Exceptional detail work. Highly recommend Jason and his team. Excellent communication and the car was done on given timeline.

Jason was great to work with, he knew about the right treatment for the specific mat finish on my Hyundai, he got the materials needed and did a great job on detailing inside and outside of the vehicle. I highly recommend Perfect Touch. read more

Quality, value. Jason was super communicative and very thorough. We received regular updates on a challenging leak, with pictures and updated estimates along the way. read more

Jason is super amazing to work with and very transparent. I got a water leak fixed which every place I called said "we can't fix that here" and they were all body shops. So you have to be mindful that not all body shops work on cracks on your frame? Jason said that was their specialty! (And detailing). They quickly found where water was getting into my car, fixed it, and told me the pricing. To be fair, with the fact that they are FULLY booked and they finished my car in just over a week is awesome. They would have had it done in 3/4 days if the dealership didn't send the wrong part! Great work, great quality, and wonderful guy. He is super kind and transparent. read more

We had a six-year-old throw up a frankly horrifying amount in our car. We did the best we could but they're just wasn't any way to really clean it. In the summer heat we were going to die unless we got the thing detailed and we were able to get a hold of perfect touch and have them do the work within a day. Our car is now not a biohazard and I appreciate their good work. They cleaned the entire inside of the car spotless. read more

This place not only does excellent detailing work, but THEY DIAGNOSE AND FIX WATER LEAKS. No one else in town is willing to do that kind of work in town. And, it's super crucial work to be done in order to keep cars on the road, comfortable, and mold free. They gave a really fair price on the diagnosis, found the problem extremely quickly, and got a good and fair price on fixing the problems. We also got the car back with new padding, dried out, and cleaned, so that no more smells existed. WE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE AND THE FINAL PRODUCT. Perfect Touch saved us thousands on having to trade in the car. THANK YOU SO MUCH, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

Brought in my Tahoe to have a leak located and repaired. Not many people do this so it was hard to find a place. They had many positive comments on Facebook Dropped it off and they were very clear on the process they were going to do and what to expect for costs. Got a call a few days later that they found the leak and the steps they need to take to fix it. Next day got a call saying leak all repaired and good to go. Cost was very reasonable and car was perfect inside. Very courteous and customer minded. read more

I hadn't had my truck washed in a year, after a 2000 mile boat ride across the ocean from Hawaii, and months of rain, snow, and mud. Decided to have it detailed at Perfect Touch after reading all the great reviews. And I am not disappointed! They not only washed/waxed the exterior, they cleaned the interior, the upholstery, scrubbed the interior floors. Thanks so much, Jason and gang at Perfect Touch! I will certainly bring my truck back again. read more

This place is amazing. My car had been Infested with mice and my auto insurance company sent it to Jason. His team took my car apart, searching for nests and seeing if it could be cleaned. At the point they realized the mice had done too much damage, they documented the damage with photos and reported to my insurance. Ultimately my car was totaled, but I truly believe the team did everything they could to save/fix it, and when they realized it could not be repaired they took great documentation and reported to my insurance. read more

Just listening to their auto recording- they don't need anymore business only servicing "repeat customers" - wow - don't want to grow your business? How about saying "we are really booked now, but leave your name and number and we'll get back to you"?! SORRY PERFECT TOUCH- lost a customer for life. Don't bother calling only to be told how busy they are- waste! read more

Pros: *Trust Worthy *Professional *Efficient Cons: *none I have a new Cadillac and Im glad I found a place that cleaned it to perfection. I messed the carpet up horribly with throw up, and they made it brand new again! Went above and beyond to clean it. Took the seat out and removed the back of the seat to make sure they were able to clean it completely. If your looking for a place to go every time for your detailing this is the spot. Perfect touch is so incredibly professional and knows what they are doing. They saved the inside of my car and I know I'll be able to trust them with my car and future cars. They have a very trust worthy staff to top it off. I lost my check book and they found it under the passenger seat! Anyone could have taken that but they returned it to me. I'm forever grateful and will always go to them for detailing. I'm also glad they went over everything and explained all the work they did. Even gave me tips on how I can better care for my car. read more

These guys are amazing. They worked absolute magic on my car and exceeded any expectations I had. I truly wish I had before photos to show the dramatic difference in my car. They aren't lying when they promote "giving you a new car feeling." Jason, the owner, and his team are extremely thorough and provide exceptional customer service. I have a Honda CRV 2005 and I've had it since 2005 (14 yrs)... I've driven my car all over this country on multiple occasions through snow storms and mud. There were dirt stains on the plastics, in all my door jams, a smoothie stain on my carpet from 12 years ago near the center console that I was convinced was there to stay. When I came back to pick up my car 2 days later, the smoothie stain was gone, my door jams were spotless, my leather seats were moisturized, my foggy headlights were now crystal clear, and everything else was taken care of. Jason even had recommendations on people I could call to take care of my leather seats which I very much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend taking your car here for any sort of detailing. read more

Jayson was amazingly nice and helpful. My car was ruined in the Rochester fire. I needed to bring back some semblance of normalcy to my life by getting my car back to it's original condition. Jayson worked me in so I wouldn't be out of my car longer than necessary. He was understanding and compassionate. My car was perfect. No smell of fire whatsoever and clean as a whistle. I'll recommend him and his staff to everyone. Thank you!! read more

this place is amazing!!! Our car was completely trashed and came back looking like new!! The interior was covered in snacks, spilled beverages, dirt, and other disgusting things, and it came back spotless and odor-free!! I am completely impressed!! They were also super friendly and professional, and gave me a ride home right away so I didn't miss any work. They also were kind enough to do a complementary wash on the outside and the car is sparkling! I HIGHLY recommend this place, and will definitely use them again!!! read more

He obviously cares about the work he does. My experience was consistent with the other positive reviews I see.

I had my husband's car detailed as a gift. Perfect Touch did an excellent job. They were easy to work with and very personable.

We could not be happier with this shop! Impeccable and thorough work and great customer service.

My car had a startling rainwater leak. I woke up after a night of heavy rain and there was a puddle of water on the floor of the passengers seat. I called perfect touch because I was told they were the best at this kind of repair. They couldn't get me in right away, but offered to wet-vac the wet floor of my car - for free! - that day. That really helped me because my car got soaked and I was so worried about mold. When they did the testing they couldn't figure out what was wrong at first, but they didn't give up and eventually figure out the issue. They got me in for repairs the next week or so and we're super transparent about the work they were doing and at a reasonable price. Jayson was super nice and his crew also was professional and friendly in walking me through what they did with the repair. I got my car back today and have no doubt that if issues arise, I can take it back to the shop and get quality work done for a fair price. I'm glad I was recommended this shop! read more

Over the years we've used them all. We moved too far south years ago to continue to use Jason. So we used detail shops closer by or airport services when traveling. Recently we moved back into the area and decided to use Perfect Touch Auto Detail again. Oh my, what a difference in completeness and outcome! My wife and I are now both kicking ourselves for not staying with Perfect Touch all along. Great work at a reasonable price. The results are definitely worth the drive!! He can be booked out several weeks, so plan ahead - but do it without hesitation. read more
