DONT TAKE THEIR WORD, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKED! Save yourself a headaches and inconvenience by taking your business somewhere else. The ONLY positive I can say is that they recently hired a new girl named Luanna Zavala who worked in title department, she was sincere helpful to get the title. Besides that, I don't trust anyone else there.

Here's the reason why: Adrian, along with his crew Cici and Ilsa did a fantastic job applying ceramic coating on body/wheels, PPF full front end protection and window tints on my vehicle. I was impressed by the amount of detail and work that this crew did to protect my vehicle as well as allowing it to keep that luster in its paint for many years to come. I could feel that unique ceramic-coated texture when you glide your fingers across the paint. The XPEL Prime XR 70% tint applied over factory privacy glass resulted in a perfect blend and I'm very impressed with the outcome indeed. The vehicle was in their shop for 2 days from Thursday-Sat because of the amount of services I requested requests and I wasn't in any hurry getting the car back.
