I started with filing a claim with my insurance but their usual contractor didn't have any appointments for the next two weeks. I started looking on yelp for glass repair shops and Bill was the first one who replied and, in my opinion, the best one! I had another shop who replied but was only doing windshield replacements, and finally a third shop replied the day AFTER Bill fixed my windshield. Bill was extremely professional and skilled. He came out to service my windshield in just a couple days from my initial quote. He was on time, remained courteous, and worked quickly. After he was done, the rock chip was almost invisible. Great work. He also came prepared with the invoice for my insurance! A seamless transaction. Definitely keeping Bill in my phone book for next year!

Store Manager was on the telephone and speaking to a customer. Very polite on the phone. He hung up and I explained my situation. Everyone was very polite and professional. I'll come back for future windshield repairs. Thank you!

I had my windshield replaced by this company. A few months later the top molding strip began…read morebending backward. I scheduled a warranty appointment and they attempted a repair. Only a few days after that, while driving on the freeway, the entire piece flew off. A side molding strip also started bending the wrong way. A technician came to my house to try again and was completely stumped. He openly admitted that even their quality control manager didn't know how to fix it properly. They then asked us to bring the vehicle to their shop for a better look. Once my wife arrived, they suddenly decided the warranty no longer applied because of a rock chip (whose timing is unclear) and refused to cover the work. We were left driving without any molding strip at the top of the windshield -- a clear safety and quality failure after they already admitted they didn't know what they were doing. They won't spend the money to replace a roughly $100 molding piece, yet they expect customers to trust them with a critical safety component of the vehicle. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of local shops that do better work, stand behind their repairs, and cost less. This experience showed a complete lack of accountability and competence not to mention they're a United Kingdom based company. Save your money and support a local company that actually knows how to do the job, will fix their mistakes, and your money stays here in the community.

It was over 90 degrees and I was not about to let it spread, so the husband started calling to places around Olympia as we were nearing the city. The first quote was for a place in Chehalis that had no website and 0 reviews. $80. The second place had good reviews. They couldn't fit us in. We called Jesse and he said come on in. $40. Sold! It's a nice little shop just off the freeway (101 or 5, I can't remember). Jesse was helping another customer but got to us as quick as he could. Came out to check out the chip and immediately had his co-worker bring my car to the back to cool down. Jesse explained the process and what we could do to maintain the repair. He said it would take at least 25 minutes because the glass was hot and had to cool down. We were offered cold bottled water. We chilled out on the big sofa. It was a crappy situation to be there, but it turned out to just be a nice detour. The crack was fixed and you can hardly tell it's there. No sun shade for this window's future! Great service and really friendly folks there...a winning combo. Thank you, Jesse!!

The technician came out about 8:20 am and I had shown him both spots I wanted to fix within my windshield he said for the first one he couldn't do it, and that it's not worth fixing because it's so small. I let him know that as long as it gets me through the rest of the year I'll be fine and he said it's not guaranteed that it will last and that it could spread even with the epoxy. (which Is understandable) but he even mentioned to me that some clients windows don't even last after the service is finished. I just said whatever that's fine I just let him do his job. He calls me about 20 minutes later and tells me that it's done and that he did the best he could In regards to making it look not as visible. ( it wasn't a horrible crack to begin with) so I figured I let it slide no issue until I actually got in my car and seen after he left, the epoxy is completely cloudy and it made the damage. I understand that obviously it's not going to be perfect. It's just something to hold me over until I have the ability to replace an entire windshield, they only issue is is that I gave them something so minimal to fix and it was made worse, I see people with absolutely no experience by kit to repair their windows and do better than what I was given and paid for, thankfully, I was able to get a hold of customer service. They were able to refund me a portion back due to the second chip that wasn't fixed. I also want to note that this technician was very young and seemed very new to his job so it is obviously his higher-ups fault for sending an inexperienced worker out instead of coming out with them and showing them how to do their jobs properly instead of setting them up for failure.

This should've been my first red flag. They quoted me $2000 total for the damages from our Tesla. I went to another collision shop who actually do work on Tesla's and their damage estimate was 6500. This is more realistic as everybody knows Teslas can be expensive to repair. If you have a Tesla, I highly do not recommend going to this place. Also, the estimate took almost 3 days to acquire, whereas the other place I went to created an estimate for me and took pictures in under an hour.
