Very pleased with product and installation. Installers Andres and Macos we're efficient, informative, and did quality work. Would definitely recommend the company and crew. read more

My husband had consulted with Lake Washington Windows before he died last year. They took measurements and gave him a quote. The quote given was honoured when I was ready to go forward with the installation. The windows were installed yesterday, and the crew did an amazing job. They managed to complete the whole house install in 1 day, versus 2. They were efficient, clean, and so, so kind. My initial contact was with Ireland Wood. She had initially dealt with my husband and was SO kind when she found out he had died. Summer Schertz coordinated the install, and Phillip led the install team. I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Lake Washington Windows. I love my new windows! Thank you everyone on the team. read more

Horrible experience from start to finish. It seemed like the owner was more focused on automating customer interactions with AI than on providing actual customer service. I ordered a single sliding glass door, and it took approximately 178 days--nearly six months--to have it correctly installed. The original installation included the wrong door, and the installers also damaged the fixed panel. What made the experience even more frustrating was the repeated failure to honor scheduled appointments. Multiple times, the company scheduled and confirmed service visits, only to never show up or communicate that they weren't coming. Each time, I had to move furniture, remove window coverings, clear access to the door, and rearrange my schedule, only to do it all over again for the next appointment. This level of service is simply unacceptable. If you're looking for Milgard products, I would recommend Sound View Windows or Lundgren Enterprises instead. Based on my experience, they offer much better customer service, often at the same or even a lower price. read more

We chose Lake Washington Windows and Doors because replacing the original windows in our 100-year-old brick Tudor home was not a decision we took lightly. Preserving the character of our home mattered enormously to my wife and me, and we wanted people who understood that. Our experience began with Will, who did an amazing job walking us through the options and helping us choose colonial-style Milgard fiberglass windows that would stay as close as possible to the originals. There were manufacturing delays on Milgard's end, but I appreciated Lake Washington Windows and Doors' commitment to quality: when the first windows didn't meet their standards, they sent them back to Milgard for corrections rather than accepting something that wasn't right. Summer helped coordinate scheduling through the delays and date changes. She was consistently kind, patient, and easy to work with, making a potentially frustrating process much smoother. Installation day was a milestone for our home: four windows being replaced for the first time in nearly a century! Andy, Josue, and Emelio worked incredibly hard throughout a challenging, full-day installation. Andy, the project lead, deserves special recognition for leading his team with care and determination. It was clear they took pride in their craft. Because of the age of our home, we were concerned about possible lead dust and debris; the crew put up plastic containment to help limit the spread of dust and glass. Most importantly, the finished windows look beautiful. We're thrilled with the result. There were some cleanup issues afterward, including small pieces of aluminum left behind. What stood out was how the company responded. German, the installation manager, listened to my concerns, took my constructive feedback seriously, and sent Luis and Jacob the next business day to finish the cleanup. Luis and Jacob deserve an extra round of applause. They worked extremely hard on a job that wasn't easy, and I genuinely appreciated their effort. German was also open to discussing what could go better on future projects, which meant a lot to me. That's why I'm giving Lake Washington Windows and Doors five stars. Big projects don't always go perfectly, but a great company stands by its customers and works through issues positively. From Will and Summer to Andy, Josue, Emelio, German, Luis, and Jacob, we felt that the people involved genuinely cared about our home. I'm grateful we chose this team instead of a large national company. We have more original windows to replace, and I look forward to working with them again. If you want a company that hires people who genuinely care about your home, I highly recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors. read more

We hired Lake Washington Windows to install 8 large picture windows and one sliding door. The installation team completed the job professionally and did a good job of cleaning up afterward. During installation a rotting support beam under one window was discovered. LWW sent a subcontractor who came out in 3 days and repaired the rotted supports and installed the two remaining windows. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome and we were glad the communication went smoothly between the two crews. We are very pleased with our new windows. read more

needed glass replaced in sliding glass door, requested service and within three weeks the project was complete and the glass looks amazing - puts all our other windows to shame. Really happy with the price, they weren't the cheapest but they were competitive with all the other quotes I received. read more

So this is currently a review in progress. We had windows installed today and have issues. We will update once we see how LWW deals with said issues. read more

Would not recommend. Some employees are not compassionate and have no issues devastating small businesses.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome! We had a project to replace several windows and a french door and after meeting with several companies we chose Lk WA: Great service from start to finish -easy no pressure communication -quote prompt, project on schedule even during the winter weather, work team showed up promptly -tidy work crew -walk through before and after with informative details of job -work crew great attention to detail read more

Great quality work in rebuilding our door frame. Andy and Fatu worked well together and came up with a good solution to keep the door straight and level. read more

Quality of work was exceptional! Great communication between the company and their workers. Cleaned up the site after they were done! Highly recommend! Luis & Johan were great! read more

Luis and Johan were professional and did an excellent job installing the windows. They look great.

