Avoid this car wash location ‼…read more my car wash was good, very basic. I've really enjoyed going to kaady car washes and haven't had any major complaints. I love their vacuums and have even opted in for their monthly subscription. I had a minor scratch from the Hillsboro location and I know because my car is brand new and washed it twice within a week period and immediately noticed the scratch. I didn't think much of it given how faint it was but here is where I'm annoyed. Their customer service manager (Zane N) claims their car washes NEVER scratch cars. I know for a fact, this isn't true from personal experience. I paid for my partner to wash his Volvo with their most premium wash. I noticed immediately that his car had scratches after the wash. When it first happened, the employee was extremely nice and said after reviewing footage, that this location was at fault and "the scratches were not there beforehand". We filed the report and really appreciated the way they handled it the day of. Fast forward 6 days later to today, their customer service manager came out to this location where we met to discuss the scratches. He denied everything and said there was no way this location caused it. When we brought up that the employees mentioned this location was at fault, he refused to accept it and denied everything. His tone was completely uncalled for and cut me off the couple times I spoke. Again, I've been really happy with their other Beaverton location, Tualatin location and Hillsboro location. Minor scuff? No biggie but this location is horrible and their customer service manager is not representative of the company. I find it unacceptable to 1) not apologize for the inconvenience of coming out, 2) not apologize for the misleading information of their employee, 3) not apologize for the lack of training their employee/site manager has to handle this situation, and lastly, the inability to remain respectful when being questioned.

I spoke with Thomas the owner & he was more than happy to squeeze me in on such a last minute wash. It was a hot day & he offered to take me to the coffee shop on the corner to hang out since they don't really have a waiting area indoors. The wash took about an hour and he also offered to pick me up to go get the van. If that isn't customer service, then I don't know what is. The only time I ever had problems I called the number posted on the door to the attendant area and my problems were addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. I see that they raised their rates by $5.... at $20 the price was a bit on the high side but they do a much better job than those drive-thru car washes so for me the extra cost was worth it. But minus one star for charging $25 for a regular car wash which really is quite a lot. Used to be when I showed up there was always three lanes of cars backed up all the way to the street just waiting to get started. When I showed up today there was one car there. The other two lanes were empty. There were also a legion of hard working employees there. Today there was just a handful. In total, there were less than 1/2 dozen cars being washed. Pretty stark difference. I don't know if this is due to the scamdemic insanity or what. I doubt many people view going to a car wash as a risky proposition health-wise. Some people were wearing face muzzles and others like me weren't. Nobody said anything to me about it. And I feel really badly for the now unemployed workers who always worked very hard, were polite and efficient and I assume making good $$$ especially when it came to tips. The office folks were much better than the previous crew. As usually, they did a great job. I just returned from a road trip and the front of the car was packed with dead bugs. They ran the car though a second time. I've been coming here for a great many years and I'm always happy with the way the car looks when I leave. The major negative for me was the long time it took to get in and out.... usually well over 1/2 hour. But I just took that as the down side of patronizing a thriving business. Last time I was here I had a gift card and just got the basic wash. This time I didn't, but once again I said, "It's time to respect the Focus." I purchased the Ultimate Car Wash without batting an eye and made sure to roll my windows up. It was $15 but apparently having a clean(er) car helps with self esteem as well. The attendant gave me three car wipes, but I purchased an additional 5 (only $2.50) because they were 100% necessary. I got into crevices that hadn't been touched in over a decade. Let's just say if this car was a cartoon character it would have been Pigpen from Peanuts. I wiped out the area underneath the trunk hinge. There were leaves and moss that was actually growing moss on it. Now I am not proud of this, but I am proud that I have finally realized that everything reflects on me. I cleaned all the removable plastic inserts and the emergency break. Basically I did a self detail job for less than 20 bucks. Now I am not saying it is perfect...yeah there are still soda stains in the carpet, but I digress.
