    AVOID THIS COMPANY! IN RESPONSE TO BUSINESS OWNERS REPLY- Unless you are interested in compensating me monetarily for my time wasted dealing with your company there is nothing that can be done. If you took the time to fully read my review there are no issues to resolve with me directly. The issues lie with your companies lack of professionalism and ability to properly complete the work you are paid to do. Responding publicly to this review vs privately messaging me also speaks volumes on how unprofessional this company is as a whole. It's not a good look putting the responsibility on the customer to contact you for a resolution in regards to an issue you have caused! My experience unfortunately was exactly the same as all the other 1 star reviews. We ended up at this company due to it being chosen by the persons insurance that hit us in an small accident. For those reasons we were stuck and unable to change companies at any point in time. They were completely unprofessional, lacked communication through out, and lacked the basic skills needed to properly complete the job they were paid to do. Our car was initially returned to us with a large thick piece of facial hair stuck in the paint. See images attached. Along with clear hand print stains in grease/oil on our upholstery. We live in Oregon and unfortunately when we picked up our car it was still mostly dark out so neither me nor my husband noticed either until later that day. We immediately contacted them, provided pictures and were told to bring it back the following day any time and they would get us in and out that same day. We arrived, the very next day, were greeted by the production manager and told that was unfortunately not the case. They needed to order parts which we were told would be ordered that day and they would contact us as soon as they arrived. They also let us know that they would be waiting to clean our upholstery until they brought the car back in to be fixed. We waited over two weeks with no communication before contacting them about a time frame on our parts. They let us know the parts were not actually ordered and that the production manager was out on vacation for a week so they would have to get back to us. When I let them know this was unacceptable and that I needed to be provided a time frame on the parts they just said they would get back to me. Again I had to contact them back at which point they said the only thing they can do is set up an appointment two weeks out and hope the parts arrive on time. I reached out again a week before the scheduled appointment to confirm the parts were still on their way and had really been ordered. They responded and said they were actually ordered the first time around, it was just a misunderstanding and that they would be there within the day. At which point I of course requested my appointment be changed to a sooner date since they would have the parts. They refused and said in order to be able to properly get my car taken care of they needed to wait until the originally scheduled date. They kept our car the second time for 9 days and requested we pick up our car and return their rental with a two hour notice the day before thanksgiving! We let them know we were still at work and it would not be possible for us to get to them before they closed. At that point they did approve the rental car be extended until that Friday. When we picked up this time the paint job had little air bubbles in it and the upholstery still had it been cleaned. We asked again to have the upholstery cleaned and didn't even waste our time pointing out the obvious air bubbles in the paint job. The upholstery cleaner was still wet when we left and it of course didn't come out, when it dried the stain was still there. This place has been a nightmare from beginning to end, I would absolutely avoid it at all costs! I couldn't even imagine having to pay out of my own pocket for this kind of service and work.

    My parked car was hit by another driver early April. Randy and team got estimates taken care of…read morepromptly and got the car towed in for repairs. They were able to squeeze the car in an open window which moved a late may start date into a late may repair date; was almost done the first week of May but final QC showed a wiring harness issue. Communication was amazing and follow up updates were prompt. Even when I picked the car up and issues arose the following day, Randy and team were quick to get the car returned for diagnostics and repairs and was able to turn that work around in a few days. The car came back clean inside and out and looks good as new. They even ensured that any further issues arose related to contact them for their lifetime service warranty. Great values all around and highly recommend Precision for your auto repairs. They don't accept Geico btw.
