The only reason I'm not giving a perfect review is because when I picked up my car, it had a new taillight malfunction that wasn't there before Caliber had possession of the vehicle. I brought it to their attention immediately, and they looked into it, but ultimately told me there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately, that means I'm now left paying out of pocket for what is likely to be a very expensive repair through BMW. Aside from that issue, I was very happy with the quality of the body and paint work. I just wish the taillight problem had been handled differently.

I can't say enough good things about West Hills Collision! Recently, I had the front lighting assemblies replaced, since the lenses of the original units were completely fogged over. Joe told me that he owned a 2006 Honda Civic. He gave me pointers for how to care for my car to maintain its value. Well, the installation turned out fantastically well. I had new LED bulbs put in and now my night driving is so much easier and safer. Also, one of the old turn signal bulbs burned out a day after I picked up the car. I brought in a new bulb, which Cha installed for me at no charge. Now that is praise-worthy customer service. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for collision and paint service. He was helping another customer, but said he could get me an estimate in just a couple of minutes. As I waited I watched him take excellent care of the lady he was helping. Just a few minutes later he took a look at my car and determined it was likely salvageable, if I wanted to go that route instead of 'like new.' He tried to fix it on the spot, but it was going to take a bit more time. Then he fit me into his schedule that afternoon. I came back a few hours later and you couldn't even tell I'd tangoed with a yellow concrete pole! And the price he charged was super reasonable! DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY…read more Terrible experience: I took my car here to get 2 doors replaced, when I pick up my vehicle i noticed a strip of paint missing and I let them know about it so they can fix it because they caused it, they refused to fix it to pre-loss condition and tried to charge me directly to fix their mistake. Absolute joke of mechanics, claims adjusters and Manager. Kevin, I still need you to send those pictures of the car from when you received my vehicle, I asked for over a month ago and so I can pursue this legally.
