Had an awesome experience today with Thomas! Got my headlights buffed and they look brand new! I can actually see so much better driving at night now. On top of that, he aired up my tires without me even asking, which was such a nice bonus. Super friendly, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend if you want quality detailing and someone who goes the extra mile! read more

Cannot say enough about how great my experience was! Thomas took my car in as soon as I requested. He provided a very reasonable estimate upfront and finished the car in exactly the time he estimated. I was impressed with the quality of his work. He took time to explain what he accomplished and sent a before and after video. He is a true professional and I highly recommend him. read more

My experience here was amazing. I called to get a quote and time frame of bringing in my Mercedes Sprinter 2500 for only an exterior wash since this was a rental. I spoke with Thomas the owner & he was more than happy to squeeze me in on such a last minute wash. It was a hot day & he offered to take me to the coffee shop on the corner to hang out since they don't really have a waiting area indoors. The wash took about an hour and he also offered to pick me up to go get the van. If that isn't customer service, then I don't know what is. They did a great job and I'd recommend to anyone in the area. Reasonable pricing, quick & easy service! read more

Took my 2012 Nissan Frontier that I received from an inheritance to them .It had been left sitting in A shop for sometime, not washed or cleaned and smelled "old" inside the cab.Dirty it was. Thomas was up for the challenge When I got it back it looked like a new truck It sparkled and was spotless inside and out and engine bay too I wished I had taken before pics Highly recommend Thomas read more

I highly recommend Tiger Auto Detailing! We used Tiger Detailing on more than one occasion. Thomas consistently does a fantastic job. He's also very responsive and friendly. Both our car and minivan have been through the ringer with multiple kids, their friends, and our dogs. It was actually a bit embarrassing to drop our van off I was blown away by the difference. I've used other detailing services and this one is by far the best! read more

First of all - the two guys who were at the shop the morning of 8/23 were great. My problem is with Thomas, the guy who runs the place. I had bought a membership here a year ago and used the free "Deluxe Hand Wash," clearly a selling point and attracts people to buy a membership. That detailing lasted about 2 hours as I waited in their tiny waiting room - but it was all fine since the car turned out great! Several months go by and since I had a pleasant first experience so I wanted to come back and support this small business and asked for another "Deluxe Hand Wash" but by using the 50% off coupon. He books me for another 2 hour window and I assumed it would be the same service - about 2 hours, interior and exterior, and the wording/price is exactly the same on the coupon sheet. I get my butt out of bed to be there at 7am on a Saturday and I am told it was scheduled as JUST an exterior wash. If I wanted the deluxe hand wash it would be $450! After some back and forth, one of the guys says the best he can do is a commuter wash for $150 but would be less thorough. They end up calling Thomas and man, he was completely different than when I first met him. He was rude, short, and passive aggressive saying that "hey man, you already used your free one" or "we can do the commuter wash for $100 but it'll ruin our day." Yikes. I am not here to ruin anyone's day. You advertised a service which I paid for and I did not receive that. As a small business owner it seems like you should have honored your prices as you said in your text and sales material and cut your potential losses for a single vehicle rather than lose a potential long term returning customer. I will not be returning and will advise others to avoid this place as well. read more

Thomas at Tiger Auto has done the most amazing job detailing our 2010 Honda civic. It was not driven for months during the wet months which caused lots of molding and mildew on the inside and outside. I asked for a full interior detail to make it drivable and he did not disappoint. Never had a car professional detailed before so not sure if pricing was fair but after seeing the work he put in I feel confident it was a great deal! He even came and picked up and dropped off the car because I didn't feel comfortable driving it. Thomas ended up giving me a nice deal on an exterior wash as well. It completely transformed the car. Thank you so much for taking the time and detail in getting the car looking so nice and safe to drive. I would trust to recommend Thomas at Tiger Auto to friends and family. read more

As mentioned in my initial review, I had my 2020 Tundra ceramic coated by Tiger Auto Detail. Dropped the truck of Sunday afternoon and it was done by Tuesday end of day. Since the truck is still fairly new (8 months old), I didn't expect much. Upon picking up the truck, I was extremely impressed. The truck looked better than new! Thomas had it street side, rinsed, wiped and ready for pick up. Let's just say it felt like taking delivery of a new truck again. I waited a few weeks to post this review so as to provide feedback on the quality of the ceramic coating. So far it's beading up well and still looks freshly detailed. I drove it through the rainy Tillamook state forest to drive on the beach at the coast. Let's just say all the water beaded off right away and there's barely any mud and sand to show. Two thumbs up to Thomas and the Crew! Note: J Quartz pro is supposed to be a 3-5 year warranty so I'll provide updates as time passes. read more

