Perfection! On-time, polite, thorough, and I will use them again. Very good experience all around.

This is a review for Platinum's mobile auto detailing. It was easy to schedule, and reschedule when a conflict came up. I did it all online. Their system notifies you via text when they're on the way. I added a second car at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. It took about six hours for both cars. They don't need anything except your keys - they have power, water, etc, within their truck. Service was completed in street parking spots. I booked the "in and out detail" which is $335. They added on a $35 pet hair removal fee. Plus tip, this was on the higher end of options. Ou cars were in pretty rough shape, especially inside. The result is certainly much improved, though not perfect for the price. I would likely re-book for interior detailing but maybe not exterior. read more

We had our brand new Model Y treated with the 10-year ceramic coating via Platinum Auto Care and couldn't be happier with the result. Added in the windshield and wheels to make sure the entire car was covered. Easy to get the time/day scheduled the same week and he was able to complete the work in our driveway. Talked with him a few times, asking about the process over the 5 hours or so he worked to be sure the finish was PERFECT! Although the minimum recommended cure time in the garage was 24 hours, we managed to let it sit for 5 days to be sure. Will have to see what the years hold in terms of endurance, but so far so good. read more

Platinum Auto Care - Completed Model Y Ceramic Coat - Auto Detailing Near Me

Just had my 30-year-old truck detailed by the pros at Platinum and I couldn't be happier. Had no idea paint could be brought back to life like that! Brayam and Christian showed up right on time and a few hours later - BAM - it looked like a completely different truck was sitting in my driveway. Their mobile setup is totally self-sufficient with no mess and no noise. You won't even know they're out there getting your vehicle back to a showroom shine. I only had them do the outside since it was in pretty rough shape, but they're so meticulous and careful, that next time I'll have the interior done too. read more

Do not call them. I contacted Platinum Auto Care and told them I wanted the interior and exterior of my car cleaned. They quoted me $155. When they arrived, they told me that I did not ask for the interior and that it was going to be $300. Plus the appointment was for 11:00 and they showed up at 1:42 so I had to rearrange my schedule. As a particle physicist, my time is expensive. They just wasted half a day. Platinum Auto Care doesn't deserve one star. read more

Platinum Auto Care is GREAT! Edward and Ulysses came and picked up my water-damaged car and gave me lots of helpful information while here as they did so. They kept me informed as the restoration process proceeded. Bryam did wonderfully with my insurance company to make sure I got maximum compensation. Their going rates for what I had to cover out of pocket were reasonable. So helpful!! I have chemical /scent sensitivities and they got my car restored to new/neutral smell condition! No allergy problems afterwards. They even delivered it back to me since I'm going through health challenges right now and can't always drive. These guys are the best! Choose them with confidence. Five stars!! read more

What a great company. The moon roof on our car got opened and didn't seal correctly when it was closed. My wife and I left for a couple of weeks on an overseas tour, and when we got back, we found that the window had leaked and the interior of the car was growing mold. Platinum picked up the car and took it to their shop. When they brought it back, It looked brand new! They not only cleaned it, but they did several ozone treatments to kill the mold. Needless to say, I am very, very happy with their service. read more

Ulysses showed up exactly on time and went straight to work. We thought the car was reasonably clean, but when we saw it when they finished our jaws dropped. It was like a brand new vehicle. Nicely done. As close to looking new as 23 yo car can get. :). And since it was in prep for a trade-in I do believe it helped with the value assessment so all in all well worthwhile! read more

I can't recommend Platinum Auto Care highly enough! Brayam and his team came out to my place in Happy Valley to give my Jeep Wrangler a much-needed detailing. The result was nothing short of miraculous--my Jeep hasn't looked this good since I first bought it. Every inch of it, especially the tricky spots filled with pet hair, was cleaned to perfection. Working with the team at Platinum Auto Care was an absolute breeze. They were not only accommodating and quick to respond but also incredibly professional. The work they do is of the highest quality, and their team reflects that standard too. I'm thoroughly impressed and look forward to relying on their excellent service for many years to come. These folks are amazing! My car had an incredibly terrible mold issue in my car due to a moisture intrusion somewhere in my car. It was so bad that I thought I would have to get rid of the car for any price. However, reached out to Platinum Auto Care and Kristi responded in 10 min and got me scheduled right away! Carlos came to my home to pick up the car with remarkable timing and when they brought the car back it was almost like a completely new car!! The mild was GONE, the mold smell was GONE, the entire car me and my family's jaws on the ground!! Ulises and Carlos came out to my house in Amity and spent nearly 4 hours on the exterior of my 2019 Subaru Outback restoring it to nearly perfect condition and that was even without touch up paint. I should have bought some before calling Platinum! Then it would have looked even better than when purchased. Highly recommended due to employee pride in work and reliability. read more

I started a project inquiry for getting our car detailed, and while Platinum Auto Care wasn't the business I was leaning toward when I first made the inquiry, I ended up going with them because they were quick to respond, had the most good reviews, and they were priced about mid range for what we needed done. They weren't the cheapest, but that's not what I was looking for. I was looking for quality of work and professionalism. We (a family of two adults and three kids) travel full time from bnb to bnb, so we essentially live in our van part time. When Platinum finished it looked brand new. They showed up on time, and made do with the space in the parking lot of the apartment we're staying at. We'll use them next time we're in town. read more

My car was vandalized. It looked like something out of a movie. PAC was able to clean it up like it had never happened. They asked if it was my only car (it is) and they got it back to me that evening. I can say they did great work and whole heartily recommend them. read more

Did an amazing job on exterior and interior cleaning of my SUV. I was so pleased to see it looking like new despite being a 2011. I appreciated that they stayed away from shiny polish to make it look "clean" and instead used quality stuff. No light reflection blinding me nor gooey substance on the steering wheel.
