Jason is super amazing to work with and very transparent. I got a water leak fixed which every place I called said "we can't fix that here" and they were all body shops. So you have to be mindful that not all body shops work on cracks on your frame? Jason said that was their specialty! (And detailing). They quickly found where water was getting into my car, fixed it, and told me the pricing. To be fair, with the fact that they are FULLY booked and they finished my car in just over a week is awesome. They would have had it done in 3/4 days if the dealership didn't send the wrong part! We had a six-year-old throw up a frankly horrifying amount in our car. We did the best we could but they're just wasn't any way to really clean it. In the summer heat we were going to die unless we got the thing detailed and we were able to get a hold of perfect touch and have them do the work within a day. This place not only does excellent detailing work, but THEY DIAGNOSE AND FIX WATER LEAKS. No one else in town is willing to do that kind of work in town. And, it's super crucial work to be done in order to keep cars on the road, comfortable, and mold free. They gave a really fair price on the diagnosis, found the problem extremely quickly, and got a good and fair price on fixing the problems. Brought in my Tahoe to have a leak located and repaired. Not many people do this so it was hard to find a place. They had many positive comments on Facebook Dropped it off and they were very clear on the process they were going to do and what to expect for costs. Got a call a few days later that they found the leak and the steps they need to take to fix it. Next day got a call saying leak all repaired and good to go. This place is amazing. My car had been Infested with mice and my auto insurance company sent it to Jason. His team took my car apart, searching for nests and seeing if it could be cleaned. At the point they realized the mice had done too much damage, they documented the damage with photos and reported to my insurance. Ultimately my car was totaled, but I truly believe the team did everything they could to save/fix it, and when they realized it could not be repaired they took great documentation and reported to my insurance. read more

I messed the carpet up horribly with throw up, and they made it brand new again! Went above and beyond to clean it. Took the seat out and removed the back of the seat to make sure they were able to clean it completely. If your looking for a place to go every time for your detailing this is the spot. Perfect touch is so incredibly professional and knows what they are doing. They saved the inside of my car and I know I'll be able to trust them with my car and future cars. They have a very trust worthy staff to top it off. I lost my check book and they found it under the passenger seat! Anyone could have taken that but they returned it to me. I'm forever grateful and will always go to them for detailing. I'm also glad they went over everything and explained all the work they did. I have a Honda CRV 2005 and I've had it since 2005 (14 yrs)... I've driven my car all over this country on multiple occasions through snow storms and mud. There were dirt stains on the plastics, in all my door jams, a smoothie stain on my carpet from 12 years ago near the center console that I was convinced was there to stay. When I came back to pick up my car 2 days later, the smoothie stain was gone, my door jams were spotless, my leather seats were moisturized, my foggy headlights were now crystal clear, and everything else was taken care of. Jason even had recommendations on people I could call to take care of my leather seats which I very much appreciated. The interior was covered in snacks, spilled beverages, dirt, and other disgusting things, and it came back spotless and odor-free!! I am completely impressed!! My car had a startling rainwater leak. I woke up after a night of heavy rain and there was a puddle of water on the floor of the passengers seat. I called perfect touch because I was told they were the best at this kind of repair. They couldn't get me in right away, but offered to wet-vac the wet floor of my car - for free! - that day. That really helped me because my car got soaked and I was so worried about mold. When they did the testing they couldn't figure out what was wrong at first, but they didn't give up and eventually figure out the issue. They got me in for repairs the next week or so and we're super transparent about the work they were doing and at a reasonable price. Jayson was super nice and his crew also was professional and friendly in walking me through what they did with the repair. I got my car back today and have no doubt that if issues arise, I can take it back to the shop and get quality work done for a fair price. I'm glad I was recommended this shop! read more

Over the years we've used them all. We moved too far south years ago to continue to use Jason. So we used detail shops closer by or airport services when traveling. Recently we moved back into the area and decided to use Perfect Touch Auto Detail again. Oh my, what a difference in completeness and outcome!
