I would definitely contact Pronto Auto Glass again for any future work.

Realizing I wanted to replace all the windows and patio doors, I delayed a year and contacted Frank when I was ready. First of all, Frank is a joy to work with. He was always communicative, prompt and friendly. He offered for us to come out to the showroom and see the windows and doors in person. I went with the Milgard Trinsic Windows and Doors. Second, the install team was excellent. Every day, they arrived on time and hit the ground running. Having a number of contractors for projects over the past 5 years, this team has been the best. I moved out of the house during the project, but I stopped by daily and everything was always cleaned up and in order. Third, I really appreciated the effort and thoroughness on the last day of cleaning the exterior and especially the interior of the house. The team takes great pride in their work and you can tell that is 100% employee owned. If I had to say there was a down side, its you may be in for a wait when placing your order because their work is in high demand (the first year quote, I would have had to wait 4-5 months). Finally, the windows and doors are beautiful. What a difference this made in regards to temperature, sound, and clarity. Not to mention, the ease at using the doors and the contemporary narrow frame modernized our home. We could not be happier.

One of them was damaged(I wouldn't have noticed). They installed it, ordered another window, and replaced the damaged one when the new one arrived at no charge to me. I love the windows. They are energy efficient and let in so much light!

This is the ONLY PLACE to go for your custom work!!!! Cruse was the 2nd place my girlfriend and I called, which was $40.00 cheaper then TCT Wraps... Also the day we made the calls was Friday afternoon and was able to set up an appointment for the following Monday morning @9:00AM vs (TCT) who had no available appointments because they were not even booking any work and was told to CALL BACK IN A COUPLE WEEKS " what the heck?!" Are these guys at (TCT) for real? Yea, I'll wait around and call back in a couple weeks just to see if they can tint my car, NOT!!!!!!! Jason & Jaydn @ Crews Customs answered our call and was super professional and legit from the jump! I got no run around BS, they answered all my questions, booked the work to tint my girlfriends car, and it was that simple! How it should be, period!!!!! Let's not forget I had to leave a voicemail on the Sunday before Monday that the work was scheduled for to reschedule due to a camping trip that was extended... By the time we made it back to town and was back in cell phone range, Jaydn had already returned our call leaving a voicemail asking if we could make it later that day in the afternoon, but unfortunately we just missed the time she quoted us for by 15 minutes when we were able to check the voicemail Jaydn left for us ‍hahaha... We called back right then and she was still super helpful and nice in setting us up with an appointment for the 3rd time lol which was the morning of the next day! When My girlfriend and I showed up I let my girl ask all the questions and pick out what she wanted, so if a female can go in the CREWS CUSTOMS SHOP and leave without being confused and feeling confident she wasn't being takin advantage of, it's safe and legit for anyone to have Crews do their work! BTW, all the work was done in 45minutes W/ ZERO FLAWS!!! What other shop not only offers that kind of turn around time, but can even compete with that kind of work Ethic?! Crews performed the protective film installation on my new Jeep Cherokee. A few days later I scraped the driver-side mirror HARD against the center divider when backing out of my garage. The coating saved the mirror from damage. It would probably have cost over $500 to replace that mirror, but Jason and Co. replaced the coating for 1/10 of that. Also, they were able to take care of my car with no appointment, and did great work. I decided to have the front windows tinted at the same time, and they turned the whole job around in about 3 hours. Excellent customer service, great work, low prices, and a lifetime guarantee. This is a family-owned business in the Hillsboro area that I ultimately chose because it was conveniently close to my work. I was able to drop off my car on my lunch break and run over a few hours later to pick it up when my shift ended. Awesome, super friendly, informative team with reasonable prices. I had them do my front windows on my truck to match the back a couple years ago and they nailed it! Even years later the film is holding up. Just today I went back and had them tint my 1997 Golf to 20 percent along with a visor added. You get what you pay for with the craftsmanship and quality. thank you again! read more

Dishonest business that I don't recommend. Here's why:…read more Long story short, I paid for a full interior/exterior detail package that wasn't provided as described, offered, and verbally stated. Basically, there was no polishing or waxing of the vehicle which promised by the owner and as offered in the description of the service. While the vehicle looked good upon pickup, I immediately noticed the paint didn't feel smooth as I felt the paint. Typically, it feel smooth to the touch if polished/waxed properly. Later that night, I asked the owner if he polished it and he responded with yes, but that he would ask his brother. He never got back to me. I texted him again, and he later responded saying he did, in fact, wax it using an orbital pad. At this point, his delay and response didn't feel right. I then remembered that we have a 2 channel dash cam that records motion settings. Upon downloading and reviewing the video, I noticed that they never turned off my vehicle, leaving the dashcam to record the entire detail process. Well, after reviewing the entire footage of the front and rear dash cams, I can attest that they never waxed my vehicle as promised. All they did was use quick detail spray and a wipe-down for the exterior. In fact, the polishing orbital dewalt tool sat on a table the entire time and was never used. I attempted to bring this to the Owner's attention and resolution in good faith. Owner is adamant that the service was fully provided and fulfilled. I advised I have video to prove it and he requested to see it. I provided several clips and the timeline as requested. Upon seeing the clips, he responded with text in an upset tone and threatened me that it is illegal to record anyone in Oregon. He reluctantly offered to refund me even when I attempted to compromise to pay him for the remainder of the services, less cost to wax/polish. Well fast forward 8 days later, refund still not received. When I texted to ask on the status, the Owner's response stated, "Sent last Friday." I have yet to receive my refund as promised by the Owner. For context, detail occurred on 1/26. Owner offered to send out refund full amount on Friday, 2/1. As of Friday, 2/15/19, refund still not received. In my opinion, I've offered nearly 3 weeks of time for the Owner to "own up" to his responsibility before posting a review. At this point, since a promised refund was not received, I have no choice but to post this review for others to see. Buyers beware.

I attempted to hand wash the vehicles and was unsuccessful in removing the spots. Tilo was able to get both my vehicles in the next business day and completely restored my paint to the original luster. Thank you for removing my leopard spots :)
