I have a dodge 3500 dually. My dog scratched the crud of the paint on the right side. I hit a pole on the left side and put a large dent in the rear wheel hub. When these giys were finished it looked brand new! The price was very reasonable. They even cleaned the rest of the truck. The quality was incredible! read more

I recently had Hose and crew paint my paint calipers to match the orange accent on my Genesis. They did a fantastic job, you would never know it didn't come that way from the factory! read more

I just want to give a big thank you to Jose the owner. I got nothing but respect for you. That conversation we had about life and leadership meant more to me than even the great work you did on my car. I really appreciate you. read more

I've been to UBAD twice over the years. Both times all I can say is WOW!!! The quality and service is excellent! They repaired my seats (different times) and they look brand new. The detail job was second to none. It was perfect! They made my older car look like new. I highly recommend this shop. I will continue to use them in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of my car. read more

Jose and his crew are awesome. Honesty, quality workmanship, knowledgeable, does the right thing. We had a mold issue in our car, he explained the situation clearly, they got to the root cause within a very short time, fixed in 2-3 days, documented the sources of the leak as well as remediation process. You cannot go wrong. read more

I needed replacement seat upholstery and thought I would add the detail. Wow!!! my Jeep looks brand new !! sooooo happy !!! Thank you Jose!!! read more

We brought our car in for a water leak and were very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, communication and fair pricing at the Beaverton shop. They did a great job on our car and returned it to us all cleaned up and beautiful. We would definitely recommend UBAD for our car care needs. read more

Jose, the owner, is very professional and knowledgeable. The gentlemen who detailed my car did a wonderful job. Anna, who works the desk (and probably does a whole lot more work than that) was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this UBAD if you need your car, looking in great shape! read more

Brought car in for hand wash, vacuum and interior window clean as part of the $50 service. The back seats were left with numerous dirt marks across the seat where their shoes wiped the dirt during the back windshield glass clean. They missed completely vacuuming between the seats and console in the front. Not a good job at all! This was first time at UBAD Beaverton, and you would think that they would want your first experience to be great and the service done properly... Nope! Never going back and do NOT recommend to anyone at all. BTW we notified Jose of the dirt on the seat and never heard a word back. read more

wow! Ubad on Canyon did an awesome job on fixing and replacing the driver's seat leather on my 2008 Mercedes. I can't speak highly enough. they are great! Julie Fairman. read more

I have gone to UBAD twice now and they have taken very good care of my car. Excellently cleaned and cared for, and they've also been accommodating when my pickup schedule was a little bit more restrictive. Responsive and communicative. The only downside at all is the price; they're a little higher than some other outfits. I still go to them though because the value is there. read more

Our family has been going to ARUC for over 20 yrs. now and absolutely love their work. They do a great job, and really focus their attention on details. They do exactly what you ask to have done and make your car look amazing. The guys go above and beyond every time, and you can always count on them. They do a wide variety of services and prices are reasonable. Kudos to everyone at both shops for providing wonderful service and taking good care of customers. read more

Martin was kind and amazing and they get the job done professionally and quickly! Just very nice people and they do great work

I absolutely vouch for these guys 100%!! They are fast and do a phenomenal job. We drop both of our M3's off here weekly to get hand washed inside and out and for $40-$50 you won't find a better deal. Especially if you're a car enthusiast and want every single wheel spoke scrubbed and the carpets taken out and cleaned right. Feel free to ask the guys for anything if you have specifics you need, you'll love it. P.S. There's a good Pho place on the corner to go to while your car gets washed. read more

They may do great work, I have no idea and i have no intention on ever finding out.. I do know that the customer service is horrible. I was there today about 20-30 minutes ago. Being that it's my first time, I had no idea where to park so I rolled down my window and asked one employee who ignored and another one who told me to go park at A&P which I did. As I walk back past him to the office he points towards it in a dismissive fashion. I sat inside and waited but no one ever came to check me in or to see if I needed anything. I stood up and placed myself directly in front of the window so they could see me waiting and even though they saw me and made eye contact no one came in. After waiting a little longer I become irritated and left. As I'm walking to my truck, the guy who told me to park at A&P ask me what happened and I explained. He tells me to "relax" and "come back in a few hours if I want to speak with someone, his boss has more important stuff" to which I laughed and said no way. read more

