If I could give 0 stars I would. The main guy that works there is a complete Dick. ( so English isn't his first language) so when he was trying to explain something to my dad, my dad kept asking what ? Because he wasn't making sense, he started to get rude and pissy when he wasn't explaining it correctly to my dad. After that I said I wanted all new parts to be replaced. That wasn't the case basically my opinion didn't matter, "since I didn't work there I didn't know what was best " After 3 weeks of them fixing my car several mistakes was noticed. when picking up my car they didn't even walk me around the parts they fixed. After paying they just gave me my keys and said bye. I was told they were the best place in Hillsboro, ya no. Avoid this place, there rude ,they don't listen, and it's a very unwelcoming place. read more

I brought my 2012 dodge challenger that I try to maintain to a certain degree here due to a truck driving past me that had a flat bed with a couple window panes layed on it that suddenly took flight as he was gaining speed shatterd mid air between the median as I was driving past raining down onto the car, my insurance recommended this shop as the repairs would be guaranteed for the duration of ownership. My experience at first was great everybody we talked to was friendly and helpful and I received daily updates and even estimates to repair a couple more spots around the car all of which I liked but passed up then comes the day of pickup which was a Friday but receive a text that the replacement windshield was not yet installed and everything still needed to be reassembled and said that it would be ready on Monday which was fine then comes Monday I go to pick it up again and find out there was a problem painting and they needed to repaint the area and would take till the end of the week as I arrived home I received a text saying the vehicle was done i asked confused if he meant that day to which he said that they actually needed a couple more hours to polish i informed him of the actual date, tuesday rolls by and l receive a text stating it would be ready Wednesday to my amazement I couldn't wait to finally have my car returned and free of the damage that was caused as I was walking around the car it looked flat but covered in dry white polish which is very noticeable on a black vehicle the employee told me that I would be credited for the hiccup i accepted the vehicle due to me needing a vehicle to take my son to school after arriving home I noticed a couple issues for one I was not credited and the Huge amount of dry polish left all over the car but that's not it after wiping the extra polish off I noticed spots that were supposed to be painted and were just filled with clear coat now that brings me to the over spray the roof of the car was not covered while they were spraying clear coat its ruff and the gloss is severely lacking also my window tint that was professionally done was lifted off the top of the window considerably it looks as if someone nicked it with a polisher and rubbed it back on, overall my experience was not pleasant and feel as if there needs to be more communication between the people who you speak to and higher standard of quality of work done as in polishing off extra polish and using a finer polish for the final polish read more

Great experience- highly recommend! My 2018 Forester was parked on street and was hit by a car that apparently was speeding and may have run a stop sign. The whole driver side of the car was smashed. Two doors and wheel were replaced and body and structural damage was repaired and everything was repainted - looks great can't even tell what was damaged. Full cost was covered by insurance that worked easily with shop - no hassle and no cost to me. Caliber arranged for a rental that was brought to their shop and I dropped it off there when my suv was done. The work was done two days earlier then estimated. I really appreciated the regular txt updates on repair progress. Definitely recommend this shop. read more

Repair quality was great, but prior to dropping off the car for repairs I asked if they would start working on it that day. They said it would be worked on within a couple of days. If I wanted to reschedule to a time when they could work on it the drop off day it would be 4-6 weeks to reschedule. It ended up sitting on their lot for 5 days before they even started disassembling it. That used up 5 days of rental car coverage. The reason they gave me for having to drop it off when I did....that's the only time there was a service writer available. I call bunk on that excuse! There were no other customers at the business the 45 minutes I was there dropping it off and 3 service writers sitting at their desks talking about holiday plans. read more

I had to get my door painted and window repaired due to a freak sandstorm. I brought my car in and they were able to paint the door and kept me in the know the entire time. Ray told me that my windshield was on back order so I will have to come back and get that repaired. Ray called me and told me that the windshield was in so we scheduled to drop my car off on Wednesday thinking it would be done by the next day. I called on Thursday around 3pm to see what was going on with my car since I had dropped it off at 7:30 am the day before. Ray said my car was at dealership waiting to be calibrated and told me he would let me know how much longer they would be. So I called the dealership myself to see if I could find out how much longer it would be and they didn't even have my car. I called caliber back and told them I called the dealership and that's when they gave me some other excuse. Then told me they were getting ready to deliver it to the dealership to get calibrated. So apparently my car had been sitting in their shop. Meaning they didn't even start working on it until Friday. I could have had my vehicle these past two days. I was disappointed because Ray did not tell me that they still had the car, he let me believe that it was at the Nissan dealership getting fixed. When in reality it was still at their shop. They have had my car for three days. Ray did not keep me up to date like he did when my car was getting painted, which took 4 days. Signed, Sitting here with no car! read more
