Before, during and after, the team cleaned up and kept the work site tidy at all times. There was minimal damage to our landscaping as well. We can feel a definite difference in the inside temperature of our house since the new windows were installed. Our AC doesn't seem to work as hard and it takes less time to cool off in the summer and to heat in the winter. They stayed in contact with me while the window was ordered, received and installed. The day of the job, they were on time, professional and repaired some dry rot located around the perimeter of one of the windows. I appreciate their attention to detail and the effort it took to note the dry rot, bring it to my attention and fix it on the spot. Do's: Do call them. You'll appreciate the fact they call you back. Don't: Make sure you account for the lead time to manufacture your windows.
