Worst body shop in Oregon. Reffed by State Farm as the cheapest auto shop which they work with. Gave me a completely wrong repair estimate to find out that my car is a total loss over a dented bumper. They like to do that to get you in the door and milk the insurance money. read more

Gerber Collision and the staff at the Beaverton, OR location exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We are extremely grateful to Luis, the manager, and Morgan, in particular, who made the whole experience wonderful- beginning to end. My car needed repairs after a small accident in Oct 2020, and we immediately filed a claim with our insurance and set up an appointment with Gerber Collision. They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly, however, right as we were dropping off my Ford Escape, an emergency occured with our other car, causing us to cancel the appointment and prioritize getting our other car fixed at the dealership. We procrastinated for months and other priorities took over, and we finally realized we needed to get it fixed before our baby was born! So in May 2021 I rescheduled with Gerber, and the staff remembered me and our situation and were again, very accommodating and fit us into their schedule within weeks. The staff was courteous and followed Covid guidelines, but I was most impressed with the diligent follow-ups and regular communications I received after dropping off the car for service. Morgan was extremely patient with my questions and request to provide written clarification on our claim coverage and charges, and Luis stayed back after 5pm on the day of pick-up as that was the only time that worked for us to collect our vehicle. The quality of work was phenomenal, they even vacuumed the interior of the car to get it baby-ready for us. The car was also ready well before the original date given. Overall, the quality and customer service at this Gerber location was outstanding to say the least. I highly recommend them! read more

Louis is an absolute gem. His team handled the body work (on which they did a great job) after an accident AND they were the liaison with other shops for all of the mechanical repairs that were also needed. When I continued having mechanical issues, they held my hand all the way through each time. I really felt like Louis and Gerber had my back and actually cared about doing the right thing by me. I was so impressed by their care and dedication. Louis was always incredibly professional, but it felt like doing professional business with a friend. He always told me he appreciated me and it felt genuine. I certainly hope I don't get into any more accidents but if I do, Gerber will be the first place I go. read more

Only one voicemail left from anyone after these reviews were placed. I did not call back since nothing could be done at this point. Now the car is at another shop getting repaired. Gerber broke the bumper while removing it and glued the tab back in place. Yes, glued the tab back in place. They also forgot to put bolts back in behind the grill and broke two more tabs on the driver side fender. Car is back in the shop for another week to two weeks. Original repairs cost $2400 from Gerber and USAA has approved an additional $3500 in repairs from the damage caused by Gerber. The new repair shop said the bumper almost came off in his hands when performing a more in-depth inspection and removing other necessary parts. Surprised it stayed on while driving. read more

DO NOT take your vehicle here. I was involved in an accident at the end of February. Resulting in the inability to drive my car. After a week of mis - information I was able to bring my car to Gerber for repairs and the POSSIBLE determination of totaling my vehicle. After waiting over a month and countless automated text messages (ZERO human contact) the INSURANCE COMPANY informed me they 'totaled' my car. When I arrived to obtain my remaining belongings, I discovered some particular items were missing. This included my $130 skateboard as well as 8 miniatures I collected that sat on my dashboard. Nothing else was missing - including a bit of cash in my coin section and a high end mounted charger. When I approached the manager he claimed it 'must have' been part of a string of potential break in's the week before. I was NEVER informed of any such thing. There was no evidence of a broken door, window or even scratches from a Slim Jim. It was completely obvious a Gerber employee decided to help themselves to my items. business allows their workers to steal customer's belongings. They were in possession of my car keys the entire time. When I went into the office to view photos - PLAIN as day were my items AFTER the timeline he shared for the so called 'break in'. The employees all but fled the office and the energy changed entirely. Since then I haven't heard a peep. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service as well as the staff. So on Thanksgiving i wrecked my sisters car and it was initially towed to scottys auto body and the people there were rude, and sidnt seem to even know where the car was when it was supoosed to be in their parking lot i had contacted gerber collision and spoke to rena scott and she handled it. These guys (Rick and Brandon) go above and beyond when it comes to customer service! So much so that I personally witnessed them help a damsel in distress. The lady in question was outside crying to her insurance because after spending all the extra money she had on the deductible, there was still a part she needed for her car in order for her to drive it off the lot. After being told by the insurance that "It wasn't their problem." And "They wouldn't be helping with the towing." She was literally stranded. Rick and Brandon walked outside and told her they would personally cover another day in her rental car AND the needed part. I don't know if any other place that would take it upon themselves to help someone like that. Definitely recommend! Five stars! read more

