Sorry to say I've had to change my rating to a one star. Had windows tinted. After they dried for days they no longer rolled down. I text the tech of the issue. He stated the owner would call me. I was blatantly ignored for two months. Even sent a follow up help request that was receipt read and ignored. The issue was a simple window reset but because I was ignored I won't be doing business with autotint northwest again. I'd unfortunately rather now take my car to a corporate business who honors fixing issues. read more

When I started calling around to get my front windows tinted in my car to match the back, most places didn't even answer their phone. The couple that did were booked four and five weeks out, really? I called this shop and they were able to fit me in less than a week. I was pretty happy with that after being told a month. When I arrived, he promptly took my vehicle into the shop And met me in the office. And a quick conversation and I was sitting in a nice comfortable room watching TV. It only took about 45 minutes and when he was finished, it looked great. This wasn't my first rodeo with tinted windows, but he still went over all the usual precautions. I appreciate that. Had my car done here and because of Comcast being down they were unable to laser cut the Tint so they manually had to cut but would take longer to do since they were now behind because of this issue so he said he would come in on Saturday (being it's closed on the weekend) and do my windows for my when it could be laser cut and only took no time at all! Took my Tesla car I had just bought a few day before to get windows tinted. We were so busy at the time due to moving. I let my wife pick up and didn't check the car until the next day. When i walked around the car I saw a dent in the trunk of my car that was not there before leaving it at the shop. No one else had driven the car besides them and my wife. They are lucky i still didn't have a hardrive in my car to record the incident with sentry mode. They tried to cover up by putting paint marker or white out so they can probably say it had been there before. Not only did they mess up my car the tint bubbled up in front passenger window. I was told that this place had a special of $150 to tint any car, so I called and asked if this applied to my Subaru Outback and the guy said "Yeah, any size car." I made an appointment for the next weekend to bring in my car. They called me back to see if I wanted to come in that day since they had some cancelations, and I had to call back to let them know I couldn't. When I called back, I confirmed with the woman who answered that the $150 deal applied to my Subaru Outback. She said, "Yes, any size." Fast forward to Saturday, I brought my car in and met with I'm guessing the owner or manager, who told me the options and I told him I wanted the $150 special. He proceeds to write up the order and I see he isn't writing the $150, but a higher amount. I ask him why he is quoting that much when the sign on his door and the price online is $150. He tells me that is only for cars, and I ask why it says any size car then. He says for my size car, it will be at least $190. I told him that's why I asked two of the employees specifically about my car, and they both said yes, it's for any size car. He said he could do just the front windows for that price. He asks me if I want to talk to my husband about it (who didn't come in but is waiting in his car) while he helps another customer, so I say sure. First of all, how insulting to suggest I can't make decisions for my car on my own. I'm a woman, not a 5 year old. My husband knows I'm capable of handling my own business, so that's why he was waiting outside. Secondly, what a huge waste of my time to get me to come down to the shop after I've confirmed with 2 employees that the price applies to my car. I had to wait for a day when I could bring someone else down so I could drop off my car and get a ride from the shop since the only thing nearby to this is a bead store. I go back inside and tell the guy I'm leaving. We then had to figure out where to leave one of the cars since we live about 25 min from the shop and were on our way up to Seattle when I get a call from the shop and he asks who I spoke to and who said the price was $150 . I tell him and he says he could probably honor that price but that it normally is more. I told him his website and sign on the front door of his shop are misleading since it says nothing about other types of vehicles being more expensive, and I had confirmed with 2 workers. I haven't been back. I'm giving it 2 stars because I see they have changed their website to make their offer clearer now, so hopefully no one else will go through what I went through with this place. read more

Got my windows tinted which i love, I live 45 mins away and i was recommended from my cousin. By the time i get home and it had been a few days i had someone in my passenger seat and the door would not open took my car to the dealership thinking it was a mechanical issue the tech came out and asked if i had recently had the windows tinted.. i replied well yes this weekend he said they didnt re connect the door handle... so i call auto tint and they say i can bring the car in and they'll do it free of charge, well i HOPE they would sheesh so i take my car back down another 45 minutes 1 WAY for 5 mins of work they should have done THE FIRST TIME. they trough in window guards which ended up not fitting but i appreciated the effort. Honestly if you are out of the way dont go to them the fact they forgot to re attach my door is crazy. read more

Staff was nice but I am unhappy with the price I paid in relation to the work. First of all I had factory rain guards installed which they removed without telling me and didn't even inform me they were going to be removed. I paid to have them put on so now I will have to take it back to the dealer and pay for it again. I also got my Windows tinted and thought the back would have turned it darker but didn't. Took it back and they put a darker tint on it which is good now but now it looks as if there are little bubbles on the Windows. Not very happy with how things have turned out. read more

What a difference! Had our west-facing windows tinted in our home because the sun beating in forced us to keep the curtains closed, resulting in a pretty dark living room. Couldn't see the TV, blinded us, etc. Had our windows tinted and the difference is amazing. We can actually open the curtains and watch TV. YAY! And it looks great!
