Got a gift certificate for High-Class Tint to get the front driver and passenger windows tinted on my 4Runner. I called to ask what appointment availability was like, and Paul offered to get me in same day. Unfortunately I wasn't able to make it that day, but Paul got me in the following day without issue. When I arrived, he was pulling another vehicle out of his bay and greeted me with a smile when I walked up. I told him that I was hoping to match the factory tint of the rear windows, so he checked the factory tint with a meter, and it fell right in between the options he had (factory was ~26.5%, and he had 22 and 30% as the closest options). I told Paul that I wasn't wanting to go darker than factory, as I thought it would look weird with the front windows being darker than the back. Instead of just showing me a couple of swatches on a random piece of glass, Paul actually installed two samples on one of the front windows so that I could not only compare the two, but see how it would actually look on my vehicle compared to the factory tint. To my surprise, the darker of the two tints actually looked much better than the lighter tint in comparison. I absolutely would have chosen the lighter tint had Paul not gone the extra mile, and I likely wouldn't have been as happy with the result. Outside of the work he does, Paul has a nice waiting room with a TV if you plan on sticking around during the install. He also offered beverages and snacks while I waited. It's a shame that there aren't more Yelp reviews, but if you check on Google, Paul's got 5-stars across the board.
