They have a large selection of window frame materials to choose from and our choice of fiberglass was an easy one. It was explained to us that fiberglass windows are stronger than both vinyl and wood, making them incredibly resilient to weather and climate -- perfect for PNW homeowners. From start to finish, our team of window installers provided friendly service, excellent craftsmanship, and it took only two days to install the 10 new windows in our home. Before, during and after, the team cleaned up and kept the work site tidy at all times. There was minimal damage to our landscaping as well. We can feel a definite difference in the inside temperature of our house since the new windows were installed. The install and ordering had several challenges including broken windows and window not made correctly. They did not fit and a month later they came in only to have more challenges. One window was ordered three times. I called the warehouse and no one could help us there. Not sure what is next.
