Worst tint job I've ever seen. Every time I've been here the guy left his tools in my car and left the car wet on the inside. It's like dealing with someone who forgot to take their medicine and can't seem to focus. Probably doesn't help that their dog is running wild around the shop. The quality of the tint job was horrific. I point out all the problems and they try to deflect or say it's dirt or hair and refuse to refund. Did I mention the dog? Would probably have better luck with a monkey from the Oregon zoo or a bum from downtown. Owner is incredibly childish and immature when things don't go his way. This is what happens when you've been self employed for too long. You're never accountable to anyone other then yourself and you turn into a middle aged man child with a giant lifted truck who can't admit when they are wrong. Tried to talk to the guy and explain what's wrong with the tint job but he just yelled at me to get out of there. Never seen such childish behavior from a middle aged man. They even ask for a 30% tip after the work is done like they made me a mocha frap at the bikini coffee place.. Yeah I'm gonna tip you 100$ for tinting my car...what a joke. They should tip me for having to take time off work because they never do the job right the first time you can guarantee you will have to get it removed and redone. read more

Crews Customs(CC) Is The Top Notch Truth! I drove to Portland for a business trip last weekend. While there I saw a friend's Tesla on Sunday and asked who did his tint. He mentioned and gave me the number to CC. I called them them Monday morning to see if they could get me in as I was leaving later that day after work. Needless to say, I dropped the car off at lunch and they were done by the end of my work day. Just in time for me to drive back to the Seattle area. I made an appointment for 2 weeks out and the time i wanted. When i arrived i was greeted soon after entering. They have an awesome, clean and inviting establishment, i was checked in and hung out while they did the work. They took less than an hour and the quality of materials and work made it look like the car came that way. They had me paid and out the door in no time. Jason and Emily took my vehicle for a tiny job when other shops refused. It mystified me as to why other shops wouldn't work on an "old" car like this. Jason broke the reasoning down for me without being patronizing to me or other shops. With the reasoning out of the way, I went over my options for tint darkness and quality with him and Emily. I even upsold myself based off their willingness and confidence to do the work I was asking for. The entire job took a few hours, while I went and golfed, they did some great work. After killing some sod, making craters, and generally destroying any confidence in my ability to "golf" (if a barbarian trying to swing a club is called golf), I returned to the shop and was greeted with this beautiful job. I was given the seemingly standard tutorial regarding keeping the windows up for a few days while the moisture on the inside of the film evaporated. They also made sure to say that if I had any issues after a week, to stop by and we'd fix any issues. Glad to report, no issues so far and I'm wholly satisfied with the product performance, the customer service level, the confidence in their work, AND my ability to use Oxford commas in sentences. 24 hrs after picking up my Tesla Model 3. I had Crew Custom tint my windows. I picked the most expensive tint. A few weeks after the install i noticed small bubbles from dust / hair and other fibers. Jason said this was "normal", gave me a squeegee and said I can fix it myself. About 5 weeks later, larger bubbles appeared along the defroster. I went back and asked him to fix it by replacing the film, or pull all the tint off and give me a refund (since i don't expect a full refund and keep the tint). He refused even though the film has a lifetime warranty, all he kept saying is, it's "normal" or "There's a defect in my car causing the bubbles" I'll let you decide if you think his work is good or not for $600+. Imagine 30+ of these bubbles on the back windows and a few in each window. UPDATE... (with picture) Since Jason refuse to replace my rear tint because since he said "the rear defroster would get damage." I took my car to another shop. They removed It without any issues. It's either Jason is lazy or doesn't know how to do it properly. I will be getting my tint replace at another shop. read more

Jason is awesome, I asked for a quote ahead of time via yelp, quick response and clear communication. The day I went to schedule the job Jason offered to fit me in that afternoon but I was unable to so we booked it for a few days out. The team was on time, punctual, and have a clean work environment which is much appreciated. They use a computer based plotter for their film so their not using a blade to simply cut the film off after it's installed which risks damaging paint, seals, etc... What can I say other than I wish every business, small and large, operated like Crews Customs, where I have taken 2 different cars for window tinting. The husband-wife ownership team is great! It seems that the wife primarily handles all the scheduling and follow up and the husband (plus his work crew) do the window tinting, among other things. What's the customer experience?? -a live human being, the wife I assume actually answers your call! -she schedules the appointment and gives you a quote -she or its system confirms the appointment via text message -you arrive on time and the husband greets you -the husband explains your options, what other customers in the same/similar situation do, and tells confirms the price and how long it will take -....and guess what???? You pay what you were quoted. The job is clearly done by people who care and stand behind their product and service. And the job is done in the time frame quoted.
