Caliber was recommended to me by a friend in another state after my car was sideswiped in a local grocery store parking lot, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The customer service at Caliber was outstanding from start to finish. The two friendly team members at the front desk were welcoming and helpful, and every service advisor I interacted with was professional and attentive. I was completely blown away when my vehicle was repaired in just two days. While there was a small hiccup during pickup, my service advisor immediately jumped into action and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. A special shoutout goes to Jason Lee, who truly goes above and beyond for his customers. A dealership had left a sticker on my car more than two years ago, and despite my many unsuccessful attempts to remove it, Jason graciously took care of it for me. It's that level of service and attention to detail that sets Caliber apart. Caliber even coordinated with Enterprise to pick me up so I could get my rental car, making an already stressful situation much easier. This experience turned me into a raving fan. If I ever need collision repair services again, Caliber will be my first call. Highly recommended! read more

I took my daughter's car in due to her trunk and bumper being dented. The customer service and repair job is INCREDIBLE! They were excellent in their communications and the repair looks like it's a brand new car. A special shout out to Daniel and Terry for the amazing quality of work and understanding I had a tough turnaround time. I would highly recommend this business if you have body work that needs to be done. Thanks to the warm atmosphere and big smiles. read more

First of all, I want to say Caliber Collision did an excellent job on the body work on my car. The right passenger door had been heavily damaged and it's good as new now. They did take a little longer to do the repair than I was initially led to believe but I understand these things can happen. My only real complaint would be the customer service aspect. The man who inspected and wrote up the quote on the car was rude and unprofessional. Not knowing the process of repairing the car, I made a comment about how I thought they would simply swap out the damaged car door. He immediately got an attitude, stating that I didn't know what I was talking about. He was tired of hearing people who assumed they understood the process of body work repair and that HE was the expert, not them. He also said, "would you assume to tell a brain surgeon how to do his job?" Seriously? He was comparing himself to a brain surgeon? In my business I am often meeting customers who do not understand the process and make incorrect assumptions. I don't take it personal, and I politely explain the correct process to them. It doesn't hurt my ego in any way. Again Caliber did a fine job on the body work, but the rude employee there needs to learn how to leave his pathetically weak ego at the door when he checks in for work. read more

Jason and the caliber techs and rest of the team were fantastic, got our Buick done weeks before first expected completion date. Our car looks and feels like new again and it feels great to be back in our own car on the road again. Thank you all! read more

Horrible service I give it a negative-1 I don't see how they get anything above a 4.0 They are all unprofessional and rude ...I tried working with them and they ghosted me instead of saying hey we do not want to work on your car find someone else they ignore me...it took me a while to figure out and they didn't want my business...... read more

This body shop has a great overall rating and it shows. My daughter and I had the pleasure of working with Jason, one of their experienced service advisors. Jason was not only professional, but communicative and very helpful. He kept us updated all along the way and had my daughter's best interests in mind. The entire front desk staff is just lovely. Please keep being awesome, we will continue to bring our cars when in need of repairs! read more

At the beginning of May my car was involved in an accident. I dropped it off at Caliber for repairs. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle the staff was friendly and communicative. They made me aware of next steps, when there was a delay, and once my car was available for pickup. At time of drop off they offered to schedule a rental for me through enterprise. At the time I didn't need a rental vehicle and they provided a courtesy Lyft back to my house. At time of pickup they walk you through what was done and even orchestrate the return of the rental vehicle. The staff was always nice and engaging, the repair work was well done, and this whole process made it as stressless as possible. I highly recommend Daniel C. and the rest of the Caliber staff at the Tigard location. read more

I visited the Tigard location on 6/1/26 at 11:00am and requested for someone to take a look at my car and give an estimate for a bent front right hand fender. I was asked by the older of the two receptionists if I had an appointment. When I replied that I did not, I was told to sit down in the waiting area. During the next 30 minutes, no one communicated with me to let me know when someone would come to see me or how long I would have to wait. At 11:30am, I said "Goodbye" to the receptionists and the only reply I received was "Goodbye". No attempt at any further communication was made. It was if neither me or my business was wanted. read more

I am not well versed in working with auto body shops but this shop is amazing compared to all the other ones I've dealt with! I know there is sadly an uptick in car accidents and needs for shops and there are not enough parts and people, so I am so grateful for their kindness and efficiency in getting my mom's car in for an estimate. They update you on your car via text (or preferred email) every two days. And just run a well oiled machine here. The office managers and front desk staff is beyond friendly and wonderful. Everyone here deserves raises and bonuses. Thank you, to everyone here who made this process (that could be really crappy in most instances) so lovely. Cheers! read more

Caliber Collision - Everyone that I have worked with here is so kind! They are efficient, friendly, & sent me home in a Lyft. - Body Shops Near Me - Tigard, Oregon

