I took my Mercedes in for tinting. As most people know tinting is done all around the world and in back alley shops in the city. I prefer having S450 to have it done by professionals. Elite has been around for awhile and they know what they're doing. We discussed the options about shades and legality of each. We decided to go lighter than my other cars. They hooked up the windows perfectly! Responsibility in business is what makes a business stand out. When I arrived to pick up the car they informed me that the seat belt holder cracked and they already ordered a new one. The piece came in missing a part and they're looking to get that part ordered and replaced soon. I will update then. However, the kindness and professionalism of this team came through while picking up my car. My Infiniti had some sap on it and the owner went out with some sap remover spray and took it off in 10 minutes. These kinds of gestures are not typical in today's business world. I highly recommend Elite Window Tinting McLoughlin location. I took my Tesla straight from dealer to their shop. XPEL paint protection on full hood, full front bumper, full fender, headlights, fog lights, mirrors, full XPEL on all 4 doors, A and B pillars, golf strip on rear bumper and XPEL Prime XR window tint with Nano-ceramic technology on all windows. Elite Window Tinting has done paint protection and tint on my previous cars for the past 10 years...never had any issues with peeling, bubbling, or yellowing after 10 years of owning the cars. I also recommend going to XPEL website and search for Installers in Portland area. Many places carry XPEL paint protection film but there is only 3 shops that are fully certified XPEL factory trained installers in this area (Elite Window Tinting is one). read more

I recently purchased a Mustang Bullitt from Gresham Ford. One of the processes I wanted to have done to the car (before I picked it up) was to get an Xpel film protection and ceramic coating. What made this kind of a challenge is I live in the Seattle area!. All my communications for both companies was phone, emails and text. Dennis was a terrific help in getting this coordinated. I worked with Troy at Gresham Ford. He and Dennis made a great team for a remote buyer. Dennis picked up the car at the dealership and used a trailer to take it to his shop. And he returned it the same way ... how cool is that??? The car was never driven on the street until I picked it up (Saturday May 18 - aka Mt St Helens day - 2019). Here is what I had done: The Gold Package System for the Xpel wrap and Ceramic coating Wheels and brake calipers coated Window tint (30% works great BTW) Did I mention he picked up and delivered the car!!!!!!!!! Words and photos cannot express how wonderful the paint looks or the shine. Driving back to Seattle there were a few cloud bursts - the water just rolled off. I was able to set my wipers to a very low setting since the window shed the water very well. The care and service was beyond my expectations. I was nervous from the beginning since I was doing this all remotely. The integrity of Dennis and the team at Elite are second to none. I would recommend them in heart beat.
