I was super stressed about the unavoidable body work I needed done on my car and after a few weeks of getting quotes from other places, I was incredibly relieved to find ACP. I had not been in an accident for over a decade so it was very nice to have Steven on my side. He helped me understand and deal with insurance, he explained each necessary repair and overall he made me feel like he actually cared about delivering excellent service. My car is looking better than when I first bought it, and it was done even quicker than expected. They did excellent work, had great communication and were completely respectful. Would definitely recommend! read more

I've had the unfortunate opertunity due to 2 different times of idiots trying to steal my truck and one time kinda my fault fender bender .but this guy i assume owner and the young man in office very very great guys only problem was actually my adjuster dropped ball on returning to ACP to look at further damages which ate up on my rental vehicle after argument with adjuster it was rectified. But the shop did my vehicle awesome job each time highly recommend. Plus they ate most of my deductible. Which of your vehicle is fixable not a loss your deductible goes to shop. I'm not sure they care a lot about deductible which in today's world means a lot to a customer read more

This auto body shop is far the best. I rated 5 stars because for one. They were very prompt with timing knowing that I was on a tight schedule with work getting my vehicle done within a significant amount of time but still being able to meet the qualifications of it being a certified fix were able to do that as well as there was an option available for me to rent a car. However, due to my own personal circumstances, I chose to navigate without the rental and even still they were able to meet my expectations above and beyond with having the vehicle ready all polished up shined up painted up the paint matches to Ati mean, I feel like Damn....I got a brand new car right! Wonderful customer service from the phone to the door to the service itself. Like the services they have provided have been above and beyond what I would expect and the pricing was reasonable. I was paying at a pocket and they were able to support me in every way, navigating the services to make sure that I was pleased at the end and I would love to recommend anybody and will refer anybody to go to this company for any type of work. Thank you so much. read more

I had an unfortunate experience with a rock that the city had placed next to a Park - four feet from the roadway - but after sunset it was later moved to the side of the road. An oncoming truck with its high beams on made it harder to see the rock. Took my car into APC on Friday to get an estimate, which was so low I didn't bother to get another one. They ordered the parts for me, and the car was out of the shop in two days looking like new. For a fraction of what I expected the repair bill to be. Everyone that I dealt with were friendly and exceptionally professional. I couldn't imagine how this experience could have gone any better. Other than the rock not having been moved! read more

Our experience with ACP Collision Center was great! My husband had backed into something in a parking lot and our bumper was twisted with a nasty crack in it. He took it to ACP and was lucky to get Brenda to assist him. She quickly checked out the situation, discussed the recalibration needed after the repair, and said it would be finished in a week. We were thrilled with both the estimate (much less than we expected), the free loaner, and the timeline. Happily, Brenda called and said the car was ready after 4 days!!! It's difficult to tell that it was ever damaged and the car was cleaned both inside and out. We would highly recommend ACP Collision--they are miles above any other collision center we have ever encountered. If we could give them 10 Stars, we would have! Thank you ACP Collision Center and Brenda! read more

Ive been to very many body shops from Portland to Arizona, I have been dealing high end body shops for the last 35 years. So far ACP is by far the best shop. I own a 2023 GMC Duramax and it was nearly totaled by my insurance company due to the damage on the drivers side. Both doors and part of the uniframe were trashed. Repairs on such bad damage are always noticeable. ACP is the only shop I've ever seen bring it back to factory specs. Joe Ortiz and Brenda Trujillo treated me like a VIP through the entire process. Their customer service and hospitality acumen cannot be compared any shops I ve ever dealt with. My search for the best is over. FINALLY!! P.S. ACP did work on my truck that was not a part of my contract. They washed, wax and installed a side mirror. I will never go anywhere else!! read more

I had an amazing experience with Joe Ortiz at ACP Collision. From start to finish, Joe was professional, honest, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure my car was repaired to perfection. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, my car looks brand new again. What really stood out was Joe's attention to detail and how much he genuinely cares about doing the job right. It's hard to find that level of integrity and customer service these days. If you need collision repair, I highly recommend asking for Joe. You'll be in great hands! read more