Jason Lee was amazing. He was very helpful and provided excellent service by keeping me informed through out the process. My car was done quickly. Thank you. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Had my car for a month, constantly saying "parts delays". Changed the pickup date multiple times late the day before, with no way to check as to why. Left the interior if the car absolutely nasty, with greasy hand prints in area they did t work in. (near the sunroof, back seat, rear inside hatch area) they replaced the front and rear numbers, so no reason to be in the other areas. Overall, they get a D in my book, don't use them, don't let them repair you car. The insurance companies say they are a "Gold certified repair shop"....not even close! read more

When I dropped my vehicle off and was clear I wanted replacement parts per their estimate, not repair. When I called a week and a half later for an update, I was told the vehicle was repaired; they didn't use replacement parts as requested. I had to call for updates, they never contacted me. I have been very unhappy with the lack of communication and disregard of my requests. I regret haven taken my vehicle to Caliber. read more

Beware had my truck three weeks promised two weeks pick it up and the inside door panel was all broken, some over spay in the area they worked on. Not Cool! Had to go back a major rattle sound, they could not fix. They never called me back for the follow up, do not use them. read more

I showed up in a bit of a panic with two children right before they closed and they very graciously looked at my car that was potentially overheating and helped me out with free coolant quickly. I have had the unfortunate experience of having to get my car's body repaired more than once in the last 12 months. Once because someone hit my car in a parking lot and left (thanks totally awful human move but KARMA.) And this time because I was SO stressed out and I hit someone's car in the parking lot. So we both had to get our vehicles fixed. I went with Caliber based on it being close by and GEICO approved. Well it will be the only time I use it and I definitely won't recommend it. Let me start with the positive that gives the 2 stars. Ben, who was very friendly and helped me out when Enterprise miscommunicated I felt really positive about Caliber after Ben. Also, the scheduling and confirmation when I had to deal with their office were incredibly nice, professional and good. The other shop I have used twice prior is terrible at communicating and for that I gave them a 3 star review but the work was 5 star. Caliber has about a 2 for me since communication and general attitude of Josh was poor. Which is unfortunate since the guy Ben, who I met when I checked in, was incredibly nice and actually helped me out when Enterprise screwed up. I asked if he would be the one communicated with me and he said likely not. Well that was unfortunate because I felt like Josh did not do his job. I asked multiple times for updates and waited and then each time when I was about to call (they text update,) he replied. I was finally at the end of my rope because I was promised my car 9/7, which is still two days from now and at 7:36 am on 9/3 I got a text asking if I could pick the car up that day. Now we had plans to go to The Gorge to see DMB and needed to leave by 12 to drop off our kids and dog and I asked at 7:40 am if it could be ready by 10. Then at 8:33am I asked again. At 9:25, when I already had given up on hearing back, he text that I could pick it up at 10. For me, I didn't have time to adjust my plans after 2 hours of waiting to hear back so I didn't reply as I had already decided we didn't have time to fit shuffling the rental car around, inspecting my car, etc into my schedule. So that was that. I went on Tuesday morning, first thing, to get my car, as I have a super busy day with my kids going back to school tomorrow. The office, once again, was very friendly and they made sure to ask the Enterprise guy to check my rental back in while he was there. I was really disappointed to see that the car hadn't been cleaned, just the area that was repaired. It also smells SO bad on the interior I've been driving with the windows down. It has a strong chemical stink. I now have to get the car ozone treated because I'm so sensitive to smells. Nothing like getting your car back and it reeks of something awful. That was always a nice touch from the shop I had been to twice prior (and will go back to,) because then you can see the entire car looking new and nice. When they wiped it off, since it had dirt or diet or whatever from sitting outside, it gave a surface scratch so I had to go back and let him know that the rear quarter panel had scratches. They did buff it out on site but in my opinion, details matter. Especially when showing the quality of workmanship. I was just handed my keys and final bill and thanks. I had to ask if I needed to keep the car out of the car wash, to allow the paint to cure, and if there was a warranty. Totally poor service from the tech who checked me out, since he just seemed busy and had his mind elsewhere. All in all, I definitely do not recommend Caliber. I am glad to have my car back. I believe there are additional scratches on the car but unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home. I received a response on my review to contact their customer care and have had NO response. Clearly they have no interest in customer satisfaction. I'm super disappointed and will be letting GEICO know but I will never use this repair shop again. read more

Went in to get an opinion on my headlight that had a crack in it. Josh and their team helped me within 15minutes and got it patched up. The quote I got from my dealership was $900 for an entirely new headlight. Great value, super responsive. Absolutely would recommend in the future! read more

