Beware! Of this place, Two years ago not good with Travis, now a second time with Travis and Brad 3- times to get it right CEO should step up at this point. Car was dirty, Orange peel paint and bubble paint around gas door, Brad says well we're not a Detail Shop, who says that. 1st issue on my truck two years ago at the Greenburg Road location, dirty, make rattle sound and broke my door panel. 2nd time recently same team in Rose Lane Beaverton. Dirty, paint, damage mirror,orange peel and clear coat bubble, not a good thing returned 3-times. Have fun stay away from this place, they also changed the quote by $2,000 bucks! I can't say enough good things about this place! After a minor collision left my car in need of a whole new rear bumper, I figured I'd be out of a vehicle for days--maybe even weeks. Enter Deborah, the absolute hero of the day. She not only tracked down two parts the *same day*, but had it in her hands and the repair done within hours of me dropping the car off. I know parts aren't always this easy to get, but the process in general was smooth, fast, and minimally stress inducing (I was dealing with someone elses' insurance company unfortunately). The whole team kept me updated about timing, and helped me get ahold of the insurance company. They clearly know their stuff. AVOID THIS COMPANY! IN RESPONSE TO BUSINESS OWNERS REPLY- Unless you are interested in compensating me monetarily for my time wasted dealing with your company there is nothing that can be done. If you took the time to fully read my review there are no issues to resolve with me directly. The issues lie with your companies lack of professionalism and ability to properly complete the work you are paid to do. Responding publicly to this review vs privately messaging me also speaks volumes on how unprofessional this company is as a whole. It's not a good look putting the responsibility on the customer to contact you for a resolution in regards to an issue you have caused! My experience unfortunately was exactly the same as all the other 1 star reviews. We ended up at this company due to it being chosen by the persons insurance that hit us in an small accident. For those reasons we were stuck and unable to change companies at any point in time. They were completely unprofessional, lacked communication through out, and lacked the basic skills needed to properly complete the job they were paid to do. Our car was initially returned to us with a large thick piece of facial hair stuck in the paint. See images attached. Along with clear hand print stains in grease/oil on our upholstery. We live in Oregon and unfortunately when we picked up our car it was still mostly dark out so neither me nor my husband noticed either until later that day. We immediately contacted them, provided pictures and were told to bring it back the following day any time and they would get us in and out that same day. We arrived, the very next day, were greeted by the production manager and told that was unfortunately not the case. They needed to order parts which we were told would be ordered that day and they would contact us as soon as they arrived. They also let us know that they would be waiting to clean our upholstery until they brought the car back in to be fixed. We waited over two weeks with no communication before contacting them about a time frame on our parts. They let us know the parts were not actually ordered and that the production manager was out on vacation for a week so they would have to get back to us. When I let them know this was unacceptable and that I needed to be provided a time frame on the parts they just said they would get back to me. Again I had to contact them back at which point they said the only thing they can do is set up an appointment two weeks out and hope the parts arrive on time. I reached out again a week before the scheduled appointment to confirm the parts were still on their way and had really been ordered. They responded and said they were actually ordered the first time around, it was just a misunderstanding and that they would be there within the day. At which point I of course requested my appointment be changed to a sooner date since they would have the parts. They refused and said in order to be able to properly get my car taken care of they needed to wait until the originally scheduled date. They kept our car the second time for 9 days and requested we pick up our car and return their rental with a two hour notice the day before thanksgiving! We let them know we were still at work and it would not be possible for us to get to them before they closed. At that point they did approve the rental car be extended until that Friday. When we picked up this time the paint job had little air bubbles in it and the upholstery still had it been cleaned. We asked again to have the upholstery cleaned and didn't even waste our time pointing out the obvious air bubbles in the paint job. The upholstery cleaner was still wet when we left and it of course didn't come out, when it dried the stain was still there. This place has been a nightmare from beginning to end, I would absolutely avoid it at all costs! I couldn't even imagine having to pay out of my own pocket for this kind of service and work. read more

Getting my car repaired was a very emotional experience after an accident. She's our only car and she's been a trooper for us for 10+ years. The team at Caliber was incredibly patient and transparent at drop off - especially listening to my concerns about going beyond 30 days to repair as my insurance would only cover a rental that long. Myka was amazing and texted me frequently about progress throughout the process. While one part was on backorder, it was a non-essential part to the function of the car (hubcap), but they didn't hold up the return of our car for that! Myka, at every conversation, was informative and helpful, thoroughly explaining every step, dos and don'ts for care of the repaired section and they even detailed the car inside and out! When we picked up the car, it was like the first day we got her. It was a beautiful reunion! Myka and the team at Caliber are TOP NOTCH and while I hope I don't have to see them again, if I need body work in the future - you can bet they'll be my first call! Took my Chevy Colorado in on Wednesday 6/24 after I scraped up the right side of my bumper pretty bad. These guys are amazing! Kept me up to date on the status of the repairs which was very appreciated. The best part was when they estimated it would be done by Monday 6/29 and it was actually completed by today, Friday 6/26! Relatively minor front-end collision repair. Shop first asked me to wait 6 weeks so "they could work on it immediately then" - then quoted 11 business days for repair. And THEN they actually took a month! The good: they covered the rental car after insurance stopped covering it (well, as they should). - They didn't follow instructions, replacing a part we'd asked them not to (because we were going to upgrade it). - When dropped off, one headlight was working, and we wanted the other fixed. Upon getting it back, neither headlight was working. - One blinker that WAS working when dropped off, wasn't working when picked up. - Alarm that was working fine when dropped off, was no longer working. - Paint job was generally really good, except for a large part on the top of the grill, clearly visible when hood was up. - Air dam under bumper is affixed with 4 fasteners. When I got it back home, I found the front 2 had been missed - it was hanging down, and I was lucky it hadn't been ripped off. - Broken fog light wasn't repaired. Did they have the work experience kid work this? Not even a basic function check? Panels aside, car was in significantly WORSE condition after "repair". So, back it went. They did cover the rental again (as they should), but it took over a week for them to right these. They also claimed one of the headlights was old damage (it wasn't) and CHARGED FOR IT. The bad paint job on top of grill was actually where they should have replaced weather stripping originally. After a subsequent lighting upgrade, we also found that they hadn't even bothered clipping the lighting wiring harness back into place inside the bumper. Over two months from accident to eventual adequate repair. I'm sure you can find a shop that might do better. read more

