In so far as ~14 years of kid stains and roadtrip spills can actually come out of baked-on seat upholstery, the tech Jaxson made my car look and feel brand new. He worked for over six hours straight without needing a thing from me -- thats well beyond the amount of time I would've expected to be included in a flat rate. Unbelievable transformation. The $290 total included a $50 service charge to get them to come to my house despite it being outside their area, and $40 for a hand wash. He even went above and beyond on the hand wash! But the interior, my goodness. The car feels good to drive again. Scheduling was easy and flexible. It's worth the money to pay these folks to come to you in Portland! Tailored Auto Styling did an outstanding job on my tinting. I previously had another shop put some…read moretint on, but it wasn't great. I had bubbles, and it was just too dark at night. For safety and quality reasons, I had Anthony and his team at Tailored Auto Styling install some high visibility, highest quality heat, and UV rejection graphite tint. As I expand and have a fleet of trucks, I'll be taking all my rigs to Tailored Auto Styling. Thanks, Anthony!

And, based on my conversation with Anthony, I know he loves serving people and has a vision to grow and be around for the long haul. I am asking Anthony for quotes for my office for a tint or a privacy film that allows us visibility and and prevents people from simply walking in and treating our office like an info desk for the entire building. I was very clear with Anthony that because our lease is up in less than a year, that I might be less than a year or more than a year to a few years out with the projected work, but I still appreciated getting to talk through my thoughts and what I had in mind. I am excited to see what proposals will come my way and the potential work to be done. I am more happy that I can speak openly with someone and know that they will meet me where I am at, give me the education I need on what options I have, and give me time to execute my decision. On a personal level, I love how present Anthony is. He asks great questions and is also an attentive listener. I encourage you to simply reach out and get to know him and his practice. Chatting with him feels like chatting with an old friend, and that's what I appreciate most about him.

They were able to fit me in without an appointment and had it all fixed up within a couple of hours. Extremely fast, friendly, and well-priced service! After it was ready to go they were nice enough to show off some of the custom work that they had going on in the shop. It was exciting to see how some cars come in completely falling apart and rusted, get cleaned up, and then put back together with a custom paint job. I would note that when I was following the Google Maps directions they announce that you have arrived when you are directly in front of the shop. The only problem is that the entrance to the parking lot is a half block behind that point. I want to say that I turned in at a sign that says Acme on the corner of the parking lot. I took some photos to show off the gorgeous paint jobs and custom metal work that I will upload in a minute. Be sure to go there for your collision repair or custom car work!

They were told that because the car was unique it would have to be transported to and from their shop to get the custom parts fitted correctly. The problem came when the car was to be transported. They did not put a full set of lug nuts on the car nor did they tighten them. Even after several offers by me to search out more parts. They relocated the car but never told me that they only put 2 of the 5 lug nuts on each wheel. When the car was ready to be brought into town for parts fitting that's when the problem started. The wheel nearly came off and the truck towing it had a serious accident, I don't recommend this company because they refused to stand behind their work or make it right. I strongly recommend that anyone that has their car at this shop to double check their work before their vehicle leaves the shop. Plus overlooking items and denying the results are part of the equation.

Everything still worked - doors opened and closed, window, etc. It was just cosmetic damage. December 5 2025 was the dropoff, now it is April 17, 2026. You name an excuse they have it: Parts showed up damaged, need to get new parts, Can't find the right parts, Ford service manual doesn't show how to repair that part, we might have to total the car if we damage this part during repair, etc... NOT GOOD AT ESTIMATING: All of this AND original estimate $8K, Revised estimate after they had the truck for 2 months $21K. THEY DON'T ACTUALLY WORK ON THE VEHICLE: At this point ZERO work has been completed except disassembly. Congratulations Precision, you know how to take stuff apart, now lets see if you can put it back together? VISITING MY TRUCK IN PRECISION JAIL: I finally had to drive over and walk into the shop. The excuse (at 3.5 months of waiting) was that they were waiting for a couple more things to figure out before they order the parts for the repair. Unfortunately, I don't know if that is June 5, 2026 or 2027??? By the way, I've got just over $100K into the truck and it has been out of commission for 4 months- what is that worth??? Precision you are jokers. I don't trust you. You have been dishonest in your dealings with me. I will make it known to Everyone that you suck. Give me my F*ing truck back!
