I got my car in the next day and they worked on it for about a week and a half replacing the head gaskets, AC Compressor, and CVT pump reseal. They gave me a couple upgrades on the house that were very appreciated. Two weeks after my car's "open heart surgery" as Jon called it, we drove to Boise and back with no issues :) So grateful to have a knowledgeable Subaru shop nearby!

I stumbled across Accolade. They did such an excellent job fixing up my car and didn't charge me an arm and leg. Over time I got to know the owner. I discovered that he has a real passion for Subarus. He helped a friend of mine get a used car and that really worked out well. After that I decided to let the owner know that I was in the market for a second used car. It took a while but we found one. He replaced the engine in that car and during the shakedown phase there were a few slight problems. The owner went over and above the call of duty and out of his way to fix every problem. It's like having a brand new car and he sold it to me at a very fair price. If you're looking for car repair I can recommend them. They assured me it would be reliable as that was the only reason I was getting a car but after only having the vehicle for 4 days, the check engine light came on. When I called they said they would pay half which actually ended up being me paying 100 dollars more than half which was ok at the time because I was grateful they helped in a way. Still very frustrating. Now it has been a few more weeks, haven't had the car for a month, haven't even used the full tank of gas, and I had to take it back to the shop again with an extra 300 dollars cost. In total I've spent close to 1 thousand dollars on fixing this car out of pocket on what was supposed to be a reliable car. Didn't bother contacting them again because the last time I did, they were stressing I brought the car "as is" and this is very upsetting for me, especially since I work 12 hour night shifts and had to stay up bringing the car in the shop twice when I should've been sleeping for work. I'm writing this because I don't want someone to make the same mistake I did and at least bring someone of your own to look at the car you want before purchase.
