I love my new car. I feel that it was fairly priced, and Vic was good to work with. The car had been serviced and was clean.

THEY SELL CARS WITHOUT TITLES AND LIED TO CUSTOMERS. We bought a Subaru Forester from them in June 23, 2023. Victor Ramirez - the crooked sold me the car and lied to me from the start when I signed the document said that the title will come within 90 days. After 4 months, no title from DMV. I called Victor about it and he lied to me again they already submitted all documents to DMV, and DMV don't have the staffing to process my documents. Weeks later We stopped by in person to o confronted them, and the guy named Xavier Camarillo- who handles the Documents, also lied to me, just wait. After 6 months without title, I started to get help from the DMV dealer Investigator and reported my issues. I also got Oregon Department of Justice involved to help me. Finally in May 20,2024, almost a year later I RECEIVED THE TITLE. It was painful and lots of headaches and inconvenient for me. MY ADVICE: DONT BUY CARS FROM THESE PEOPLE! Unless they can show you the TITLE on hands. DONT TAKE THEIR WORD, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKED! Save yourself a headaches and inconvenience by taking your business somewhere else. The ONLY positive I can say is that they recently hired a new girl named Luanna Zavala who worked in title department, she was sincere helpful to get the title. Used car dealership, you get what you pay for... get a warranty if you can. I got a car about 3-4 months ago, it had some minor issues but that's what happens with a used car, so it's ok. Reason for 4 stars, cause of the awkwardness of the sales guy when we were there. My wife and I were talking and asking questions and the guy seemed less than thrilled to answer them but I chalked it up to cultural differences. However, when you want someone to buy something, playing with your phone and not making eye contact is not gonna entice people to buy.. At the end of the day, I'm grateful to have a car that did not have serious issues. Thank you Persian. read more

I have been talking to Jose about the 2013 Acura MDX for a week because I live in Southern Oregon and they are in the Portland area. He told me absolutely nothing was wrong with the car. So we set it up to go to Affordable Automotive to have it checked out before driving up there. Right off the mechanics knew it wasn't good. The dealer had cleared all the codes on it, but it was blinking Engine Light which means don't drive the car. Buying my car was an easy process. I test drove it and everything and there were no problems at all. About 1 month into owning the car the check engine light came on. I had to replace an ignition coil- not a problem it was an easy fix. Then a month later the engine light came on again. I had to replace the ECM. I couldn't fix it myself so I brought it to a dealership and they made me aware of all of the problems with the car. Turns out I bought a lemon. Im very disappointed because when I bought the car the salesperson kept reassuring me that there were no problems with the vehicle whatsoever. They just didn't want to mention all of the underlying problems. I don't recommend buying from here. read more

Buying a used car can be difficult and not without risk, but I completely trust the judgment of the owner, Ben Rafahi, who learned the car business from his family as a teenager. Ben chooses his cars from the auction very carefully, based on his lifetime of knowledge and experience. He also has a stellar mechanic that has been with him for years! Many of his sales people have also been with him for years. Jorge (George) was a joy to work with. He was extremely polite, courteous and personable with me. The sales people take their time with you, not in a hurry and never push. Jorge went out of his way in the line of service for me. After hours he met me at the car rental return and brought me back to sign the paperwork. He was so kind and understanding of my circumstances. Persian Motors really saved me, again, as this is the third time buying from them! They have the BEST rate for financing in the country, unbelievable savings! I have had some very unfortunate luck with cars in the past and have not had very good experiences with many car dealerships and the pushy (I'm selling you a car today regardless what it is) mind set when approaching a sale. I came in looking at a couple different cars on the lot, knowing it's a used car dealership, not wanting to buy brand new, and while speaking with Bahman (the sales associate) and he asked me what I wanted, and what my comfortable price range would be. Not referring to the cars on his lot, just what I would generally want in a vehicle. The genuine concern he had in what I wanted was VERY comforting. I'm the kind of person that wants the bang for the buck and wants something nice, affordable yet loaded as possible and something with great mileage considering I drive 65 miles a day. I didn't find a vehicle that I loved that day, but we exchanged information and he said that if he came across anything within my needs in a vehicle, he would contact me and we would discuss further options. A couple weeks later, I was emailed by him, with a 2014 Mini Cooper S within my price range that they had recently acquired. Being a huge fan of the 2003 remake of The Italian Job, I have always loved Mini Coopers but always considered them "out of my range" considering it is a German manufactured car and can range in the higher dollars. This car had 60k, two owners and was from Seattle, WA and had a clean Carfax. Sunroof, Harmon Kardon sound system, charcoal grey, 6 speed 2.0L turbo charged motor, and of course, got great mileage yet had some get up if needed. Came in for a test drive and instantly I fell in love. I am a car person, and need a fun driving experience since I spend so much time in the car. Luckily, being in my twenties and needing a first time auto loan, I was approved for the amount of the car and I have been smiling ever since. Bahman's interest in my satisfaction exceeded my expectation. Bonus points for him also being a car enthusiast as I am!! Walked away with a great deal, I have had no issues with my car since purchase and I will definitely be coming back with any car interests. Highly recommend!! 5/5 for sure read more