Man, I am super impressed with the owners professionalism and reliable communication. I dropped my car off for a ceramic coating and worked with Thomas from beginning to end. He makes sure to answer any questions you may have as well as give you a step by step process of what will happen from drop off to pick up. When I went to go pick up my car I saw that he had pulled it out for me for easy access and then he gave me a run down of what he did to reiterate the work that was done. I am SUPER happy with the results - I get way more compliments on my car than I did before and I highly recommend him for all the services he provides. Again, thank you Thomas for being so easy to work with and for working around my schedule!! read more

We wanted our fifteen year old Honda Accord detailed for our new teen drivers. It had been through years of snacks, sports practices, two dogs and a Venti Pike Starbucks dumped on the console. It had NEVER been cleaned professionally. Jerry and Thomas restored our car to like new condition, as you can see from the photos! Every surface is spotless and the leather seats are SO soft now. The exterior was full of door dings and scratches and it's now so smooth and shiny, we realized that we had a metallic glitter in the paint original paint choice. The whole process was very easy to schedule and personable. Thomas (the owner) texts you directly. Their shop is off Main Street in Tigard and there are lots of shops and stores to visit while you wait. They will pick up and drop off your car as well. Thank you Jerry and Thomas for your fantastic work! read more

Recently moved to Oregon and am accustomed to some of the best detailers down South .. I was looking for a detail / color correction on my new GLC. Luckily I found Thomas with Tiger Auto detail. After a long conversation we came to the conclusion that based on what I was looking for and how i like to keep my vehicle, a full ceramic would be my best option. I left the car with him for 2 days and just got it back this morning. I couldn't be happier. He definitely knows what he is doing and did a phenomenal job on my vehicle.. He was also able to remove to discoloration on my black trim pieces left by the detergents in the contactless washes here. He was prompt with communication during the process and is very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him and will definitely be coming back for all my wash/detailing needs. Thanks again Thomas Asher read more

I will always use Tiger Auto Detail for any of my detailing needs. This was my second detail with them, and I can't express how appreciative I am of their attention to detail, punctuality, and kindness. You won't find a better detailer in the Portland metro area!!! I even asked for help when I had a leak in my car this winter, and didn't know what to do - they helped me dry out my carpets and gave me suggestions for if it were to happen again. Thank you Tiger Auto Detail! read more

Tiger Auto Detail - Buffed out scratches on outside and pristine exterior of car Not pictured: flawless inside - with washed carpets and all dog hair gone - Auto Detailing Near Me - Tigard, Oregon

We were referred to Tiger Auto Detail by two separate friends who were both very happy with the work. So I brought in my 2018 4Runner and my husband's 2018 Tundra for complete interior detailing and ceramic coating. We were beyond pleased with how they came out - they just gleamed inside and out! They even cleaned the wheel wells and spare tire - which just blew my mind. The pricing was very fair for the incredible job that was done. We'll never go anywhere else. Thanks Thomas and crew! read more

Reasonable price, professional, responsive, reliable, highest quality work. You won't be disappointed. Also, I called him at 10pm on a Thursday night and he answered. I had a backseat smell like urine after driving an Uber passenger. He told me exactly what to do to fix immediately. Class act, great customer service. Strongly recommend. read more

Thomas did a great job cleaning up my M.I.L.'s old Toyota that had oil all over the engine compartment due to Beaverton Toyota forgetting to put the oil dipstick back after an oil change. This was my second time using Tiger Auto Detail. The interior and exterior cleaning of my Honda was, once again, fantastic. My leather seats and carpet look brand new, and the inside smells great! I am giving only 4 stars this time, as I asked to please pay special attention to the inside of the front window and it was very spotty/smeared. read more

This is the second time I've used Thomas and his crew. They were fantastic again. I have a 2011 BMW X3 that wanted cleaned to sell. They went above and beyond to get it ready for me. I took it for an appraisal and they said if it wasn't for the 100k miles they wouldn't know it was 10 years old. They gave it the highest appraisal rating. Thanks again to Thomas and his group for all they did for us. I highly recommend them! read more

I found Tiger Auto Detail to be efficient, courteous and professional. I had issues with the job performed on my car. Incomplete cleaning/vacuuming of a few areas inside the vehicle. I appreciate his quick remedy of the matter. read more

