Long Version: I've never experienced the process of getting new windows before, but I am confident that there can be no better experience than that with Apex. From conception to execution, the entire process was easy, honest, and a bit of fun! My husband set up the initial meeting to learn about the windows and I was skeptically interested; knowing that windows are expensive but also that our 20ish year old, builder-grade windows were failing, some simply no longer operational. The rep who came to our house, Shadow, is an amazing human. He knew the product inside and out, was able to answer all of our questions, explained the science of their high-efficiency windows, and was kind to our kiddo who was playing "spy" around us. Shadow left with the sale and a second appointment to discuss a new front door, which we also purchased. A few months later and our windows, sliding glass door, and front door were ready! The scheduling process was beyond easy, just a couple of texts (though they did reach out via phone call as well and left a voicemail) and we hopped on a call to discuss the prep we'd need to do before the windows were installed. The team had taken pictures when doing measurements, so the person on the call could accurately tell us what we needed to move out of the way, very thorough. The team who came out for the install, lead by Constantine, were all professional, courteous, and worked extremely clean. As you can imagine, getting new windows means giant holes in your walls and lots of banging! Such a cool process to witness. Constantine was communicative throughout the install and was respectful to our family and his team, which is very important to me. Each morning he'd share with us their plan for the day and each afternoon, he'd fill us in on progress and tell us what to expect for the next day. This made it easy to plan our days around the construction and for me to plan where to safely put our cat. As for the product itself, these windows are amazing! The locks are crazy secure, the window panes pivot in for easy cleaning, the screen slides so you adjust whether the top or bottom of the window is open. Magic. Such excellent construction, these are sturdy windows. The locking mechanisms on the sliding glass and screen doors are the most heavy duty locks I've ever seen on sliding doors. No flimsy pieces of cheap plastic that will easily break. The front door is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. Stunning. We ordered a basic front door with minimal embellishments and it's gorgeous. Again, the locks are solid. All of their products are made with security at the forefront. Would I use Apex again? Absolutely! And you should too! read more

We had a great experience with Apex on getting new windows for our home. They first contacted us in October because our front window had a broken seal and was frosted over. They laid out what they can do for us and how much it would cost and we were very tempted. However, since we had just moved, we decided we didn't want to jump into a big purchase like new windows quite yet. We told our salesperson we weren't ready and they accepted that and didn't over sell and call us constantly pushing their windows. Fast forward 6 months and we were finally ready for new windows. We called up the salesperson and inquired if our price was still valid and he said absolutely. Two and a half months after that we had our new windows, just in time for the 90+ degree summer days. We notice a difference immediately. Even when it's hot outside our windows are cool on the inside and our utility bill is going down. They look amazing on the outside (remember our big front window was completely frosted over like it was decorated for Christmas) and we went from being an eye sore to grabbing compliments from the neighborhood. The installation was fast and efficient. They could have done the entire installation (13 windows) in one day if it wasn't for me not having the house completely ready for them. We had our old single pane aluminum windows replaced by Apex Energy Solutions a few months back and we couldn't possibly be happier! We are on a busier road and have noticed so many perks since they were installed. The traffic noise has drastically decreased and we feel we have more privacy with the curtains open. The windows almost have a tint to them so it is harder to see inside from the street which was an unexpected perk. We found it easier to keep the house cool during those hot summer days with no central A/C which was a huge relief! Now that the weather has shifted to freezing again, we turned the heater back on but found it too hot inside and turned our thermostat down for the first time since moving into this house in 2020. Just installed: Ultra-Efficient Windows from Apex Energy Solutions. I love these windows, and this company, and highly recommend them to you. Big shout out to Apex Energy Solutions and the new triple-pane Insignia windows we recently had installed. We love them! Our house had original windows from 1981, and the difference now is HUGE! Not only do the windows look beautiful outside and in (as you can see in the picture), they insulate so well that our circulation inside is just amazing. There is much less difference in temperature between the first and second floors, and now the 22 year-old HVAC feels like it's way more efficient than it was. Plus, outside sound has been cut in half, at least, we'll qualify with Energy Trust of Oregon for a sizable rebate, and a longer warranty than anyone else, too! On top of all that, the whole experience has been great. From the cold call to the professional installation, to the follow up we still have with them, everyone has been pleasant and respectful, and we've never felt pushed into anything. Decided to work with Apex windows to replace all our original aluminum windows in our split level home. We worked with Senior Partner Taylor Jones and were impressed by his knowledge of the product and overall market of windows. Taylor is so enthusiastic in sharing the specifics of design, ingenuity and craftsmanship of these triple paned windows. Taylor was detailed, knew his product to be able to anticipate and answer questions before we even asked. I was impressed with the design and the easy movement of the windows and screens. One of the nicest features besides energy efficiency is the beauty and choice of colors on outside and the mahogany interior wood grain. The easy to use nestle cranks are so smooth. The experience was very relaxed; no pressure to buy ups or extras and no rush to make a decision. The installation staff were also friendly and professional. Everything went in on time and looking clean and crisp. They were conscientious about our living space and took pains to minimize any inconvenience caused by the installation.