As a woman getting car service etc can be dicey. Caliber Collision service, skill and respect I can highly recommend. I hope not to have another another occasion to have my car repaired, if I do Caliber Collision is where I will head. Was on a 4,000+ mile road trip. Had a minor accident, but with significant damage to my then detached front bumper. Noah and his team provided OUTSTANDING customer service to me to provide a "no appointment emergency/temporary re-attachment fix" (same day!) to get me and my vehicle "back on the road" to allow me to SAFELY proceed on my trip, and return home (Phoenix, AZ). And for a VERY reasonable (too good to be true) price. I was/am extremely THANKFUL for their support and assistance in my time of need. I can and do highly recommend Calibur Collision and based on this EXCELLENT service, plan to get my "more permanent fix" at Calibur Collision in Phoenix......... Our experience at Caliber Collision in Tigard was outstanding. Our representative, Josh, went above and beyond to make sure our repair process was timely, professional, thorough and satisfying. I wish I had gotten a before and after photo but Teddy did a remarkable job! Someone had hit my car in the front a few months back and left a crack, a deep scratch and bending my license plate. Jason took on overseeing that my car would be done in a timely manner. It was estimated a few weeks but Teddy got it done in one. They were very good about keeping in contact through messaging regarding updates about my car. When I went to pick it up, it was like my car looked brand spanking new. Teddy even fixed my license plate. I still look at my car impressed with the work done. I have a dent on my car that I want to fix and I'll be back to see them. read more

My experience is with the Tigard shop. I appreciated the front desk person as you enter the front door. She was kind (the accident had only happened 30 minutes prior) and arranged for my car to come in for the estimate & get started on the repair at the same time. That saved me an additional 3 week wait to start repairs vs if we'd only done the estimate at that appt. I also appreciated that one of their estimators was willing to take a quick look and see if they spotted anything I didn't, that would've made it risky to drive the car until then. Isabella kept me well informed of the status and the car was finished a day early. When it was done, checkout was quick, the repair looked great (as much as I could see at dusk - will update if that changes). I had been concerned about matching the paint on the new parts to the old, since it's a white pearl color with a shimmer in the paint. Last, but not least, the car was sparkling clean and had clearly been basically fully detailed and it smelled great! Little things like that can mean so much - thank you to the Caliber team for all their work and kindness! read more

Although having an accident is awful, the professional staff at Caliber made the post-accident experience nontraumatic. Everyone was friendly and courteous and the service was prompt and efficient. The process was transparent and the car was soon good as new. I don't ever want to be in an accident again, but if it happens, I would immediately take my vehicle back to Caliber Collision. read more

Will never go back. Brought our truck in for rear end damage and when we went to pick it up someone there smashed into the front bumper and put 2 dents and a gash in it. They claim it was there already. They took pictures of the bumper and sent them into State Farm on the 7th. We dropped our truck off on the 3rd. These dents were done between the 3rd and the 7th. Our truck is only 3 yrs old. You would think that if there was damage done to the bumper, which would cost more, we would have had that fixed at the same time. State farm is denying the damage. Their parking lot is jammed with cars all over. My husband had to park in the middle of the driveway as there was no other place to park. Our quote from them was $3200 before we decided to file a claim. State Farm paid $1500. Big difference in the quote for us verses what they are charging the insurance company. Beware and stay away. read more

Martin is the man.. Our minivan fender and bumper looks perfect. We initially had some difficulty with the receptionist who handled our claim. It seems she mistook my wife and I for grifters looking to rebuild our entire car after a fender bender. Martin was amazing and set everything to rights by making our car look amazing with attention to detail. Our estimate was reasonable and the work came in under. I would recommend, perhaps deal directly with the mechanics if possible. read more

Ben Kitchell does an excellent job. He is great to work with.

Two things impressed me about Caliber. 1) Their phone app where you describe the damage, take pics, press submit and a few days later you have an estimate. Super easy, and 2) OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CHONG LEE! I had some minor scratches that I wanted repaired and he helped me get them done with a touch-up pen himself! FANTASTIC SERVICE! I will definitely go to Caliber and ask for CHONG LEE the next time I need any body work done! read more

I went in to Caliber to get an estimate and was treated rudely at the reception desk. I was treated as though I had no business even requesting an estimate. Being told they were very busy and that I would have to schedule to even have an estimate done and that it would be at least a month before i could schedule an estimate. This shop has changed dramatically since it was taken over from the previous owners. If your looking to be humiliated this is the place to go. read more

Andrew and the team at Caliber did a good job getting us back on the road. My daughter was driving my Durango and was rear-ended. Not her fault, but any accident is an inconvenience. Pemco did a great job coordinating with Caliber, and my car was done a few days earlier than originally estimated and it looks good. they even vacuumed the inside and gave it a good detail which I appreciated. Of course nobody wants a car accident, but I am pleased with the job Caliber did getting my car back to its original condition and on the road again in a professional and timely way. read more

I hit a small animal with my Subaru on a back road. The impact killed the animal immediately, which was a shame. My front bumper was split in two. My insurance company directed me to Caliber Collision. From the first second to the last, they took care of every detail, including dealing with a rental vehicle. I was updated daily. They finished a day ahead of schedule, and even fixed a front fog light that had ceased to work before the accident.
