They kept me informed as the restoration process proceeded. Bryam did wonderfully with my insurance company to make sure I got maximum compensation. What a great company. The moon roof on our car got opened and didn't seal correctly when it was closed. My wife and I left for a couple of weeks on an overseas tour, and when we got back, we found that the window had leaked and the interior of the car was growing mold. Platinum picked up the car and took it to their shop. When they brought it back, It looked brand new! They not only cleaned it, but they did several ozone treatments to kill the mold. I started a project inquiry for getting our car detailed, and while Platinum Auto Care wasn't the business I was leaning toward when I first made the inquiry, I ended up going with them because they were quick to respond, had the most good reviews, and they were priced about mid range for what we needed done. They weren't the cheapest, but that's not what I was looking for. I was looking for quality of work and professionalism. We (a family of two adults and three kids) travel full time from bnb to bnb, so we essentially live in our van part time. When Platinum finished it looked brand new. I had Platinum Auto Care perform a complete detail of my BMW 440xi Coupe with a stage one paint correction. This is the first professional auto detail I have had done. My BMW is a 2017 so it is not a new car but has been well cared for. Nevertheless, it had the usual paint chips and scratches one would expect for a car of its age. I had high hopes for the detail work after reading the reviews on the Platinum Auto Care website but I really wasn't quite prepared for the immaculate work they did on my car. Brayam and his assistant did an absolutely fantastic job on my car. I had told Brayam that I was planning to apply the Adams Graphene Ceramic coating on my car myself if it came out of the detail looking ready for that kind of finish. Brayam advised that a paint correction would help get much but not all of the paint imperfections out of my car's paint and make a real difference in it's look. He was so right. My car looks fantastic! They were so methodical and diligent in their work and have a lot of pride in their work. Brayam even gave me some tips on how to apply the ceramic coating myself which were very helpful. They did a real quality detail, beyond even my high expectations. When they finished with my car it was perfect and ready for me the apply the coating, which I did. It came out great! I'm so glad I had Platinum Auto Care do the detailing on my car. It's like brand new inside and out. It was well worth the money for the detail and paint work. I am a customer for life. Thank you Brayam. read more
