What we loved most about dealing with Clear Choice Windows & Doors was the personalized service we received. They have a large selection of window frame materials to choose from and our choice of fiberglass was an easy one. It was explained to us that fiberglass windows are stronger than both vinyl and wood, making them incredibly resilient to weather and climate -- perfect for PNW homeowners. From start to finish, our team of window installers provided friendly service, excellent craftsmanship, and it took only two days to install the 10 new windows in our home. Before, during and after, the team cleaned up and kept the work site tidy at all times. There was minimal damage to our landscaping as well. We can feel a definite difference in the inside temperature of our house since the new windows were installed. Our AC doesn't seem to work as hard and it takes less time to cool off in the summer and to heat in the winter. The outside look is classy and fits well with the style of our house and the neighborhood. We highly recommend Clear Choice Windows & Doors if you're looking for new windows.

After installation, I contacted the Energy Trust of Oregon directly and they confirmed this rebate program ended back in December 2025. When I confronted the salesman, he denied ever telling me about an energy star rebate, despite promising multiple times to help me with the paperwork. Watch out for fake financial incentives used to upsell you." I might add that when I contacted the salesman about his false promise he offered me he said he was going to meet with the owner and said "I'll make things right" he said he would send me an amazon gift card as compensation which never happened.

I initially deferred to get the repairs done for a few months and requested a new estimate after the thirty day window had passed. I quickly got a new estimate and scheduled the service. They picked up my screens ahead of time and had them ready when they installed the new inner glass unit. Enrique showed up on time and was a pleasure to work with. He installed the IGU quickly and installed the repaired screens and screen door for me. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I didn't get competitive quotes so I cannot compare pricing, but I'm satisfied with the value that received and will use them again if needed.

This was a "discounted" price but we've been very happy with them since. I even gave them a 5-star review post installation. The quality of their product and the skill of their crew couldn't have been better. We were told at the time of the sale in January of the same year, "iyou ever need repair, adjustment or replacements of our windows, screens or sliders for as long as we owned our home to just call." We even have that promise in writing. Jump ahead to early this year. We have an issue with the downstairs slider. It has stopped being easy to open so I called RBA to please call me as I explained the problem on their voicemail system. As of this date, I have not received any callbacks. I even tried prompting them with the the possibility of me writing a review/complaint on Yelp and posting it on Facebook. Crickets. Still no call after almost two months. Last year, I told my brother-in-law to use RBA for their new replacement widows which he has since ordered yet to be installed. You would think they would put 1+1 together and give me a call. Nope!

Exceptional Glass is truly exceptional. I needed to adjust my shower door, and I attempted to do…read moreit myself, but quickly realized that I am not a glass worker and that I should stay in my lane before I crack my shower door and spend several thousand more dollars to replace it. I called Chris from exceptional glass and told him what my issue was and he scheduled a visit within a week. Ryan and Riley came out and they were on time, they took their shoes off before they came into my home, and they got right on it. They were also extremely pleasant young men who care about customer service and obviously took pride and what they do. The price that I was quoted was more than fair and Chris told me before they showed up that if there was any extra work, it would be an additional charge, I agreed to that and when all was said and done, he charged me what he had originally quoted me. Even though this was a very small job, other glass companies were not even interested in looking at this job, but Chris came through for me and I really appreciate him for doing that. I am going to do a complete remodel of my bathroom in the near future, which will require several other glass doors and I will only ever call Exceptional Glass to do my glass work or anytime I need a shower door in the future.
