If you just want a car wash, come here. It's not great! The customer service is missing. It's just an average car wash pretending to be a detail shop. The lines were extremely long and the process is broken. They need a six sigma expert to work out the cleaning process. While each car is vacuumed the floor mats are cleaned while the cars wait. That means all the other cars wait behind them. So expect 10 to 15 minutes per car in front of you. When I was there, they seem to run 4 cars through the process, after one car is finished being dried, another car enters the wash. The work was all mediocre. read more

Do not recommend. Will not return. This was their most expensive package. We've tried this car wash several times with three different vehicles, and the outcome is always the same: the interior is never cleaned well. Cup holders have splatter, scuff marks on the glove box, and doors are never wiped off. The windscreen and glass often have streaks or overspray remaining. It's hastily done with no attention to detail. I've even brought these issues up prior to having the car cleaned so they would pay extra attention. I regret having tipped them. I tried to inspect the car before leaving, but as soon as I get home, I always find more issues on the other side of the car. Very disappointing. read more

After getting my car cleaned at Beaverton Carwash, I began to have swarms of bees at my passenger mirror. we believe that some liberal whacko sprayed a solution on that mirror that caused swarming. This was witnessed by my brother who made the connection when he recalled one of the workers spraying something from a blue bottle on this mirror only. I washed that mirror very well twice, and the bees finally stopped coming after 2 days. Don't use this Carwash if you're conservative and displaying it on your car. read more

I paid for the super premium car wash with a dollar extra for SUV so I got a pay for the most expensive car wash that I could get. I wanted to make sure that the car was clean so when I picked it up I didn't think I had to really check but the car was still filthy inside. I've attached pictures of the dash in the consul that weren't even touch. It looks like they sprayed some thing on it but they didn't wipe it and still dirty. It's not even vacuumed. The windshield had some drawing from another service that could have been clean off but wasn't. What's the point of paying for a full service car was that doesn't give you full service. This has to be the worst car wash I've had in 40+ years of driving! I literally had to rewash my windows inside and out when I got home, they were cleaner before the wash. There is still dirt on the back of the car, some of it smeared with a rag and left. The tires were to be dressed, they did one of them and did not clean the rim. The inside was like it never was touched, ended up wiping the car out myself. This was a Sloppy and ridiculous waste of time and money. I regret tipping the guys, just added to the disappointment. I don't even have time to start with the service inside when you pay, there isn't any, might as well have a self pay kiosk, it would be more comfortable. Me & my husband needed a quick interior/wash clean for our 4-door Jeep wrangler due to our Alaskan Malamutes hectic mess & fur & them creating a strong odor due to them going to the lake. Pulling into the wash, an employee was honest & said that our car would need a professional detail but they can do what they can knowing there's some dog hair involved. They let us know it would be about a 10-15 minute process & everyone was super friendly. We paid for the premium car wash & from what I experienced, they went beyond for our car within the time they had to clean it. Purchased the deluxe wash and they flagged me down and said my car was ready in 5 minutes. Low and behold I go up to my vehicle and the whole windshield looks like it hasn't even been wiped. I asked the workers if they had any glass cleaning spray as I used to work for mobile detailing and know this tree sap is minor and if I went through Kaady car wash this would be easily removed. HE SAID IT WOULD COST $100 TO REMOVE THIS FROM MY WINDSHIELD AT ANY CAR WASH IN THE AREA.... WHAT A JOKE! I own car washes in other states and they have simply failed to maintain their equipment...when I saw cars coming out with soap still on them, I knew they had issues. Better quality of service. They rush through everything and left spray marks on the interior door of the passenger side so I had to get out after I drove off and wipe it down. This business would be rated zero if it was an option. Don't waste your time or money! I have had cars washed here over many years to the point where I had 4 red cards punched for free car washes. The business must have changed owners or be under new management. I paid $37.95 for an "ultimate" wash. I pointed out two areas on the side and mirror where the paint has been rubbed off, and asked if the areas could be buffed. I also asked if the truck bed could be swept out. The answer from the first worker was yes to both. When the truck came out and worker signaled the job was finished, I pointed out numerous small scratches, and what appeared to be diluted white drops, all over both sides. Also, the truck bed had not been swept. The worker did not speak English and could not explain, so I asked for the manager. To say he was rude and insulting is an understatement. He told me they do not sweep truck beds, but they do vacuum. He repeatedly told me he was 100% sure the scratches and drops did not occur during the car wash, and asked why the car was there to be washed today because it had been recently washed. I explained my husband had recently passed away, the truck was being prepared for sale the next day, and the car wash last night did not offer interior cleaning. After several minutes of the manager's explanations, I asked if he thought I was trying to scam him. His response was an unequival yes! I am senior grieving widow, and the manager's accusations were unbelievable. He told me to drive back through the greeting area for the bed to be vacuumed. When I drove away, the sun was shining on the windshield, and there were more of the white drops on the outside, and a film on the inside which obscured my vision. My husband got me addicted to coming here. I really did not appreciate them until I was not able to come here for several months. They seemed to be closed every time I would try to drop by - I assume they are just open far less during the winter months. So for the past few months I have paid $7 to get the car washed down the street and then vacuum and clean it out myself. It is worth every penny to go here...every penny. I usually just get the $24.95 basic and then I take out an extra $5 to tip the guys who have always been very nice. They always take their time wiping the exterior and interior completely down. My time is valuable and these guys do such a bang up job....worth every penny and this is the least expensive car wash for the amount you get out there. read more

