My experience here was amazing. I called to get a quote and time frame of bringing in my Mercedes Sprinter 2500 for only an exterior wash since this was a rental. I spoke with Thomas the owner & he was more than happy to squeeze me in on such a last minute wash. It was a hot day & he offered to take me to the coffee shop on the corner to hang out since they don't really have a waiting area indoors. The wash took about an hour and he also offered to pick me up to go get the van. If that isn't customer service, then I don't know what is. Thomas at Tiger Auto has done the most amazing job detailing our 2010 Honda civic. It was not driven for months during the wet months which caused lots of molding and mildew on the inside and outside. I asked for a full interior detail to make it drivable and he did not disappoint. Never had a car professional detailed before so not sure if pricing was fair but after seeing the work he put in I feel confident it was a great deal! First of all - the two guys who were at the shop the morning of 8/23 were great. My problem is with Thomas, the guy who runs the place. I had bought a membership here a year ago and used the free "Deluxe Hand Wash," clearly a selling point and attracts people to buy a membership. That detailing lasted about 2 hours as I waited in their tiny waiting room - but it was all fine since the car turned out great! Several months go by and since I had a pleasant first experience so I wanted to come back and support this small business and asked for another "Deluxe Hand Wash" but by using the 50% off coupon. He books me for another 2 hour window and I assumed it would be the same service - about 2 hours, interior and exterior, and the wording/price is exactly the same on the coupon sheet. I get my butt out of bed to be there at 7am on a Saturday and I am told it was scheduled as JUST an exterior wash. If I wanted the deluxe hand wash it would be $450! After some back and forth, one of the guys says the best he can do is a commuter wash for $150 but would be less thorough. They end up calling Thomas and man, he was completely different than when I first met him. He was rude, short, and passive aggressive saying that "hey man, you already used your free one" or "we can do the commuter wash for $100 but it'll ruin our day." Yikes. I am not here to ruin anyone's day. You advertised a service which I paid for and I did not receive that. As a small business owner it seems like you should have honored your prices as you said in your text and sales material and cut your potential losses for a single vehicle rather than lose a potential long term returning customer. I will not be returning and will advise others to avoid this place as well. read more

As mentioned in my initial review, I had my 2020 Tundra ceramic coated by Tiger Auto Detail. Dropped the truck of Sunday afternoon and it was done by Tuesday end of day. Since the truck is still fairly new (8 months old), I didn't expect much. Upon picking up the truck, I was extremely impressed. The truck looked better than new! Thomas had it street side, rinsed, wiped and ready for pick up. Let's just say it felt like taking delivery of a new truck again. I waited a few weeks to post this review so as to provide feedback on the quality of the ceramic coating. So far it's beading up well and still looks freshly detailed. I drove it through the rainy Tillamook state forest to drive on the beach at the coast. Let's just say all the water beaded off right away and there's barely any mud and sand to show. We wanted our fifteen year old Honda Accord detailed for our new teen drivers. It had been through years of snacks, sports practices, two dogs and a Venti Pike Starbucks dumped on the console. Recently moved to Oregon and am accustomed to some of the best detailers down South .. I was looking for a detail / color correction on my new GLC. Luckily I found Thomas with Tiger Auto detail. Getting my car detailed is not something I do. But... It was stolen; and whoever stole it, left a small mess inside (no pee or poop, thankfully). The worst was the muffin. I imagine they ate this blueberry muffin eyes closed, open-palm, face-plant. It. Was. Everywhere. My insurance covers detailing on a claim such as this, so I did some research. I had a good feeling about this place, and it turned out to be well-founded. Not only did they get the interior back to pre- car thief blueberry muffin explosion extravaganza, they got out a laundry detergent spill stain from TEN YEARS AGO! My car is 20 years old; and I really don't expect it to look good as new, ever again. But it's real close, now (on the inside). Wish I had taken before and after pictures. Have not detailed the interior of my truck since 2013, and it looked like it. It now looks the same as when I drove it off the lot in 2012. Price: I stopped getting details because I would pay $100 with a Groupon and felt like all that was done was a quick vac and wipe down. Basically, what I could do at home. I took my father's 2012 Chrysler 300 in to be completely detailed after the car has sat outside, not under cover, since it was new. When we picked up the car it looked like it was brand new ... and the inside was also done so very well.
