I was quoted $177 for two…read moreminor chips, one being smaller than a dime and another that had just happened the day before yesterday except this one had a few cracks along with it. The technician came out about 8:20 am and I had shown him both spots I wanted to fix within my windshield he said for the first one he couldn't do it, and that it's not worth fixing because it's so small. I let him know that as long as it gets me through the rest of the year I'll be fine and he said it's not guaranteed that it will last and that it could spread even with the epoxy. (which Is understandable) but he even mentioned to me that some clients windows don't even last after the service is finished. I just said whatever that's fine I just let him do his job. He calls me about 20 minutes later and tells me that it's done and that he did the best he could In regards to making it look not as visible. ( it wasn't a horrible crack to begin with) so I figured I let it slide no issue until I actually got in my car and seen after he left, the epoxy is completely cloudy and it made the damage. I understand that obviously it's not going to be perfect. It's just something to hold me over until I have the ability to replace an entire windshield, they only issue is is that I gave them something so minimal to fix and it was made worse, I see people with absolutely no experience by kit to repair their windows and do better than what I was given and paid for, thankfully, I was able to get a hold of customer service. They were able to refund me a portion back due to the second chip that wasn't fixed. I also want to note that this technician was very young and seemed very new to his job so it is obviously his higher-ups fault for sending an inexperienced worker out instead of coming out with them and showing them how to do their jobs properly instead of setting them up for failure.

I sent the request for a quote late at night and Bill from Integrity Auto Glass responded first thing in the morning. It was a pleasure working with Bill to find a date and time that works. They had multiple openings that were all within a more than reasonable time frame and let me have options. Bill was always super quick to respond and transparent. I even requested a heads up 15 minutes before anyone would arrive and Bill made sure to accommodate that. I was able to have my window replaced in less than 48 hours of the break (and it would have been less than 24 hours except for my own time limitations). I was able to have the repair done at my home address, which saved me the stress of driving anywhere or setting aside hours to go somewhere. The shattered window held together by masking tape was removed and replaced, and the work area cleaned up within 25 minutes. It was impressively fast work! The glass was also a perfect match to the other windows, so it doesn't even look like a break happened. I am so pleased with this experience and will definitely be using Auto Integrity Glass if another window breaks or I need to replace a windshield (which hopefully isn't soon)!
