I was very happy to discover this spot today! As I hoped, they have beautiful high quality hand-made brooms. They also have a great selection of polished stones, apothecary goods, and tarot decks. Friendly staff. Parking was limited and it's not a large place but well worth a visit. read more

Beware of any offerings by this business. A participant during simple Tea, (at the very least) expects copious amounts of HOT properly brewed Tea. Attending a "High Tea" with a price tag of $65 one expects rather more. The costly event presented by If The Broom Fits, although marketed as a "High Tea", was not a Tea by any stretch of the imagination but rather a self serve fruit buffet with (unmarked) flour based desserts. Definitely not the Gluten Free Tea promised. This event provided a self serve offering of 3 Teas. One was over brewed, another tepid. The venue apparently ran out of it's third choice then refilled with a stone cold mystery ... One sip of cold Tea was the final blow. No refunds should have been a big clue. Deb has an ex employee rallying friends to create trouble on the shop's sites. Yes, the shop carries handmade items from local artists. Yes, the shop also carries items you can find elsewhere, just as every shop does. She has never implied everything she carries is custom made by locals. "Amazon is cheaper" literally applies everywhere. Do you complain to the restaurant that Cash & Carry's meat is cheaper when you go out to eat? Prices for crystals and gems range from average to good, and are of typical quality for the price range. Book and tarot selection is generally good. And no, she does not hate her customers. They keep her in business, and she does what she can to serve a wide variety of needs the customers have. This is an eclectic shop with lots to offer. Small shop with limited quantity of items but the basics are accounted for: crystals, books, taro decks, athames, pendulums and decorative cloth for alters. I absolutely adore this shop. I try to visit a least once every couple of months just to see what new items are available. The owner of the shop Debbie, is friendly, knowledgeable, and does a wonderful job of making you feel at ease while you're looking around. Her two little Poms are also ready to greet you with warmth and excitement. I love the collection of handmade candles, incense, bath salts and of course little spell bundles which include New and Full Moon kits. I also appreciate how Debbie makes an effort to provide handmade items such as wands, besomes, and jewelry either created by herself or by local artists. Along with all of the Craft and gift goodies, readings and healings are available from Debbie, along with two other local healers. I received an Oracle reading from Debbie some months back and was not only impressed by the space in which she provides the readings but the way the reading was delivered. There were some fairly hard truths coming through in my reading, but Debbie was able to deliver the messages in a caring manner, and never made me feel uncomfortable. The power was out in my neighborhood this morning and I was bored. So I decided to check out this little shop on the other side of town to pass the time. I was greeted by the cutest little cinnamon bun Pomeranian who sniffed me and gently followed me around the store. There is a great selection of books, tarot cards, candles, oils, herbs, crystals, jewelry and more magical witchy offerings. The shop keeper told me a lot of the items in her shop are made by local artisans. They even have a witches tea coming up in early October. I picked up a very pretty necklace and a piece of carnelian stone. Great store. Would be happy to shop there again! read more

Important: Read to the end. I got to see the new location and I'm impressed. I like it here for the Wolf Spirit Incense and the Unicorn Tears, which I haven't been able to find anywhere else. The first time I went back in November of 2019 and got the two incenses. At the time everyone was getting sick with "the crud" After going here I got very sick with what I thought was the crud and got my girlfriend and her family sick as well. A few months later in February the announcement of the Diamond Princess and Corona were released in the news. Much like when you contract Cow pox is used as a vaccine for Small pox, or contracting Chicken pox keeps you from getting Shingles later I feel this sickness I went through has kept myself and my family from contracting Corona. Not a single member of my Pod has contracted it at all in the last two years. I'm no expert but am a believer of cause and effect and it seems to have kept us healthy after the initial annoyance of mild illness. Knock on wood. Secondly, I bought this new incense and while burning them apart did nothing but smell nice burning them together brought back a smell from childhood which gently brought up some blocked out memories to manage at an appropriate time. The combination helped me very much with some essential shadow work I'd been neglecting and broke up some really stagnant and crystalized energies allowing me to have much better chakra flow and helping me to cope and psychologically deal with all that messy emotional work. A pep in my step and some pow in my work. 10/10 would visit again and bring friends for readings and healings. read more