AVOID--AVOID--AVOID!!! I purchased a Volkswagon EOS after first looking at a VW Jetta Persian Motors was trying to sell that had two of the 4 cylinders NOT working. The car I bought made it 30 miles up the hill toward Seaside, OR before white smoke began spewing from the exhaust and from under the hood. The car began to shudder AND the motor made a loud clicking noise. The "Check Engine" like was blinking RED like crazy. I immediately called Xavier, the sales person, and he asked me to take the VW EOS to Safeway parking lot in Seaside and leave it and take the key fobs. I was able to limp to that location with the smoking, shuddering vehicle. After nine days I called to see what was going on and was told by Xavier he would come to my house to pick up the keys and vehicle the next day. He never called back! Luckily I cancelled the loan right after the engine blew up (head gasket was shot when I bought the car is my guess). I then mailed back the key fobs. But now I'm wondering what else might happen. We bought a 08 Dodge Ram back in June of 2021 and Vick was not polite at all with us in the process. We asked several times if there was anything wrong with the truck. He said no several times. We took it for an inspection on that day and no codes ran up and said the truck was perfectly fine. So we trusted Vick that there was nothing wrong with it. It was a 3-4 hr drive for us to get back home and when we got back home, the transmission light came on. We were like "are you serious?!!". I took it to my mechanic and they said that the dealership had cleared all the codes on the truck and once you drive a certain amount of miles then the codes will regenerate. So he said we eventually need to replace the transmission. We were like great. So we took it to several places and got some second opinions on the truck. We ended up getting stuck on the side of the road for 2 hours because the transmission got way too hot and we had a baby in the back seat. That was a nightmare. Then about 2-3 months ago, I got a call from a DMV private investigator saying that they reported our bill of sale 2 months late so they basically scammed the DMV and us. This by far has been the biggest car issues I've ever had to deal with. Please do NOT go to this place. They are rude and a rip off. Plus they sell you bad cars. It costed us $2500 to fix the transmission! read more

Went to test drive a van for 11k. To begin the car wouldn't even start because there wasn't enough gas to turn on. After getting enough fuel to drive the car quit working during the test drive...wouldn't shift into drive. I had to walk back to the dealership and the guy working offered no apology or explanation and was more annoyed about how long I had been gone...worst car experience ever read more

