I LOVE LAPIN MOTORS! I couldn't write a script for a more smooth and seamless car buying experience. Lapin Motors is the only place I will ever buy a car again. Joël and Trystyn were a superb team from start to finish. Upon arrival, Joël's focus was us but in a way the waiter at a five star restaurant checks on you. He quickly moved the car we wanted to test drive out of the garage, gave my husband and I the keys and told us to take our time. Once we decided we wanted to purchase the car, it took less than 90 minutes to complete the purchase. Joël even told us to take the car to lunch while we waited for financing and paperwork. Trystyn, the finance manager, was personable, professional and incredibly transparent; giving us sound guidance if needed. He made us feel like it was a partnership. He is efficient, effective and an absolute pleasure to work with I have two sons who need cars in the next 9-12 months and I will not go anywhere other than Lapin. Joël, Trystyn and the Lapin Motors team, thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart, for showing me a car buying experience doesn't have to be painful but, the opposite, can be quite an enjoyable Saturday afternoon. I look forward to buying from you again in the very near future!

I have purchased five vehicles from Lapin Motor Co. Why? These guys make you feel like you are enjoying an experience as opposed to the pressure of buying a car! The focus is upon you the client and the service is exceptional. I will keep going back. Here is my latest Honda type R. If you want something special - visit Lapin Motor Co!

I wanted to wait a while to post this before we went gung-ho and just talked about the experience; because you're not paying for the experience to buy the car.. you're buying the car. You have a lot of choices these days on who/where you can buy your car from, so let's dive into why I thought Lapin was a good choice for anybody. My brother in law purchased a Subaru from Lapin about a year prior to us buying our vehicle. I never had heard where he bought it from, only that he was happy with the car and experience. We arrived to look at a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel. The staff was extremely friendly and transparent and allowed us to go over the truck with a fine toothed comb on my own time. They could tell I knew a thing or two about these trucks (I've owned 9) and tossed me the keys and said we'll be over here if/when you needed us. After looking it over we had decided this was in the running, but we had other trucks to look at. Upon telling Joel this, he insisted we took their truck to go look at the other trucks to compare and he even sent one of their employees to fill the truck with diesel. He didn't have to do that at all, but the transparency and trust this instilled in me resonated the whole drive to the next dealership. We ended coming back close to closing, we were treated fairly, with the utmost respect, negotiated our price, Joel even AGAIN went above and beyond with the down required for the sale as we hadn't brought enough. Fast forward to now, 14 months later, the truck has been a joy. There were a few maintenance items we did not for see but that's out of anybody's control. With some fresh wheel bearings and a water pump on her and a new set of tires... for the price and experience I say Lapin knocked it out of the park with their sales experience. 10/10 I will always consider Lapin for our next purchase and will always continue to recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Joel and the Lapin motors team!

Except the first time I met her in a PNW downpour the windshield wiper flapped uselessly like a limp handshake. Replacing the wipers was contractual. Basic safety. A correction to meet the State's prim-and-proper dress code. Still met with a laissez-faire attitude. When I picked her up, her glasses were still broken. I took the fix into my own hands--parts shop on the way home, a couple of tenners, a little elbow grease, done. Next up, the key fob. The emergency key was missing, the kind of detail that only matters when it matters. I brought it up, like an old lover who still believes a wrong turn should end with a nightcap and an apology. Instead, it turned from good cop to bad cop faster than a red carpet turns into a doormat. Then Murphy made a house call. The battery went low. She wouldn't let me in, like a partner who caught me gambling with the rent money. I used my one free call to get a locksmith to bail me out. Time and money burned on something promised on the first date. Next the check engine light blinked into life like it couldn't wait to hand me a bill and a lecture. Still loyal, I went back to them instead of the brand shop off the two one seven. One tip slipped across the bar after another. Reassurance she was safe to take out on the town without having to constantly look over my shoulder. It was just a false trail that kept circling back to the same code I heard on the scanner from day one. I was being led on a wild goose chase and suspected I was the stuffing. After months of silence and no new leads I picked up the phone to reopen the case, like a jilted ex dialing a number I know I shouldn't. The witnesses had "left." The records were "tied up." I was told the specifics about the prior investigation were withheld for "legal reasons." It read like the old standards had left the building, and she'd taken her charm with her. Trusting my first instinct, I took the old girl to the brand shop, the place that spoke her native tongue. They handed me the facts. No passing the buck. No song and dance. Workmanship you could hang your hat on. I'd finally gotten the full meal deal, but I'd lost my wallet in the process. I figured I'd give Freeman one last chance to make things right. I'd played this scene before, back when deals were clean and handshakes meant something. Back then, I had a number in my head and they hit it like a sharpshooter. This time it was a slow middle school dance on a wet gym floor, and every step felt wrong. The numbers didn't add up, even the Kelly Blue Boys gave me the kind of look you save for a three-card monte table. Sure, I could take a bruising, but I hadn't signed up to get rolled. The relationship ended with a love letter that read like a case file, our entire history laid out in black and white, followed by a reply that never came. Freeman was a name I'd trusted since I was a rookie twenty years back, the door I knocked on when I wanted a fair and honest deal, the place I sent friends, family, and associates. Somewhere along the way, it seemed they traded the Freeman name for the Saul Goodman Sunday Special. In this town, some places sell you a promise the way a magician sells you a trick. You watch the shine. You miss the move. I gave them every chance to play it straight, but instead I got a different story each time, ended up with the bills, and found myself alone in the rain without an umbrella. Ragged, like a mark who realized the gig too late, I closed the file, because sometimes that's the only win you get. Take a walk. Don't look back. The rain will wash the footprints away.