I used Caliber through a claim with my insurance company. Everything was scheduled for me and I was kept in the loop via text message throughout the process. There was a minor delay that required an additional day of work and the rental car place was asking for my car back. Caliber called them for me to explain the situation and helped solve the problem. My vehicle's repairs were still completed faster than anticipated and my car looks like it did when i bought it new. The quote was also below what I anticipated. My review has more to do with the industry as a whole. In Beaverton, Oregon, Caliber assigned a monetary value to the loss that was obscenely high. As a result, my vehicle that had minor damage was considered a total loss. I retained my vehicle but after it was considered a total loss and given a salvage title designation. I feel I should have been contacted first before it was given the total loss designation as I would have pulled my claim. I was stunned to find it had been totaled. I found a freelance guy who fixed it for $1500 and Caliber wanted $3900. My vehicle now looks great again and drives great but now I have to deal with insurance and title issues that could have been avoided. The company that wanted to take my title and tow it was horrible--so predatory...even wanted me to give them power of attorney. At Caliber, Myka was very good. I was a difficult customer. Phil towards the end was good too. I just don't like the industry as a whole---it is a racket how the body shops, insurance companies and the auction places all come together and you as the individual citizen come out battered and bruised. read more

Came in with my car for a small fender bender that took out my tail light they took my car apart and found other damage so my insurance wouldn't cover it so when I tried to get my car back they refused to put it back together and when I received it they had completed destroyed my car and a bunch of stuff was missing/stolen from the car very disappointed in there service people were completely rude about all of it and did not want to take responsibility luckily I have loads of videos and pictures from before and after never go here they will over charge you and they do very bad work and don't seem to care about the customer at all on top of just being extremely expensive worst experience I've ever had with a body shop read more

Pick this location because it was on the list of auto body shops partnered with my insurance provider. Absolutely awful communication. They said they did an estimate on my car and should have it ready for pick up five or take a week. Called back a week later, they said they never moved forward with my vehicle because they didn't hear back from my insurance provider. Called my insurance provider, they said they never received any work from them. Initially subscribed to the shop for updates regarding my vehicle, never got any text or phone call update unless I called them. Had to take my car out of their shop, still broken, after a week and a half of sitting in their parking lot because I was accruing too many rental fees. I try to be understanding because it was the holiday season, and things happen, but after talk but guess what? They're not taking responsibility for it, my cars still broken, and I have to pay $400+ in rental fees to pay for. Don't ever go to this auto body shop read more

After having my truck repaired and being told I could pick it up at 530 I ended up waiting an additional hour. When the GM of this location was made aware he refunded half of my deductible. That is an example of going beyond in customer service and customer retention. Because of this gesture if I ever need body work done again I will definitely take my vehicle back to this location and will recommend this location as well. From the time I dropped it off to the time I picked it up, Jake messages and called me with updates and prospective completion dates. I never get like I was out of the loop. My Honda Odyssey van was damaged and my insurance company recommended I use Calliber Collision in Beaverton for the minor repairs. I took my van there, on a Monday. I am in a wheelchair and have numerous doctor appointments as I'm fighting cancer currently. I told the shop this and asked if it was possible to get it back the end of the week, giving them 5 days to work on it....these repairs were very minor. They said yes, if all goes as planned. The guy at the shop told me all the parts were in town, so easy peasy. I then called Friday and was told sorry one of the parts was scratched up. Why they didn't check the parts for damage when they arrived is puzzling, more like they just didn't care enough to to do it. They delayed me until Monday. They told me Monday around 2:30pm my van was done but they had to clean it and it would be ready at 5 pm. I had a dr apt at 5 pm and needed my van earlier, like 4 pm. so I called and was told nope... sorry can't help you. You'd think they could have figured out a way to get it cleaned up within 1-1/2 hours.... but no chance. They seem incapable of going out if they're way to help a customer, so sad a company cannot go over and above to help a customer, especially in my situation. They had plenty of time clean out my car on Friday and all day on Monday... good grief! I would never take my vehicle there again and recommend anyone reading this review beware! They work like sloths...and don't give a crap about you the customer. Take your vehicle to leifs, or somewhere else that cares about you and your vehicle. I have no issue with the people there, just the way they do business is extremely poor! read more