I purchased a couple cars here and will always go to this dealership Very honest and kind. I bought an all black BMW here and have had my car for over 3 years with no problems. They are so nice and friendly. It's a family owned business. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Bahman (Ben) and he is SO sweet and kind. Wealth of knowledge when it comes to cars and so much more. He was a JOY to work with and made my car shopping experience AMAZING! Did not push me out of my comfort zone, was not pushy. Super honest, and very real. Also gave me life advice lol. As I've wanted certain updates for my car, Ben has been so nice and remembers me!! He helps me get the parts I need and gives them to be AT cost. He also has an amazing eye when it comes to classics. This man seriously can find you WHATEVER car you want. Even if he doesn't have it in his inventory he will find you your dream car with the color, features and any other requirements you have. Reading some of these other reviews makes me sad because they work so hard and have gone above and beyond for me and my friends! I have sent multiple friends to them to purchase cars and all have left so happy and still have their cars with NO problems. They also offer trade ins and finance! I recently helped my son purchase a car from Persian Motors. There was a body part on the car that needed to be repaired/replaced and they agreed at the time of the sale to replace the part. After waiting over a month the part arrived and after a few hours of so called installation he was told it was the wrong part. They agreed to order another part, we have been waiting weeks for the new part to arrive with no results. Were told they were getting part off eBay and eBay was processing order slowly but they would give my son $80 which was cost of part on embay, he declined and said he wanted the part replaced as promised at time of sale. My son finally went to a Subaru dealer, ordered the part ($144) and took invoice to Persian Motors, gave to salesman (owner not there) and was told it was no problem owner would be in next day and would have a check for the part. Went in to pick up check, when envelope opened check was for $80. Explained that salesman had said he talked with owner and it was no problem with the $144 invoice and they would pay for the part. Again the owner was not available. Advice is not to deal with this dealership, they seem to be very dishonest and continue to play shell game with customers. I cannot think of an activity I hate more than car shopping. I was in the market for a used minivan for my family and really wanted a Honda Odyssey. I went to Honda of Hillsboro and was greeted by a rather pushy, stinky, and unprofessional gentleman selling a 2001 Odyssey for a whopping $8k. Totally put off by the outrageous price AND the salesman. Well, there was an identical Odyssey listed online for half the price at a dealer by the name of Rafahi. We took our chances and went there to take a look. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to work with these guys. We went and looked at the van on a Wednesday and went away to think about it. We were not bothered by them in any way and they were perfectly happy if we bought the van or if we decided against it. We went back on a Saturday and purchased the van from Rafahi. DISPICIBALE! - Persian Auto employs people that define sleazy used car salesmen. Rich and his Sales Managers don't know their inventory, claiming a car on their lot was a special model when it wasn't. They posted the car as being a single owner, while the Car Fax clearly showed multiple owners. We agreed on a price, however, they raised it $600.00 more when I arrived from a 2-hour drive to their lot. I was unable to test-drive the car because the serpentine belt was shredded and spun off the air conditioning pulley. I returned home from a disappointing 2-hour drive with nothing to show for it. Their listings suggest they were providing a premium quality vehicle, at an above premium price, while the car was literally undrivable, and falling apart before your very eyes. It became apparent they do not inspect their cars and ignore any needed repairs, rather slapping a no-warranty paper on the window and put it out in the lot to sell. I asked if the car could be inspected at a local Subaru dealer. I indicated that I was willing to pay for the inspection upon its passing inspection, although, was told the vehicle that had previously sat on their lot for 55 days had miraculously sold (...what happened to the car being undrivable, and you couldn't get it fixed for 2 days...interesting). When I asked Rich why he didn't just tell me the car had already sold when he first answered the phone, instead of allowing me to go through the whole request for an inspection, he attempted to insult me further by saying; "because you were just flapping your mouth". I'm sorry I invested the better part of a day and the fuel to consider doing business with Persian Motors, but I can't help but feel I dodged a bullet not having this transaction work out. read more

The car was nice but Vic the dealer was a shyster. He has a photocopy of a 7 year old title that was signed by a seller but no buyer, and expected us to believe that he would mail the original to us and that's all we needed. He claimed the original was at the bank and couldn't be retrieved until the next day, even though we'd wait. Why he didn't have it on hand already I don't know, he'd known for several days that we were coming to look at the car. Also every time we asked him about the loan or lien that was reported on the car just the previous month, he told us that we shouldn't worry about it and that Carfax couldn't be trusted. All of this was said in a rude, loud, angry, argumentative voice after he interrupted us every time we tried to talk. I finally stood up and said 'we're out of here'. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to stay as far away from these crooks as possible. read more
