I waited over a month and 1/2 to get my truck in for repair because of their yelp reviews. First delay came when they reach out and said the parts were damaged. No problem, but that was the last time they reached out. I called on the new revised date when the truck was supposed to be finished. They told me it would now be Monday or Tuesday. I waited until that following Wednesday to call them. Was told it would be finished later that day. No call or text. Called the following day. It was finished, and they said they had left voicemails. No voicemails, no texts. I know they had the right number because of the communication about the damaged parts. Didn't finish the repairs(was told they would clean up the wheel from the impact). Left random parts in the vehicle that did not belong to my truck. I had asked if they could use my touch up paint for a scratch while it was there, and that I would pay for it. Cookie said no problem, and there would be no charge. . When I called to check status the first time, reminded them about that. Never did it . The body works looks ok at this point. I have been to Scottie's three times. Twice for my 2015 Mazda and once for my 2021 Toyota. I've had an excellent experience each time. They're on time. They don't overcharge or sell you on additional unnecessary repairs. Scottie's has been so great to work with! My husbands truck was involved in a hit n run while we were out of town. We then got his pickup towed over to Scottie's and 2 days later someone cut into Scottie's fence, hot wired his pickup, broke the sliding gate, and drove off.( Scottie's is a safe lot, first time a vehicle has been stolen from there ever) After a few days we found it and returned it to Scottie's. Had a couple smallish body work issues that needed fixing. After estimate, in a few days, Office manager Cookie agreed to "work my car in", while I waited for up to 5 hours inside Scotties building. I live in the country, by myself, and is difficult, time-consuming, and expensive to get neighbor to drive me to and from Scotties. Happy with the repairs, which took about 3 hours. Final cost was about $78 less than original estimate. Office lady took the time to explain to me, and actually show me details of the repairs. Office ladies courteous and respectflul. A great locally owned repair team. I have brought my Yukon in for alignment and maintenance and been happy with the expertise and quality.

I was in for body work on driver front panel. Why was the passenger seat ( front and back) covered with mud?? It was a week in the 90's. Why was a shop fan put into my car? Clearly the indentations on the leather seats were from the feet of a fan. Why would anyone return a vehicle to the customer like that? No reason to have been in my car except to drive it in and out of a work area. My car is not your break room. I didn't realize that a pig farmer would be working on my car. And I had to remove a glop of glue from the panel now repaired. Customer service was just poor. Apparently, I interupted the woman's tale of woe to her co-workers as she treated me like an object of scorn. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Never buy from this place. Cars and trucks are not what you think. Not sure how well they are checked out. Bought a truck with full warranty. Transmission went out during first 8 months and was told warrenty would not cover it because it had a programmer which was in truck when I bought it. Worst alignment service ever! Spent $70 doing alignment, but Scotties just made my alignment worse, pulls, and steering wheels crooked further. They were unable to fix and refused to refund, end up spent another $80 at Les Schwab, who fixed my car by doing huge adjustment on my 4 wheels. Avoid this place! read more

i took my truck in to have the slave cylinder replaced because it was leaking they also recommended to replace the rear main seal because it was seeping so we took there recomandation and had them replace that too. they had the truck 3 1/2-4 days when I got the truck back the transmission case leaked and the truck was puking oil. I called them back and they would not take responsibility for there mistake. they told me to bring the truck in and they would look at it so I did. Another 3 1/2 days later I had to call them to find out the status of my truck. they didn't fix anything and didn't even pull the truck apart to look and see what was leaking. They told me if they pulled the transmission out and found out that the rear main seal was not leaking they were going to charge me another $500 to put the transmission back in and that if the rear main seal was not the problem and it was the oil pan which they also messed with to fix the rear main seal they would charge me another $700 to fix that because they would have to raise the motor even though the leaks were caused by them because it didn't leak from the transmission case or the rear main seal before we took the truck in and it did after they worked on it. I will never take any vehicle there again for any reason they are a rip off and don't stand behind there work even with a 1 year warentee. read more