Getting my car detailed is not something I do. But... It was stolen; and whoever stole it, left a small mess inside (no pee or poop, thankfully). The worst was the muffin. I imagine they ate this blueberry muffin eyes closed, open-palm, face-plant. It. Was. Everywhere. My insurance covers detailing on a claim such as this, so I did some research. I had a good feeling about this place, and it turned out to be well-founded. Not only did they get the interior back to pre- car thief blueberry muffin explosion extravaganza, they got out a laundry detergent spill stain from TEN YEARS AGO! My car is 20 years old; and I really don't expect it to look good as new, ever again. But it's real close, now (on the inside). Smells like a young pup of a car, and you'd never know there was such a thing as a blueberry muffin bomb. Thank you, Thomas and Co.! I will be referring any and all to this place. P.S. Straight DEAL on the price! Worth MORE than every penny! read more

If a car cleaning could change your life....this is the place to go. Our car was an absolute disaster from our 4 small children. I thought there was no hope for her to ever e clean let alone beautiful again. But Tiger Auto Detail worked some kind of magic on her. My car looks better than when we drove it off the lot. Every single centimeter of the car is transformed. I'm stunned. They did what seemed impossible. My car looks absolutely stunning. They are amazing and fantastic and I cannot give them adequate praise for a job well done. You will not regret putting your car in their hands. They are the masters. read more

Thomas and his team did an amazing job all the way around! They were friendly and the communication was excellent. We were given this car from a family member who smoked in it and let me tell you. I would highly recommend trusting them with your vehicle and will definitely be going back. Thank you Tiger Auto Detail! read more

I was seen last minute for a full detail on my car. It was ready quicker than I've ever seen and it's maintained it's shine/cleanliness for a month now with light dusting. Another thing I love: it's a true clean shine! Not just waxy and oily for 2-3 days of show. Great job, guys! read more

Thomas and his team did a phenomenal job on the detailing of my car. The inside is cleaner than it was 4 years ago when I bought it and they even got out all the dog hair that was everywhere in the back seat. The job they did cleaning and waxing the exterior has it looking like new, and even got some big scuff marks out that had been there for several years from when someone swiped my car in a parking lot. We will definitely use them again! read more

I hired Tiger Auto Detail to clean my 2004 Toyota Sienna that has been what I like to call the Kid-Mobile for the last six years. We recently bought a newer minivan and wanted to have the old one professionally detailed in order to sell it. I was lucky to find Tiger Auto Detail. Thomas and Adrian came out to my house with every necessary tool to turn my old cracker embedded van into a sparkling car that looked better than when I bought it 6 years ago. They were professional, on time and very thorough. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again when my new van is in need of a detailed cleaning. read more

Wish I had taken before and after pictures. Have not detailed the interior of my truck since 2013, and it looked like it. It now looks the same as when I drove it off the lot in 2012. Price: I stopped getting details because I would pay $100 with a Groupon and felt like all that was done was a quick vac and wipe down. Basically, what I could do at home. The guys at Tiger Auto are more expensive than that, but I definitely got an interior worth what I paid. I will be back, no questions asked. read more

We called Thomas around 9:30am and asked if he'd be able to take a look at our car. He told us to come on in. He looked at the damage (roof was tarnished from a roof bag) and said he could have it fixed by 11am! He recommended a coffee shop across the street while we waited. Sure enough, he was done by 11am, roof looks like new! He also buffered out some scratches on my hood at no charge. Great price, great service, great work! We will be going to Thomas for any future detail work we need done! read more

I cannot say enough good thing a out Thomas and Tiger Auto Detail. I had a car that made my cringe every time I got in it. Floors covered in an inch of dog hair, dirt, and food crumbs, gunk crusted in cup holders, and windows so covered in dog nose prints it looked like I had them frosted. My concern was that I couldn't afford a full detail with shampooing all the fabric. Thomas worked with me to find a way to improve my car within my budget. The result? My car was cleaner than I ever imagined it could be again, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Thomas repeatedly voiced his concerns that I know he wants to ensure a fair price for customers and for his employees time. The integrity and honesty went s long way to win me over. The Thomas and his team were all kind, went above and beyond, and have won me over as a repeat customer. I'm shy around strangers, and they made me feel comfortable, and also went the extra mile to help me have my car make me excited to drive rather than dreading. I cannot thank them enough. If you want to have great care of your car and yourself, Tiger Auto Detail is the place to go. Amazing humans that care about you, your car, and their work. read more
