The smell is gone, and my husband's car looks great. There was a moment when I thought that they had not completed the task well enough. I reached back out to them and they gave me the reminder to change the cabin filter (we had not done that yet), but he also said that if the smell returned, he would be back out there to redo the whole process without charge (except for the travel fee, which was fair as we are a solid 40 minutes away). I was so relieved that the smell was gone. Thanks for being so quick to respond, getting me on the schedule so quickly, doing a fantastic job, and being willing to come out again to redo the process without the detailing fee. I recommend Attention to Detail for your cars needs. I remember, if they miss something, just reach back out to them and they'll be willing to fix it.

He stated the owner would call me. I was blatantly ignored for two months. Even sent a follow up help request that was receipt read and ignored. The issue was a simple window reset but because I was ignored I won't be doing business with autotint northwest again. However, after the polishing was done, I noticed that the water spots were still clearly visible.
