Well first of all Zach is great at communicating. We scheduled 2 weeks out because I asked ONLY for my car to be "cleaned" for Mother's Day and of course it wasn't. Because my man is AWFUL at any celebration. He doesn't do great with holidays and birthdays. When we scheduled the weather was supposed to be good. And then the DAY of of course it's going to rain. NOT Dapper Pros fault. Obviously. But MAN I'm irritated that the rain dirtied up my car faster than I had hoped on the outside. My issues - the tech was odd. He was nice but he told me he wanted to come a hour EARLY but then literally sat outside for about 20 minutes. I text Zach and said not sure why your guy has been here almost 20 minutes and not come in. But I was in a Camera on meeting for work and didn't have time to go outside and ask. Finally he called and said he was there. I said yeah I know. Then he asked me which car I wanted detailed first - my mom's I'm trying to sell (The Lexota aka Lexus,) or mine (Infiniti Q60.) I said I literally don't care. He was going back and forth trying to decide and asked me AGAIN and again I said I don't care. Do what you want. I was trying to get BACK inside for work. I gave him the Lexus keys and told him my keys were in my car. Guys. He literally spent 45 ish minutes VACUUMING my car. Now I'm thorough. And super ANAL about details but whoa. Then he got to washing which I never ever saw him touch or get close to the cars (which is apparent by the photos,) and waxing. Which I don't see happened. My car certainly doesn't seem waxed neither does the Lexus. The wash and wax job is just okay. The Lexus was DISGUSTING so truly any cleaning was worth it. But $568 for the two cars worth it??? NO. Today I was putting things back into the car and found that my back windows, the annoying triangle ones, weren't even cleaned!!! That definitely lowered me from a 3 star to a 2. AND the fact that my driveway is full of caked on dirt and pollen from the cars. Never have I ever had such a mess leftover by a company. Never have I ever felt like I TOTALLY wasted my money on something. My leather looks okay. The Lexus too but this was NOT worth it. For $234 for one car I'd expect it PERFECT. Not with the freaking windows still dirty!!! Come on!!! And I asked for an "itemized" invoice and was given the attached. What a joke. Go elsewhere. PS...this says it includes HAND WASH which did NOT happen on either of my vehicles. I can see and did see him working the entire time. 0 hand wash occurred. Pressure washing did. Ugh upon further review then I see that the guy never removed my phone holder from the windshield. Which left it all streaky and still dirty on that corner. Truly POOR quality work. read more

Wish I had more cars for them to detail because they did an absolutely amazing job! My car looks brand new! The exterior is so clean, the tires and rims are so shiny, and the interior is spotless. I have two large golden retrievers so there was a lot of hair in my car, but you wouldn't be able to tell because dapper pros got every strain of hair out. I was so excited to get my 2021 Seltos detailed. the car's exterior was not very dirty and the interior was not sticky or super dirty, but had a lot of dirt and debris on the floor mats. Austin came out and said it would take him 2-2.5 hours. It took him 3.5 hours and the results were disappointing to say the least below you'll see some photos. there was marks left on my bumper where Austin sprayed the tires and got the tire conditioner all over my bumper. The front windshield was still very dirty. There's marks on the interior where it was wiped with a dirty wet rag and not dried. So now there's water spots and smudges all over the black area near the shift controller . read more

I can't believe how clean my car is!! My car was loaded with dog hair from my English bulldog and I struggled every time I tried to clean the carpets because it would all get stuck. It now looks brand new! I reached out to a few detailers and these guys responded the fastest with fair pricing. So glad I did it and they finished the job at the comfort of my own apartment! They were very apologetic and are working to schedule a time to come back for a more thorough cleaning at no charge. Will update again after the redo. Update 1.1: Dapper Pros completed a second cleaning at no charge. Again, I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Update 2: Dapper Pros contacted us after the second detailing to see how the second round turned out. We sent the same pictures to them that are posted here. Dapper Pros apologized and told us that they would clean the truck for a third time at no charge. Update 2.1: Dapper Pros completed a third cleaning at no charge. My Mustang was loaded with dog hair and some light scratches from a tree on the exterior. I've loved my car for years but have been really busy recently so let it get a bit out of control! I figured I would get a nice detail done to try restart. I am so impressed with what Dapper was able to do. Jacob from Dapper Pros did an AMAZING job cleaning and detailing our car! It looks spectacular and in perfect condition for resale. I wish I had remembered to take a before and after photo, but just know the difference was like night and day - seriously. We had an ex roommate who was using the car and after they were done with it, it was absolutely trashed - smoke smell, food scraps, and several hard to remove stains. After the Dapper Pros deep cleaned it, I almost didn't recognize it. They truly did a fantastic job and I can't recommend them enough. Unprofessional and zero customer service. I had a Noon appointment with a two hour window. The day before my appointment I got an email saying I had a 12:00 appointment with a 12-2 window. The day of the appointment 12 came and went along with the next two hours, and no one showed up or called to say they were running behind schedule. At 4:00 someone decided to show up but I was already gone. The company never acknowledged they were 4 hours late and never apologized for not showing up when they were scheduled. I would never do business with such a flakey, unprofessional company. I doubt they will be in business very long with the lacking customer service. No idea how they clean or don't clean, but they surely don't value a customers time or schedule. read more

I am glad I get to be the first person to leave this business a review because when I say they made my car look impeccable- I mean it. Dapper Pros takes the word "detailing" very literally because they didn't miss a single detail. I drive a Honda Civic and it isn't my favorite car but the detail left me finding a new appreciation for my car.
