Their system notifies you via text when they're on the way. I added a second car at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. It took about six hours for both cars. They don't need anything except your keys - they have power, water, etc, within their truck. Service was completed in street parking spots. I booked the "in and out detail" which is $335. They added on a $35 pet hair removal fee. Plus tip, this was on the higher end of options. Ou cars were in pretty rough shape, especially inside. The result is certainly much improved, though not perfect for the price. I would likely re-book for interior detailing but maybe not exterior.

I am sure glad I did as that is how I got linked with Meraki Auto Detailing. I was hesitant at first since they did not have any Yelp reviews, but right off the bat I was impressed with the customer service and professionalism. Armando gave me a call in response to my request, very polite and thorough. I went over what exactly I wanted done and he gave me a quote over the phone. He up front mentioned cost may change depending on condition of car once they were on site which I appreciated the transparency. Armando and Jacoby of Meraki are a mobile detailing service and they arrived at my home on time. They bring all the required equipment, they just need access to water and electricity. They detailed my Tesla Model X and GMC Sierra 1500 SLT and both are looking showroom ready! The exterior and interior are looking as clean as the day I purchased these vehicles. They even cleaned my truck bed tonneau cover that I removed for an additional fee. They dealt with dog hair, kids snacks, and everything else that comes with a family of 5 and got the vehicles looking brand new inside and out. Armando and Jacoby are some of the hardest workers I have ever come across. They took their time, did not rush, and were very detailed and thorough. You can tell they have great work ethic. Meraki is a new outfit so recommend you check them out for yourself, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend, and have already started informing friends in the area. Customer service was A+ with Meraki Auto Detailing!

Well first of all Zach is great at communicating. We scheduled 2 weeks out because I asked ONLY for…read moremy car to be "cleaned" for Mother's Day and of course it wasn't. Because my man is AWFUL at any celebration. He doesn't do great with holidays and birthdays. When we scheduled the weather was supposed to be good. And then the DAY of of course it's going to rain. NOT Dapper Pros fault. Obviously. But MAN I'm irritated that the rain dirtied up my car faster than I had hoped on the outside. My issues - the tech was odd. He was nice but he told me he wanted to come a hour EARLY but then literally sat outside for about 20 minutes. I text Zach and said not sure why your guy has been here almost 20 minutes and not come in. But I was in a Camera on meeting for work and didn't have time to go outside and ask. Finally he called and said he was there. I said yeah I know. Then he asked me which car I wanted detailed first - my mom's I'm trying to sell (The Lexota aka Lexus,) or mine (Infiniti Q60.) I said I literally don't care. He was going back and forth trying to decide and asked me AGAIN and again I said I don't care. Do what you want. I was trying to get BACK inside for work. I gave him the Lexus keys and told him my keys were in my car. Guys. He literally spent 45 ish minutes VACUUMING my car. Now I'm thorough. And super ANAL about details but whoa. Then he got to washing which I never ever saw him touch or get close to the cars (which is apparent by the photos,) and waxing. Which I don't see happened. My car certainly doesn't seem waxed neither does the Lexus. The wash and wax job is just okay. The Lexus was DISGUSTING so truly any cleaning was worth it. But $568 for the two cars worth it??? NO. Today I was putting things back into the car and found that my back windows, the annoying triangle ones, weren't even cleaned!!! That definitely lowered me from a 3 star to a 2. AND the fact that my driveway is full of caked on dirt and pollen from the cars. Never have I ever had such a mess leftover by a company. Never have I ever felt like I TOTALLY wasted my money on something. My leather looks okay. The Lexus too but this was NOT worth it. For $234 for one car I'd expect it PERFECT. Not with the freaking windows still dirty!!! Come on!!! And I asked for an "itemized" invoice and was given the attached. What a joke. Go elsewhere. PS...this says it includes HAND WASH which did NOT happen on either of my vehicles. I can see and did see him working the entire time. 0 hand wash occurred. Pressure washing did. Ugh upon further review then I see that the guy never removed my phone holder from the windshield. Which left it all streaky and still dirty on that corner. Truly POOR quality work.