I stopped by a few months ago to get an estimate for a dash repair job and was told the manager was out and they couldn't even get a ballpark amount. Today I stopped by again and the front door was locked even though they were open. Nobody even came out to help me. I guess they don't want my business. Not coming back. read more

Total RIP OFF! Don't be fooled by this guys overly talkative convincing con. I asked if they could remove the light swirl buffing scratches and other similar light scratches caused by using a car wash brush. I was told it would take 6 hours and they would use various light compounds then complete it with P21S Wax. Get this! I arrived an hour and a half early and the car was done. How long did they actually work on it? I don't know, but it wasn't 6 hours. Now the big disappointment! Once I washed the car a few days later, it seemed as if most of the wax came off and exposed the same light scratches I was told would be gone. Talk about feeling disgusted and ripped off. After calling to complain, I was told, why didn't you say something when you were here. I highly recommend going someplace else or take the chance of being taken for your money. read more

I brought in my 08 Accord to be detailed at U BAD Auto Reconditioning after my mechanic had recommended them. My car had paint abrasions and some bad paint touch ups (done elsewhere) that I wanted fixed before selling it. After they were finished I jokingly asked where my car was (it was in front of me). I was pleasantly surprised by how good it looked. Their pricing was also very fair. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. read more

Love this place. They are quick and thorough. Best place I have found locally to get your car hand washed!

Holy Cow! Never did I imagine a 20-yr-old F250 could look so good. Detailing it was a Father's Day gift to my husband, who's hard to impress and he was nearly speechless. The truck has always been parked outside and after another rough winter of leaves, grunge, tree mess, grime, mud and hauling manure twice, it was a mess. I thought $200 was fair for the awful job of simply powerwashing the bedliner, doing the windows & waxing the truck, but Roberto went the extra mile and did much of the interior, too. When Husband drove it home, I saw those huge 20-yr-old wheels sparkle in the sun, not to mention the shiny black tires. Wow. Good job, guys ... we'll sing your praises. PS I knew no one who had used them ... I chose them because of their location and reading these Yelp reviews. read more

I was led through a flooded area by police. Water flooded in our cab. This was the first brand new car we have ever had and have only had it a little over a month. Boy did I feel stupid and terrible. These guys treated us with respect and did an outstanding job. They stayed open a few extra minutes so they could vacuum out the water right away and even gave me a ride home. Thank you for making an awful situation a little more bareable. read more

The best do I need to say more? You could eat off the floors of my mom car that carts a million kids and dogs everywhere. Was going to sell my rig but I kinda love it now!!! Thanks! The guys were so sweet and kept me informed as to when my car would be done. I even think they would have come and picked me up if I had needed them! read more

Juan from Auto Reconditioning is great. I have used UBAD for my car detailing needs. They are experts with the buffer wheel. I have never had an issue with this company. someone recently damaged my van and i needed an estimate for the repairs. i drove by this place and thought i would try them out. big mistake. i got the estimate and gave it to the people who did the damage. they sent the check to ubad so i had to use them. they called me and said that my new hood was in and that i only had to drop it off for one hour so they could install it. they wanted it at 8am so i went there at 8 and no one was there so i hid the key. i waited all day and finally called them and they said the hood would not be there for 2 more days. ????!!!!! so i got my van back and told them to call me when it was ready to install. they called 8 days later. so i dropped it off again and i told them to call me when it was ready. no call. i waited 6 hours and called them and they said it would be another 2 hours. i have no idea how these people could be in business with this type of behavior. i would not recommend them to anyone for anything. read more
