Highly recommend! Attentive, friendly and honest. Walk-in to have my bumper repaired, and it was done the very next day with a lower cost from the original quote. They even washed the inside and outside of my car, which was a very nice surprise. Much appreciated! read more

Tualatin Auto Body performed a repair on the left rear quarter panel of our VW Alltrack. No issues with the repair work. The repair and paint match appear quite good. They did have our car in their shop for an extended time, reportedly due to trim part unavailability (well over 30 days). Bit hard to believe, but possible. Once picked up and back in the garage, we noted that the Entire car had considerable paint contamination due to overspray. Luckly, I have the tools and ability to remove the overspray, which required about 5 hours of paint correction, polishing, and resealing the paint. A pro detailer would have charged over $300 for this same work. So, in conclusion; good repair work, less than good attention to detail, regarding the condition of the car as it was returned. read more

Lost faith and trust in service. Been with them for many years. After repairing a damaged door I noticed the front wing window was not the tinted one before the repair. Vehicle was brought back and the tinted window was replaced. A notable long gash was present on the film. Brought it to the attention of the service tech and his reply was disappointing . He stated that it was there before the repair and couldn't do anything about it. I did! They lost me as a long time customer forever. Nice way to treat devoted customer Tualatin Auto Body. read more

I was rear ended in a parking lot not too far from Tualitan Auto Body, immediately after it happened, I went right there. From the front desk receptionist (who saw I was visibly upset & calmed me down) to the estimator who took pictures and informed me of the costs up front. Even in a stressful time I felt taken care of. We booked the appointment right then and there. I was offered a rental car and all. When I picked my car up I was not expecting it to be washed AND detailed. I thought I had gotten into the wrong car. I feel it was definitely worth every penny. Thank you guys for taking care of Marco! read more

I went to Tualatin Auto Body for a minor repair, planning to pay for it without using my insurance. The experience could not have been better. Everyone was so helpful and Collin said he could take care of it while I waited. He was able to remove the transfer paint so it looks like it never happened. My neighbor recommended this shop, and she was absolutely right. THEY ARE THE BEST!! Thank you Colin for being so nice. I will recommend Tualatin Auto Body to everyone. THANK YOU. read more

My A90 Supra was hit in the rear quarter panel by a distracted driver at a shopping center. After looking at recommendations and asking multiple car groups about where to take my car; I picked tualatin auto body. I dropped off my car, and hoped for the best... and I got the best! Results looked amazing as if nothing had ever happened... my car was returned clean, detailed and without issues. Colin was very communicative and replied, called and updated me about my car as the work progressed. Super impressed with the quality service, the quality customer service and Colins dedication to go above and beyond! Pictures are before and after. read more

I manage fleet vehicles and have brought our bodywork and repair needs to TAB for years. While expensive, the work was always good and communication was proactive. Unfortunately, recent experiences have produced unsatisfactory work and communication with my TAB representative (Shannon) has been very poor. I'll be taking my business to another shop to see if we can build the relationship that I once had with TAB. read more

12/8/2023 My wife and I are thrilled with the service, quality and value we received on the repair of our vehicle. The team went above and beyond the call of duty when they alerted us that they were not happy with the original repair performed. They determined a fender needed to be replaced rather than repaired. They contacted our insurance company, got authorization for the additional repair and expense, order the new fender, and completed the work with our vehicle looking showroom ready! They even cleaned and detailed the interior. Finally, due to the extended length of time necessary to complete the work - with the Thanksgiving holiday in the middle of the work schedule - they paid for some of our rental car expense, something we never expected! We highly recommend Tualatin Auto Body and cannot say enough about the responsiveness of their people and the quality of work. Thank you! read more

I had a terrible accident that totaled my car. I obviously was an emotional wreck but the team at Tualatin Auto Body was so comforting and nice. they walked me through the steps of the process with me. They helped me call the insurance company for the claim and also reserved a rental car for me. The team went out of their way to help me and make sure I understood everything. Thank you all for your help and I will use you for all my future needs if needed! read more

I am absolutely thrilled with how Tualatin Auto Body repaired my Porsche 911 from a minor accident! Colin Kopetski shepherded the process from beginning to end, supervising not only the repair of the damage but also finding someone who could repair interior console degradation unrelated to the accident. This is the best body shop in the metro area, and came highly recommended by my regular Porsche maintenance shop. Bob read more

