When they show up, they do a great job. However, this is now the fourth time I've been scheduled, gotten email and text confirmation, then they never show up. They don't answer the phone. They blame a glitch in the scheduling software, but don't fix it. I'm bummed, everyone deserves a second chance, but it's not worth the hassle if a company can't show up as promised. Update: Adrian reached out and promised to make it right. They have assured me the new online scheduling platform is working properly and they came to my house and cleaned the car free of charge. They do fantastic work, so going the extra mile for customer service means a lot. read more

Very prompt response during the initial request for an estimate. Booked me the following day. Let me know they were running a bit later due to previous meetings which is fine. They showed up and quickly started the service after chopping it up for a couple minutes. Ended up cleaning for longer than 2 hours and when finished; turned out to be spotless! I'm scared to drive the car now to places as it looks like I just got it out of the showcase from my dealership. I just asked for interior cleaning/detailing no exterior interest. Definitely will give them another call back when the time is needed and look forward to seeing them again. Both were very friendly/attentive and did the job. Adrian and Leticia were great! From the moment I called until the moment they arrived, they were helpful and kind. Sadly, due to an appointment running late, they arrive close to an hour late. They did call me about 30 minutes in to let me know and for that I was thankful. I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a big deal. The car washes were incredible and both of my cars look brand new inside! I just did the wash and vac for both cars and the charge was $65 each for both a car and a small SUV. Miracle worker, and totally trustworthy! Responsive, sincere, and the real deal: came in at 1/3 the price of other mold "experts." Adrian went out of his way to turn my tears into relief and appreciation: the mold that bloomed inside our 24-year old beloved convertible parked for 2 months in the wet, cold Portland winter was thoroughly removed and the car has never looked (or smelled) better! Had my interior cleaned. Its an offroading daily that also transported my pup. Pretty much just muddy floors and lots of dog hair. They did an awesome job. AMAZING!! VIP mobile detailing really came thru for me when I needed help! I was super sick and off work for over a month and my car had not been driven. Somehow I got a lot of moisture in my car and the first time I went out to drive to the store there was mold all over my seats and my floor board. I called a few places to help me get the mold out and to clean my car and the cheapest quote that I got was over $400. VIP Mobile Detailing charged me half of that, they came to my home so I didn't even have to go anywhere and by the time they got done my car look brand new. The wonderful customer service did not stop there. I also received messages giving me advice on how to keep the mold out of my car. I followed their advice and the mold has been completely gone and so has the moisture. This is the only company I will ever use for car detailing :-) read more
