    My husband and I decided to look at purchasing a WRX. I had an oil change at Toyota across the street for my Lexus hybrid and had looked at Royal Moore Subaru online and saw a new WRX on the lot and inquired. I set up an appointment for when I was done across the street and went and met the best salesman I have ever had. Not only was he like able, he was not pushy ever, completely relatable in lots of ways and a true car enthusiast himself. It was hands down the best car buying experience ever and we are grateful they took our great little hybrid on trade so we have a much more appropriate and fun car for where we live. Thanks for a great experience Kyle. Finance was easy and he was great too and I'm having a hard time remembering his name, my apologies. Great experience. The onboarding with Jim was also smooth and helpful and a great added benefit at no cost to you, you actually get help for free with questions about your new car!

    The battery is great, the warranty is great but they scratched my fender while installing the…read morebattery. They refuse to take responsibility, but I literally just detailed the car the day before and the paint was PERFECT. I hadn't even taken it out of the garage until I took it to interstate. Make sure to watch them install your battery if you bring a car in there that you care about. You can very clearly see how nice my paint is but hairline scratches right where he stood to replace the battery. It might be nothing to the manager, but it's something to me. The sales person, Morgan was actually completely wowed by my car. Looks like I have some buffing to do. Edit: The company response is a lie. They never, NEVER offered any semblance of help. Just the opposite. The manager just kept repeating the lie that he couldn't possibly have scratched the car, again and again while ignoring me. He dismissed me at every turn, repeatedly. I'm even more disappointed now! I never even wanted anything from him, only wanted him to be more careful with customer's cars. I'm guessing the PR guy that wrote the response was also lied to by the manager. Sorry man.

    At first I purchased a radiator and it happened to be damaged and it leaked oil. Well I went back…read moreand they warrantied the 2nd one and after we installed it we found that it spewed coolant through the fins and so I tried to go return it and get a replacement since it came damaged! Then they proceeded to tell me that there's nothing they can do because I "used the warranty on the first radiator". Then when I tried to just get store credit instead, they told me I had buy a new one!!! Now I've spent $600 just trying to get a working radiator and they won't do a thing about it! Then when I turned on my windshield wipers on one blade went flying off. The wipers were due for a change and I now needed a new scraper so I took an icy drive to the AutoZone in Forest Grove hoping it would be open. Luckily at 7:30 am they were!! I was greeted by the friendliest and most helpful staff. They answered all my questions politely. The young man Cameron, whom transacted my purchase was kind enough to go out in the cold and ice to change my windshield wipers for me. I have visited this place of business a few times before and have been pleased with the service. This visit I felt was extra beyond and above and I appreciated it, especially in this type of weather.