Someone in my complex was pulling out and didn't pull out far enough, clipping the left front fender/bumper/headlight assembly on my classic GM wagon. I took the car there to get a quote, hoping that the shiny/modern appearance of their building and their cute little hot rods in the parking lot meant that I would be well taken care of. Instead- what I got was someone who didn't seem interested at all in performing an inspection. While walking out the front door of the building to inspect the car- he immediately says "We can't get parts for that car." Again, this was before he even SAW the damage, as the only thing he could see was my rear bumper and not the actual damage itself. I myself am a car guy- hence owning the classic wagon to begin with. The front crossmember/radiator support are fine and took no damage (again, someone was just pulling out of a parking spot). It was just the fender and bumper I wanted to get reworked. Installing side markers and a new headlight is no big deal- yet from the short "estimate" email I got from him, it was apparent that they were unwilling to perform even this simple task. In his email, he told me he was unavailable to find parts for my car. I told him that the headlight assembly, side markers and front fenders are still being reproduced/sold (They immediately pop up on multiple sites, doing a quick search)- and that there are 3 used bumpers online right now, available for purchase. To make things easier on them, I even ask for an estimate if I purchased the parts myself and brought them in, to which his replay was "Well... there's probably some damage behind those parts." Then, no further communication from them. This is an AUTO BODY SHOP that is unwilling to perform AUTO BODY REPAIR. Anyways- the fenders/light assembly are already here, while the bumper is on the freight truck on the way. I found an auto body shop that was actually willing to do their jobs, no thanks to these guys. read more

In October 2022 our Audi S4 was struck by another vehicle, damaging the hood, front grill, one headlight assembly, and other body parts. Tualatin Auto Body was highly recommended by the Audi dealership who maintains our S4 and they are certified by Audi as a repair shop. Colin Kopetski was assigned as our Service Adviser and was quite wonderful to work with, managing the work to be done on our car and as well as the liaison with the other driver's insurance, State Farm. All interactions with Tualatin Auto Body staff were pleasant and professional. The body work on our car was exemplary and we were impressed with the results. Tualatin also managed the return of the rental car. We highly recommend Tualatin Auto Body for repairs. read more

We've unfortunately needed to take our cars to the body shop multiple times in the last few years. Each time we've gone to Tualatin Auto Body, and each time they have been fantastic. They truly stand by the high quality of their work and are extremely professional and just great to work with. I have found that they do tend to be a bit more expensive than other shops, as they strongly prefer more permanent fixes rather than cutting corners. As someone who seriously cares for my cars, I feel this difference in attention to detail is absolutely worth it. Especially if insurance is paying for it! read more

My car had been hit on the front bumper causing my paint and clear bra to come off and this place was the 2nd place I gave a try to get an estimate after the 1st was telling me that they only did online and would take days to get back to me. Anuar came to my rescue and gave me an estimate about a day later! I had my appointment less that a month later! They took care of my car and now it looks brand new again! They even cleaned the inside of my car which was so nice! If you're looking for a local body shop with amazing staff look no further this place is it! I truly appreciate them read more

We had an altercation with our mailbox that left black marks and scrapes along one of our doors. Took it to TAB to get an estimate fearing that it would be a significant repair. This was our first time at TAB but will definitely not be our last. Ask for Anuar! read more

We had more than $5000 damage to our Acura. The Acura dealership recommended Tualatin Autobody for the repair work. Colin helped us get our car in for repair much faster than other shops could. He very carefully assessed the damage, pointing out things that we had not noticed. The company handled all the insurance dealings for us. When the work was done, the car and paint looked perfect. One tiny piece of mylar door edge guard was slightly discolored, so Colin got us right in and had it fixed. Leaving our car in the care of Colin and his shop gave me great confidence that they would take care to do everything correctly. I was not at all disappointed! Great friendly top-notch service! read more

I had a new car door replaced at this repair shop two months ago. After a few days, it was found that the installation position of the new car door was too low, and part of the lower protective plate of the car door was not stuck and cracked. After a few days, it was found that the door seal was not in place, and the back of the window plastic decal was torn off, making it difficult to fix. In short, the repair and installation skills are very poor, one star is the highest rating for this repair shop! read more

'20 sports car. I clipped a corner, and scraped the rear quarter panel and tail. Front desk jumped up, and service writer Colin was not only amazingly professional, but also sympathetic to my plight, and encouraging that it'd be good as new. It is. He kept me informed each step, underpromised and overdelivered. Paint quality and reinstallation of pieces is like factory new. Unrelated: I'd gone in before for a small custom paint-job on a targa roof. It didn't come out as good as factory. It came out better. read more

After getting a recommendation (with the warning that they were going to be the most expensive) for some paint prep work for my vintage truck I mistakenly paid them a visit. The guys sitting behind the desk at the entirely empty shop were extremely rude and made me feel like I was bothering them. They didn't even look at my truck but basically told me that they didn't have anyone that could help me. It was odd because only a month ago I had an in-depth conversation with them about the project. Not sure if it was because I was female or what, but they were not interested in giving me the time of day. One of the rudest customer service experiences of recent memory. Clearly, they are not interested in acquiring customers. I would stay away - they are only looking for jobs that will pay them a large insurance payment. read more

Just picked up my beloved ride after being in the auto body shop for the second time this year...1 round of repairs was several thousand dollars, second time less than $500.00. Both times the process was smooth and they were very accommodating. Opened up during New Years weekend so I could pick my Telly up and second repair only took a couple of hours. I meant to write a review in January but didn't but definitely feel inclined to today. Both times my car was washed and inside detailed so beautifully. I was surprised on the second repair that they would even go to the trouble....they made my whole week doing it. Highly recommend everyone there from the front office to estimator to owner. Impressed by the number of people have gone back for repeat repairs...says alot about the shop. read more

