Their system notifies you via text when they're on the way. I added a second car at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. It took about six hours for both cars. They don't need anything except your keys - they have power, water, etc, within their truck. Service was completed in street parking spots. I booked the "in and out detail" which is $335. They added on a $35 pet hair removal fee. Plus tip, this was on the higher end of options. Ou cars were in pretty rough shape, especially inside. The result is certainly much improved, though not perfect for the price. I would likely re-book for interior detailing but maybe not exterior.

In so far as ~14 years of kid stains and roadtrip spills can actually come out of baked-on seat upholstery, the tech Jaxson made my car look and feel brand new. Their mobile unit has everything -- water, power, vacuum, etc, needing no hookups. He worked for over six hours straight without needing a thing from me -- thats well beyond the amount of time I would've expected to be included in a flat rate. Unbelievable transformation. The $290 total included a $50 service charge to get them to come to my house despite it being outside their area, and $40 for a hand wash. He even went above and beyond on the hand wash! But the interior, my goodness. The car feels good to drive again. Scheduling was easy and flexible. It's worth the money to pay these folks to come to you in Portland! Incredible job with the cleaning and waxing, so when I needed to do a thorough cleaning of the interior, to deal with some mud on the central arm rest as well as faded spots on the door arm rests, and tennis ball fuzz on the carpets, I thought I'd use them again, and they certainly didn't disappoint! I dropped the car off at 8am on Monday, and obtained a rental car from them (an amazingly cheap $5 per day!). I had a tight window and needed to get the car back by 2pm that day (an already shortened window of time). They contacted me at 1:30 and said it would be done by 3pm, but that was too late for me, so they gave me a free day of the rental car, and I picked up my car on Tuesday morning. I was blown away with how clean the car looked inside. All of the tennis ball fuzz was gone (not an easy feat, as the fuzz intertwines with the carpet fibers and doesn't come up with a regular vacuum), the dull spots were gone from the door arm rests, and all of the mud was off the central arm rest!