Doug Blizzard was very helpful on the front end, answering questions about the vehicle and being honest about any answers he did not have. We scheduled a time for a test drive and Doug gave my wife and I all the time we needed to inspect the vehicle, take a test drive and to ask any questions we had. He again was honest about his responses and anything he did not know. He did not pressure us to buy the vehicle, but gave us plenty of time to think over the transaction. He even came back to his shop later that night to repair/adjust a minor item that we had questioned. From start to finish, the transaction was professional, efficient and five-star worthy!

I had recently gone through a divorce and financing was tricky; Doug was creative and resourceful when other dealerships ghosted me. His relationships with various lenders sets him apart among the competition-if you read the reviews here you'll see that people really hit it off with Doug. I think the same applies with his contacts at the bank-he doesn't just say relationships matter. He proves it by proactive communication throughout the process with everyone involved in the deal. The car itself was super clean and in great shape for an older vehicle. Doug already knew the car since he'd originally sold it to the owners who had brought it back in to trade. The engine light came on a couple days after purchasing the car due to an emissions issue we are trying to get sorted out. Doug was quick to reassure me that he'd take care of whatever was causing the issue. So far him and the mechanic he uses have been great on following through with this promise and have both been very professional to work with. I would highly recommend working with Blizzard Motors. I don't plan on buying a car anywhere else.

I don't often enough, take the time to write positive reviews unless I've been completely blown away... this is one of those times where I've been completely blown away. I spent a great deal of time researching my used car purchase. I was prepared to drive as far as 3 hours away to get the right car at the right price. Like many people, I loathe the car buying process mostly due to the song and dance you usually have to deal with at the dealership. Even the places who advertise "no haggle buying" still make you run the gauntlet of sales pitches for car add-ons like undercoating, car security systems, higher lending rates they tell you qualify for, low-balling your trade-in, ect. After spotting a perfect car at a really competitive price on line at this place, I stopped in to see it. To "prepare for battle" at the dealership, I got approved for an auto loan at my Credit Union, and was firmly prepared to tell them I was going to sell my old car on Craigslist. Sami (the owner) greeted me and immediately took a mellow, no pressure approach. He asked me a couple of questions about why this car, and then gave me the keys to go on a test drive. The car was everything I was looking for, and at a price below what I was willing to spend; no haggling. Sami treated the entire process like a business transaction, not a sales transaction. He is an excellent sales person, but not in a pushy "used car salesman" way. He simply walks you through the process, trying to make sure you've considered all aspects of buying the new car and selling the old car. He then offered me a price for my trade-in that was within what I was going to ask for in on Craigslist... no, hassles with getting it detailed, fixing the curb scratches on the wheels :/, no dealing with Craigslist shoppers. I could not be more pleased with this entire process. Even after the sale, when I needed an extra key ordered and some other little things, Sami & his staff were very willing to help... I know it seems suspicious to see every review for this place at 5 stars, but just go there and see why they deserve all the praise they get. I will be a customer there forever.

I spoke with Sami, and informed him that I will be there the next day at 11 am. By the time I got there, the lot was locked and I can't find a single person. I called him immediately, and he said that he can't come due to some kind of zoom meeting. So I guess he's not interested in showing me or selling his cars. If you cannot even be there due to an emergency, I think it's fair to say that you should inform your customer or let them know in advance. Essentially he wasted our time to drive all the way out there for nothing. Not to mentioning all his cars are way over priced...
