They blame a glitch in the scheduling software, but don't fix it. I'm bummed, everyone deserves a second chance, but it's not worth the hassle if a company can't show up as promised. Update: Adrian reached out and promised to make it right. They have assured me the new online scheduling platform is working properly and they came to my house and cleaned the car free of charge. On the day of the rescheduled appointment I got a call saying that they had scheduling issues and could they come at a different time. Finally, at the later time the person showed up 40 minutes late. Then they asked me to move my car to the end of the block, out of my view, because "the hoses won't reach." At that point I cancelled the entire effort. Too many rescheduling issues, plus it seems shady to ask me to move my car out of my sight just because they chose to park at the end of the block.
