I had an exceptional experience working with D'angelo Auto Sales! David, Chris, and Chase are all very personable and down to earth, making our transaction a very pleasant one. These guys are the antithesis to the 'used car salesman' stereotype and I'd strongly encourage you to consider visiting with them as you search for your next vehicle. Knowledgeable, prompt, professional, courteous, and fair. My car was just as described/pictured on the website and they quickly resolved a minor issue we discovered during the test drive. Couldn't be happier with my new car and the dealer I chose!

D'Angelo and his team put me in my dream wagon. No games or nonsense. Extremely satisfied. Will be coming back to them and would recommend them to anyone.

Wife and I bought a Beetle from here recently, was such a good experience compared to other dealers that I felt inclined to add a review. Chase and the owner were super friendly, helpful and didn't pressure us at all! The buying process was easy, fast and there were no surprises. Highly recommend!

David was very responsive and so very pleasant to work with. He made buying a car easy and stayed after hours for me.

I love my new Tiguan. Hella clean.

Just bought our 5th car from these guys. Great to work with, know their stuff, and their vehicles are worth the asking price.

My salesman, Evan Miller, was outstanding from start to finish. There was absolutely no pressure at any point. We stayed in touch over the entire month while I worked through my options, and he was patient, responsive, and incredibly accommodating--even when I know I wasn't the easiest customer. He stuck with it until we found exactly what I wanted. With the help of Sales Manager Jacob Inukai, they not only secured the specific vehicle I was after, but actually exceeded my expectations. On top of that, they worked with me to get the deal exactly where I needed it to be. (Side note: there are a couple of fellow Army grunts working there as well--if you know, you know.) I also want to give a shoutout to Dave in Finance--he made that part of the process genuinely enjoyable, which is not something you hear often. Let's be honest--car salespeople don't always have the best reputation, and sometimes that's earned. I'm also at the stage in life where I have zero patience for pushy, high-pressure tactics. That's exactly what I didn't experience here. The entire team was straightforward, easy to work with, and focused on making sure I left satisfied. I can't say enough good things about this group. If you're looking for a dealership that treats you right and works with you--not against you--this is it. Thanks again to everyone at Dick's Hillsboro Hyundai--I'll definitely be back. Jeff B

We arrived @ 2:30, to find that Nate had passed us off to 'Dylan' after we'd driven an hour! Nate said he'd have the car right up front for us, when we spoke to him @ 12:30. When we arrived, the car wasn't on the lot, but at another location - apparently another couple was looking at it. Dylan did his best to find out where the car was and had to leave the property to find it! We waited until 2:55 for him to find it and return for a test drive. Test drive ended, and I asked Dylan what "the best price for the car was out the door?" He was all hung up from the start, trying to decide if we were going to trade in our Subaru and give that information to his sales manager. I told him, we weren't sure if we'd trade it in and "It wouldn't matter what the trade in price would be on our vehicle was as it related to the vehicle they were selling, as it would be 2 separate transactions." After a wait, Dylan came back with his sales manager with his best price. The "best price" was the price they listed it for on the internet. In addition to this, in the price, they tried selling us glass etching and a 5 year battery replacement program, both options we had declined 5 minutes before that, when Dylan offered them to us. Unbelievable! So I say buyer beware, here at Royal Moore Subaru. Keep your guard up as they are disrespectful of your time, as well as trying to slide by little $400 charges. Giving them a 2 star is being generous. Pretty unprofessional all around! There should be a training program for your new sales people!

I feel that this dealership was repeatedly dishonest with me during and after the purchase of my vehicle. During the sale, the person handling the paperwork raised their voice at me several times while I was reviewing documents, which felt like an attempt to rush me into signing without a full review. Afterwards, he pressured me to write a review at the desk with him present. After the purchase, my mechanic found the car needed over $1,000 in repairs. In addition, several fluids were low, and both the engine and cabin air filters needed to be replaced. None of this was disclosed at the time of sale. Regarding the Nissan Altima mentioned above -- that was my former vehicle, which I traded in for a $200 discount. The dealership explicitly told me it was going to the junkyard. That was the only reason I agreed to part with it for so little. Based on a mechanic's inspection that can be seen on the vehicle's CARFAX, I believe the junkyard is the best place for this vehicle: it had a split CV axle and extensive power steering issues, with repairs estimated around $10,000.

About a week after I had purchased this car the check engine light came on and I took it to a mechanic. The mechanic had a long list of things wrong with my car, he had said his reader pulled up 30 codes, something that had never happened before. The most concerning part of this for me is that the air bags had been tampered with, the mechanic said it was likely a salvaged title, and the car is unsafe to drive. I was not informed of any accidents. The car is still running but makes very strange sounds, and I do not drive it more than 15 miles at a time, and I feel very trapped by these circumstances. As a single mom I cannot afford to get another car loan. Although they claim to sell the vehicles as is and are unwilling to make returns, after many conversations and threats to pursue legal action, they were willing to take the car back, but asked me to pay DMV fees and mileage, to which I declined as I had already paid DMV fees and am unwilling to pay mileage. It is very concerning to me that so many people have come out with similar experiences to mine in such a small amount of time. I have spoken with a lawyer, filed a consumer complaint and I am prepared to proceed forward with legal action. If anyone that has fallen victim to this business would like to work together for justice, please reach out.

I discovered that he has a real passion for Subarus. He helped a friend of mine get a used car and that really worked out well. After that I decided to let the owner know that I was in the market for a second used car. It took a while but we found one. He replaced the engine in that car and during the shakedown phase there were a few slight problems. The owner went over and above the call of duty and out of his way to fix every problem. It's like having a brand new car and he sold it to me at a very fair price. If you're looking for car repair I can recommend them. Please read the one star reviews here and save yourself a monumental waste of time and money. Other 4 and 5 star reviewers on here must have gotten really lucky, we unfortunately did not. This dealership is no better than the 20 other clunker places I drove by to get to it. Just because the dealership is INSIDE a building, doesn't make it a "Premium Dealership." The amount of money I ended up having to spend over the 2+ months I was waiting and paying for this car to be repaired and I could have bought a new 2026 from an actual Subaru Dealership. How bad was it? The cars engine over pressurized on the way home and destroyed everything in the engine bay. We ended up having to buy ANOTHER car while we waited. My daughter was starting a job with a commute as soon as she moved to Portland, so I couldn't wait for this dealership to spend over a month and a half, hashing back and forth with their shade tree mechanic about how he "didn't do the repairs right." After everything was said and done, I ended up spending about 23k on a car that SHOULD have gone to the parts/scrap yard. Not sitting for sale in a dealership. Top that off with having to buy another car at the tune of 10k, really stung. All that being said, the real Dealership that took this turd and actually made it NOT a massive pile was Accolade Autos in Hillsboro. If you need a GOOD used Subaru, with an actual HONEST mechanic. I highly recommend this shop. Jon is top notch and a third generation Subaru mechanic.