I had brought my SUV in to repair a dent on the rear passenger side panel. Les wrote up my repair order and said in would take 5-7 days. It only took 4 and looks as good as new. It was tricky because i caused a crease along a trim that already had some curvature to it. No problem. The car was then washed and vacuumed. I couldn't be happier. They had been recommended by another company in Beaverton since I live in Tualatin. Glad they did. read more

I am so happy I took my car to Tualatin Auto Body! After being hit by someone, I wasn't sure where to take my car. My boyfriend and his parents have taken several vehicles here and they came highly recommended. While the location wasn't convenient for where I live (SW Portland) and work (NW Portland), it was worth it to have my repairs done here. Colin was prompt, thorough, and always helpful in his responses and communication throughout the process. The car was done faster and for less money than the original estimate, and they detailed the entire car which was a pleasant surprise! My car is the cleanest it has been since I bought it brand new 3 years ago. Super happy with my experience and I will enthusiastically recommend them to others :) read more

I had a good experience the first time I went to Tualatin Auto Body, so I was happy to return when I needed more body work. Well this time, it was a disaster. They wrote me an estimate, and then they kept me waiting almost a month before they could even get started. I brought in my car, and then there was another delay, and then they gave me an estimated completion date (which would be another week and a half of waiting). The night before that date, they called me and indicated that they hadn't even started yet and that now the estimate had almost doubled and they had no idea when it would be finished. The car was no longer worth fixing at this point. Their employee Colin repeatedly tried to override my decisions regarding how to proceed and whether the car was worth fixing. I lost a lot of potential revenue during the time without my car, and I should be compensated for this. All they did was waste my time for a month, and they still charged me almost $500 for doing nothing. And after I paid them that $500 just to get my (unfixed) car back, they still tried to fraudulently bill my insurance anyway! read more

If I was reviewing T.A.B. 3-10 years ago, this review would have been 5 stars, but things have significantly suffered. We ...NO LONGER TRUST... them. They used to be reliable and the best auto body shop around. Service was top notch and we never had issues with all our 4 of vehicles UNTIL NOW... The work & service is very sketchy now, which is sad because it used to be great. The last time we had to take our car in a total of 3 times for the original issue (yes, 2 after the initial repair) because they 'forgot' to do something or it 'wasn't done properly'. We had damage to our 2 year old car in the tune of $3,500-$4,000: We booked it in, they had it for approximately 1 week. It took longer than they quoted, but we didn't mind, as we have used them for 10 years and we just wanted it done right..... NOT THE CASE: We get our car back and immediately (in the parking lot while we were still there) we noticed they 'forgot' to replace an entire door seal which was visibly damaged. They actually RE-USED the OLD DOOR SEAL, yet replaced everything else. Of course the seal had to be ordered, so they couldn't fix it that day. We had to make another appointment, both had to take more time off work and lose use of our car for another day. Very inconvenient. NO APOLOGY, just an acknowledgement with an offer to make another appointment in the future to fix and that was it. We think they thought we wouldn't notice, I suppose. However, it was so noticeable, they must have thought we were blind. So, we get it back the 2nd time, after the seal is repaired and find one of the replaced door handles was not installed properly and malfunctioning. It was barely usable (couldn't open the door without a major struggle, it was a pain). So, we called again...made another appointment, take MORE TIME OFF WORK to have the work done, lose use of our car for the 3rd time. Think of all the time and fuel we burned due to their inept work. Again, no apology, no sincerity. They offered us a free car wash for a future date, which was an inconvenient drive just for a "free car wash" No thanks. After all this, I need to comment on the overall quality of the work: The work itself wasn't up to their previous standards. You can now tell there was a fix (which we have never noticed with their work previously over the years on 3 other cars). Paint was not applied well. It doesn't quite match, it is noticeable- runny in appearance and the car is not as straight as it was before the accident. Things were not lined up perfectly. Another auto-body shop also noticed this. So, our 2 year old car is now worth less since we took it here rather than another place. It was not restored to pre-loss condition. This is Unacceptable. Regrettable. We will NOT EVER USE THEM AGAIN and DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

We've used Tualatin Auto Body several times and they have always exceeded our expectations. We recently had some body work done for a parking lot ding. The estimate was prompt and reasonable, we got an appointment shortly after, and the car was done a day earlier than we expected. And the icing on the great experience was that the car was cleaned and detailed inside and out - it looked like new when I brought it home! Would definitely recommend their services. read more

These guys were awesome! My husbands car was damaged and our insurance company recommended this shop based on other customers positive reviews. They made the whole process so much easier than I could have ever imagined. They handled everything with the insurance company, I never had to lift a finger after dropping the car off until it was ready to be picked up. They were very friendly and always willing to answer all of my dumb questions. Their communication through the process was also great! My husband's car was not in the best shape on the inside when we dropped it off. When I picked it up it was CLEAN, inside AND out! My family is very happy with the service and work they provided.
