He has been there awhile. He is the best customer service person, just down to earth and naturally friendly. Seems to really enjoy his work. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. At first I thought they were not weighted properly. He weighted the tires and I was off. That did not help. Luis then without any questions asked, had a new pair of tires on their way to replace these tires. They arrived in a day When I went back the next day it was a few minutes before closing and he stayed 45 minutes after shop to put those tires on himself. Making sure everything was smooth My biggest pleasure was being treated with honesty. This was a warranty issue, and everything was so smooth and easy, and the entire time I was treated like family.
