Being in Hawaii, I was not able to just run over for a test drive and to see the truck. Sean made me video after video even with his kind voice being recorded in real time going step by step of the truck. There were many others inquiring about the truck as it had just been posted on their website. When I told Sean I wanted it and knowing the money and shipping processes, I was worried that someone may walk onto the lot and purchase before I was able to get my finances in order etc. Sean literally did everything possible to make sure I would have that beauty in my driveway over in Hawaii. When trying to buy a vehicle off island sometimes it can be rather difficult especially when you are up against local buyers. I have had a few vehicles shipped over and I must say, Sean made this experience one of my best memories. The time he took daily over a few weeks with me was by far absolute superior service. Once we got everything in order and paperwork back and forth, then came the shipping. Sean took photos and videos of my truck being loaded onto the simi as it pulled away from the the dealership and continued to update me over the next 4 weeks while it was in transit. Sean does not stop there, Sean kept in constant contact to be sure I had my truck in my driveway and to be sure it was everything I had dreamed of. Sean truly built an ever lasting friendship which goes way beyond the signing of the contracts and payments. Luxury Auto should be extremely proud of my now dear friend Sean for everything he does for their customers. I know in the future, I will be able to call Sean and give him the details of what I am looking to purchase as Luxury Auto work across the United States to find exactly what you are looking for. I called to return it and the owner said to take it to Audi as it still was under the full warranty. It sat on the lot for nearly two years waiting on parts - finally having the entire electrical system replaced. I drove it for about a year then a couple of months ago it wouldn't start. I called Luxury Auto Plex and the owner told me he would pay any deductibles on my "fully refundable" extended warranty, so take it into the dealership. The repair was declined so I paid for it out of pocket. Last week it started making strange noises and I had enough so I lost about 6k and traded it in. As for the fully refundable GMC warranty? It's not cancellable or refundable upon selling the car - the only way to cancel it was to default on the loan or total the car. They told me to call the dealership, lol. Stay away from Luxury Auto Plex and DO NOT FALL for the GMC Extended Warranty. Not worth the paper it's printed on and you will not get any refunds.

Partnering with Buick GMC of Beaverton for a car purchase was like a burst of sunshine after a storm. Ryan and Alex in sales both openly communicated about the car and the dealership practices. Just facts without the sales spiel. They made the process easy and comfortable and gave us confidence in making a good decision. I highly recommend Buick GMC of Beaverton for a dealership and Ryan and Alex for your sales representatives. In my 55+ years of owning cars this was by far the best dealership experience.

Here is most of my complaint to the service manager Kenny Bowers: "On July 27th, my 2011 GMC Acadia Denali was brought in for what I believed to be was an issue with the starter. In addition to a host of other repairs that were found needing to be made, the length of time it was taking to address my inquiries (with the only communication via text) was over three days. I finally just asked for the starter to be replaced and an oil change. This amount came to $1419.43. When I picked up the car July 30th, I immediately noticed that the HVAC unit had been compromised. This unit was in perfect working condition in all modes previously. The fan was set on high and the A/C was on (I did not leave it in this mode). I spent several minutes analyzing different modes and vent options only to find the unit kept producing very high heat when the temperature was set to the lowest degree. The A/C did not work at all. I immediately notified Bill and Josiah. I was told that "sometimes these things happen with these old Acadias" and it was nothing they did on the service end. It was also insinuated that I could be lying, how did they know if it was working or not when I brought it in? After a week of trying to talk to the manager about this issue, Josiah finally reached out (again, via text) and said they would look at the car again and see if anything might have been done during the service. I was eventually able to get my car back in for service August 5th. The conclusion was the same and the subsequent repairs came to $1049.36. Mind you, I had just been told the week before that I had $4648 worth of repairs in addition to the starter! I will not elaborate on the way that Josiah dealt with the handling of this issue except to say that he told me, "Look at the condition your car was in when you gave it to us MELISSA." He basically said, "I told you so" about the diagnosis." Kenny denied my request saying what they serviced had nothing to do with the new problem and they will not be performing any service for free. I will never go back to this dealership, and you shouldn't either. Youve been forewarned.

Chase is not my "regular" bank. I was originally a customer of some small Washington State bank…read morethat was bought by WaMu that was bought by someone else.. rinse and repeat until my account finally ended up at Chase after the sub-prime loan mortgage financial crash in ~ 2000. Chase is a horrible institution run by some very creepy and shifty people who apparently lack the ethics gene. So needless to say, my expectations on how I would be treated by these guys was minimal to say the least. I have been a First Tech CU customer for close to 40 years. I signed up with them because they were a small, local institution at the time and if I recall correctly, Intel (where I was working at the time) had some sort of a partner relationship with them. That's also how I became a Costco customer, btw. FTCU was "ok" in the early years but increasingly got worse and worse as time went on. To the point where they are now radioactively toxic and I hate dealing with them. For anything! Why I still have an account with them says a lot about my laziness and tolerance for being treated horribly by a vendor. They are so bad that I am amazed that they are still in business. So back to Chase. With that groundwork laid, my expectation was that Chase would be even worse, if being worse than FTCU was even possible. But to the contrary, they have been consistently great for the 20+ years that I've been with them. I don't do much banking with them. I have a small savings account there and a checking account that I only use for the rare cash withdrawal from an ATM. I mostly operate in a plastic economy now and it's rare for me to be carrying much cash. I have recurring revenue income from several investment ventures that is direct deposited into my Chase account so the arrangement runs pretty much on auto pilot. I gather this branch is a training site for high schoolers as the tellers are always young kids barely old enough to vote, if that. Friendly and helpful as you'd expect from interns. They get you in and out quickly and the transactions have always been completed flawlessly. On the rare occasion when I need to talk to a bank officer about something they have always been cordial and helpful. Absolutely no complains at all. I doubt I will ever increase the level of business I do with Chase because of their corporate practices but as far as this particular branch is concerned...6 stars! If I was treated as well when I have the misfortune to actually go to a FTCU branch I'd be a very happy and loyal FTCU customer. But the fact is, the credit union sux and this bank branch is great. Go figure.

After the 6th & -for me, FINAL- breakdown occurred - I was put in touch w/ Bradley. A manager who has served this area for 18 years. A woman who LISTENED & DESERVES A RAISE! For real, w/o her this would be a completely different review. Once she SAW us, she put a stop to the entire situation. She found a solution when others barely heard me. Although it may have taken some back & forth, missed calls & messages~ not only did she "take care of us" but we came out better than we could have hoped for. They went as far as to make sure the last repair THAT WAS PUT ON CREDIT- was able to be paid. The sleepless nights are GONE, I (mom) get my car back & our lives are almost back to normal. My husband kept telling me - I just needed to live & learn. TTo me that was lunacy.