Sadly this isn't my first experience with FIX auto,but joyfully I choose to have them do my repairs when needed. In Oregon State you can go to any repair shop of your choice, but some insurance companies have "established relationships" with certain shops, this means they will not have to send out an "adjustment agent" to compare the estimate with other shops. Fix just happens to be "established" with State Farm ins and I had just happened to be hit by another State Farm ins holder. I was rear ended last Monday, I had no clue how bad the damage was since I was still able to drive, but I was able to rest assured knowing that the other party had State Farm ins and my previous experience with SF and Fix auto were both excellent. I Finally took my car in midweek to get an estimate and was immediately told that my car was in no shape to drive, that the bumper had been smashed in so badly that it had covered the exhaust, and had since melted away at the bumper. before I was able to process the thought of not having my beloved Subaru for a week, The guys had a rental car called in for me and on its way... after some brief questions, I was on my way back to work in a rental car. 3 business days later I got a call first thing in the morning saying my little gem of a car would be available for pick up after 4:30. When I pulled up, I was in love all over again, my car looked better then when I drove it from the car lot, it had been washed, vacuumed, wiped down and lookin' all fresh! I handed over my rental keys, signed a document, reminded of their guarantee of all of their repairs and was thanked for choosing to do business with Fix Auto. The process was so easy, I do not recommend getting into a car accident, but if you need some car repairs I do recommend Fix Auto. My car came back looking better then before I bought it! read more

I just picked up my vehicle after having a new front fender replaced and the bumper repaired. They did an awesome job matching the paint and the new fender fits better than the original one. Their pricing was competitive. There was a cost over run. After they got the car apart they found that the front head lite was bad and needed to be replaced. When I picked up the car they showed me the bad one. I recommend them as the repairs were perfect and done on time. read more

I was rear ended couple weeks ago so took my 2011 Honda Odyssey to have the back bumper replaced. Not only did they replace the damage that was done due to the accident, but they also buffed out scrapes that were already there from few months back! Gerber also washed and vacuumed my car throughly before delivering! I was involved in a rear end accident in 2010 and Fix Auto did a fantastic job in repairing my Chrysler 300 back to new condition. Just last week the locking mechanism for my trunk would not allow to open. I brought it back to Fix Auto and they repaired it for no charge since they did the work a few years back. I had the best experience with Fix Auto Beaverton. The staff was amazing and they absolutely went above and beyond in terms of their customer service. I had an issue with my new car seats and when I couldn't get anyone from any of the fire stations or anywhere to look at them, Chad called the sherrifs department and had someone come out the shop to take a look and ensure that they were properly fit. He had his staff take out time in their day to make sure my kids would be safe in my car. Defniitley wasn't something that Fix Auto needed to do. The entire staff made me feel like I was so important. They had great communication with me about my car and my car looks great! I would HIGHLY recommend using this body shop. read more

BOTTOM LINE, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXTENDED RATE, CLEARLY FELT THAT GETTING MY CAR DONE WAS UNIMPORTANT, AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO PAY FOR THE RENTAL THAT I KEPT HAVING TO EXTEND BECAUSE THEY KEPT PUSHING MY PICK UP DATE OUT FARTHER AND FARTHER. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE FOR REPAIRS EVER. I have had the absolute worst experience in the world with Fix Auto Beaverton. THE ABSOLUTE WORSTE. I took my car here to get my bumper replaced because it was the same place my mother took it before after the car was ran into the garage. The moment I brought my car they were giving me crap for them having to do the bumper again. They took the car and I had an estimated date back of Friday. I Brought the car in on a Monday. Friday roles around and I receive a call WHILE I AM AT WORK and they knew my work hours because I had previously told them. When I called them back they proceeded to tell me that because of a bend in on of my fenders I would not be able to get my car back until the following Monday. I sighed and let it go. Monday roles around and again they call me on the hours of my work and they guy Rick says to me, "You're a hard person to get a hold of". I said right back "Yes that is because I work over a 40 hours a week in the morning just like I told you the day I dropped my car off." He tells me that my car isn't ready to be picked up because they couldn't get the fog lights to work. Then he asked me if they were working before because he didn't want to fix them if they weren't. My fogs came stock on my car so I said yeah and they should be fixed when I go to get my car. HE then unbelievably asked me if I even wanted them fixed so I could come get my car early. I was so enraged with the laziness in his voice over the phone that I almost lost it. My pick up date had now been pushed out from Friday to Monday, and Now to Wednesday when I had dropped my car off on the previous monday. The got the fogs to work and a new bumper back on, but the Customer Service was HORRIBLE and they couldn't even zip tie my underglow properly back into place. It shines through my lower grill and looks absolutely ridiculous. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. read more

