We had our windshield replaced in early 2025, but late in the year after the rainfall picked up I noticed our passenger side floor board had taken on water. i called Auto Glass Professionals and set up an appointment to have them check the viability of the windshield seal. It was a starting point, but as it turned out they admitted the windshield was installed correctly. Fortunately, the pulled the windshield and reinstalled it at no cost. I had asked them what they would do about the water accumulation and they said they would "dry" the foot well out. I picked up the vehicle and was told it was ok, but it was clear that the footwell was still too wet and would mold if left that way. Auto Glass Professionals Refused to do anything else about it, so I had to pay for getting the carpet and footwell dried out on my own. In the end I am glad they owned up to the mistake and reset the windshield, but ultimately can't recommend their business because they wouldn't take care of repairing the damage their improper windshield installation caused in the first place. read more

I took the day off of work to have my windshield replaced. Rescheduled my week to make this happen. After dropping the van off and spending $40 on an Uber I received a phone call saying they ordered the wrong windshield. It will be at least another week. Another week means another $80 dollars for Uber and another $1000 in lost wages. I suggest anywhere but this place. this is my second attempt also. I came to WA for a 3 month job assignment and within a week I got a nice little starburst rock crack on my front passenger side window. I read the reviews and made an appt for repair. Unfortunately the repair was not fixed due to the windshield cracking further bigger than a dollar bill. I have a 1976 BMW 2002 that needed a new windshield, not the easiest thing to find or install. Steve was absolutely amazing from the start, he was able to find the windshield and gave me the best quote I had received for the job. He was gracious, incredibly patient and very knowledgeable when I asked questions. His lovely employee drove me home then came and picked me up when the job was done. AMAZING GROUP OF PROFESSIONALS! While looking out your windshield, to the left on the body of my Acura a piece of the car called the "A-Pillar" came detached by all it's clips except the bottom clip. It was annoying because as you drive the piece is caught by the wind and would stand out away from the car. I did not know how to fix it and so I taped it until I could figure it out. 5 months later I was referred to Auto Glass Pros. I will always go to Auto Glass Proffesionals! I have had two rock chips now and both times they have taken amazingly good care of me. The first time I got a rock chip ding a month after I bought my car and called for an appointment. When I came in it was the week before Christmas. The gentleman only had my car about 15 minutes gave me my car back and said Happy Holidays. He didn't charge me!!! I had been so stressed and he was so fast as was so kind. He just asked that I would come back if I ever needed a new windshield. Last week I got another rock chip so popped in last Friday to get an appointment and they got me in Monday.