I had been looking for a hand car wash for a while, so I was hopeful when I found this place. When I pulled up and asked for the "ultimate" wash, which is listed at $28.99, I was given a ticket for $30.99. I asked why it was $2 more than listed and was told because I have an SUV. I drive a RAV4, which is a midsize car, NOT an SUV, but regardless- the prices listed an additional $1 for SUVs. I should've known this dishonesty was a red flag. The wash was done in about 15 minutes and it looked like they just lightly wiped down the car with a towel and called it a day. The car was still FILTHY, with exception to the floor mats which they did take out and wash, and put back wet. They didn't even touch the cup holders and the dash was left dusty. I wanted to update my review since it looks like there has been a management or ownership change since my last review. This place has always done a decent job cleaning up my vehicles. I see that they raised their rates by $5.... at $20 the price was a bit on the high side but they do a much better job than those drive-thru car washes so for me the extra cost was worth it. But minus one star for charging $25 for a regular car wash which really is quite a lot. Used to be when I showed up there was always three lanes of cars backed up all the way to the street just waiting to get started. When I showed up today there was one car there. The other two lanes were empty. There were also a legion of hard working employees there. Today there was just a handful. In total, there were less than 1/2 dozen cars being washed. Pretty stark difference. I don't know if this is due to the scamdemic insanity or what. I doubt many people view going to a car wash as a risky proposition health-wise. Some people were wearing face muzzles and others like me weren't. Nobody said anything to me about it. And I feel really badly for the now unemployed workers who always worked very hard, were polite and efficient and I assume making good $$$ especially when it came to tips. The office folks were much better than the previous crew. As usually, they did a great job. I just returned from a road trip and the front of the car was packed with dead bugs. They ran the car though a second time. I've been coming here for a great many years and I'm always happy with the way the car looks when I leave. The major negative for me was the long time it took to get in and out.... usually well over 1/2 hour. But I just took that as the down side of patronizing a thriving business. In terms of reviews, if the majority of people say it's bad, it's probably pretty bad. Just don't come here. Spend your money elsewhere or buy your own cleaning supplies. I started bringing my car to this place 2 years ago and they were always amazing. My car would be covered in husky hair and mud from the dog park despite having a cover but it was immaculate every time I left this place. I came every month or so because the price was absolutely worth it. Stopped going for a few months, I think they must have switched owners or management because I don't recognize anyone anymore. Service just sucks. I don't mind spot cleaning what they missed but nowadays I might as well just do the work myself. I get the "Super Ultimate" which is supposed to include interior cleaning and vacuuming, exterior wash, tire dressing, basically the works.. They didn't put any tire dressing. They didn't even clean my backseat at all, not even a good wipe down. There's dust all over my console and dash. They didn't clean the cup holders. They just threw in a 3-piece stack of the little scent packets. Didn't even spread them out or hide them under the seats anymore, they were just on the floor. The best thing they did was wash my floor mats. I'm just sad lol. It used to be such good service! I tip really well because I know it's hard work but I've tried to go the last three months and every time it's worse and worse. I see there are a number of low stars, but I just want to say I have had a good experience coming here occasionally for their Ultimate selection wash. I have a basic sedan, and they always do a good job with the exterior and tires; and the basic interior and trunk-- windows, vacuuming, etc. A few weeks before I came for my wash, some of my bigger coins, like quarters, dropped in the crack between my seat and the hand brake, and I hadn't gotten them out yet. It's a New BMW X5 so I am pretty aware if it would have been there she's my baby. When one of the workers comes over who checked me in agreed it wasn't there he was shushed by the manager Jose Ramirez and told to go back to work. Thank God I'm a pretty good redneck so WD-40 and Maguire's to the rescue I was able to buff it out. They made no attempt to even try to remove and called me a liar when the car had just been detailed a Kuni BMW a couple of weeks ago. Took my 2021 Honda Passport Touring in for the top of the line cleaning inside and out. Have not used them in years, but they once were like a mini-detailing quality for a reasonable price under $40. Got it home..... multiple dozens of dead bugs still on the front. Dirt in the armrest cups. Dirt on the window, dirty rooftop, dust and fibers in all of the footwells, water streaks, pine tar dots untouched, windows streaked, rims dirty. $33 for an outcome that is not any better on the outside than an $8 self serve.