FIX IT AUTO Rocks! My car was rear ended recently so my husband told me to drop it off there. The guy met me outside, explained the process, took my info AND told me how to communicate with State Farm Insurance. AMAZING! Since State Farm told me nothing, i kept calling Fix it to get info. They walked me thru the entire process start to finish. Helped me communicate with Insurance (mine and the Lady who hit me). Since it took 4 days to repair, i had a rental car which i picked up on site. Fix it kept me in the loop on all repairs, when it was complete i was able to drop the car and pick up my car in about 15 minutes.....It was all great! Next, i called them to order a part for my car, dropped over ordered the part, then received a car in about 2 days, brought it in and they repaired it on site immediately with out any cost to me other than the part i ordered........BOOM! Last, i needed a headlight repaired, called and was told to drop over, they told me which part to get and where to get it and hurry back. once i returned they took the car right in, replaced the headlight (AUTO ZONE) sold me the wrong one), but FIX IT happened to have a correct one! Fixed it with again, no cost to me. I cannot say enough about how well this place preforms. If you don't live near HWY 26 and Murray road, i would say COME ON OUT! They are well worth the drive. YES, i would take my car there again and tell all my friends to do the same. read more

Dear Mr. Walker: I picked up my fully restored car this week and the first thing I said to Brandon when I greeted him was that I wanted to have the name of his boss to tell him how well Brandon treated me. When I came by three weeks ago with my battered car I thought I could come by just for an estimate of the repair costs without an appointment. State Farm had given me the names of three companies and I had called each one early in the morning and they all were busy but I thought I heard on the phone from this location that I could come by without an appointment. This turned out not to be so, and Brandon was busy with another customer. Brandon was very gracious just the same and despite my not getting the correct phone information, Brandon took the time to look at my car and give me a rough estimate of the costs for my paperwork. I really appreciated that Brandon was so kind then and when he evaluated my car and said that he felt it was unsafe for me to drive it any longer he agreed to take my car in that very morning although he was already booked with other cars that needed repair work and had standing appointments . I knew that each car shop was overloaded with cars damaged during the winter storm!! He then helped me book a rental car and told me that he would stay in touch with me during the time the car was being repaired. He was so gracious and unflappable it was wonderful to see how well your company handled customers. When I picked up my car Brandon offered to help me again taking things from my rental car over to the car that I own. I was so touched by his willingness to say this and do this when he has more important things to do in his job. I did this by myself I hope that this letter can become part of his file and that you continue to value his work in the years to come. I plan to send a copy of this email to my State Farm staff so they know how pleased I am with their recommendation. read more

Had a minor fender bender when we got ice in the hills several weeks ago. My insurance company had Fix It as one of the repair shops listed. Tim and team did a great job not only fixing the things covered by the insurance but also some other prior damage when someone dented our door in the parking lot (very noticeable dent and deeply scratched the paint). Since the car would be in the shop to repair the front bumper, I asked Tim to give us a quote to fix the dented door. It was expensive (to me) but definitely more reasonable than a previous quote that I had gotten from another body shop. They did a great job - the car looks great and they even touched up additional spots for me. The door that they repaired looked brand new. They also shuttled me home when I first dropped the car off as well as picked me up when my car was done. Great work and customer service from Tim and his team at Fix It. Hope I never need car body repair services again but if I do, they'll be my first choice. read more