From the salesman, Dave Judge to the office personnel and the installers this was a 5 star experience. We had our 30 year old windows replaced with their Anlin Del Mar series windows and could not be happier. Can not wait to see the savings for our power bill and we already hear the difference as we can not hear vehicles driving by and the jet noise has been dramaticaly reduced. A project that we were told 10 to 12 week lead time is finished in less than 5. Super happy. Thank you to the entire team. read more

Our whole experience with LWWD was exceptional. Chris Mathias, our salesperson explained the different options and helped us choose the best one for us. There were consistent updates regarding the actual timing of installation. Luis and Johan installed the windows. They were very nice and friendly. They did an excellent job during the process to keep the rest of the house clean and dust free. We highly recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors. read more

I had several windows replaced in my condo earlier this week. Josue and Emilio did a fantastic job. Showed up on time. Did meticulous work. Cleaned up afterwards. 100% trustworthy. The manager, German, came by the week before to scout the location and ensure they had the right equipment to replace a specific window four stories high. He also showed up at the start of the job as well. I'm very pleased with the overall work and the communication throughout the process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys, especially German, Josue and Emilio. read more

There are several highly rated installers of Milgard products in the area...make sure you get multiple quotes before committing to purchase from this company!!! Had a great experience with the salesperson that came to our house and we wound up choosing Milgard products because of him and we were confident that they would perform high quality of work as well. Shockingly, their quote came in significantly higher than anyone else, including Renewal by Anderson! They provided other options, but the best they could do was still double what the equally highly rated company we are moving forward with charged for 100% identical Milgard products. I cannot stress enough-get multiple bids!!! A public service announcement three weeks after my review...Milgard just sent a bulletin to all distributors of Milgard products that they are having significant quality issues with manufacturing and to expect significant number of defective products that will require servicing. If this company does not disclose this and does not recommend a different brand of doors, do not trust this company. Thankfully we had chosen a contractor that already had experience with other brands and they were able to switch us to another brand of door. read more

We had a relatively minor job of needing to replace a single window after noticing some water getting through. It was challenging to find someone that would take on something that size at a reasonable price, but once we found Lake Washington Windows it was very clear that's who we should go with - the initial consult was very clear and the bid was much better than anyone else. Communication throughout the process was consistent and helped us feel confident all the way through. Everything was completed on time and as expected, Luis and Marcos made the day-of project a breeze and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We will definitely keep Lake Washington Windows on our list of contractors for any future projects. read more

The Anlin windows from Lake Washington Windows are top notch. We can tell the difference from our old windows, better insulated and quieter. Luis and Marcos also did a great job installing the windows and cleaning the work area when done. Definitely a five star install. read more

Fantastic quality, and the new windows look great. Ricky, Emilio and Moises were my installers and they were on time, professional and courteous. They also installed my 3 new windows in no time, left no trace and the quality of the workmanship is top notch. Highly Recommend. read more

We replaced all the windows in our house (darn near 60!) along with 4 doors because it was time. We shopped the job around and Lake Washington came out on top not just with a fair price, but they had me convinced that they had the know how and logistics capability to pull the job off smoothly. Boy did they ever! Over the course of two weeks we got the pleasure of working with excellent crews (Denzel, Jordan, Ricky, Justin, Christiano, Andy, and a bunch more whose names I've forgotten) who made construction in my house as pleasant as possible. The install crews were extremely efficient, clean, and thorough - we were always able to live in the place at the end of the day, and every bit of install looks immaculate. These folks are truly some of the best that I've ever worked with to get something done in my place, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arose. Their showroom has a great display of the products that they offer so you can get a decent idea of what you're buying. I found it really helpful in selecting our doors, and what we bought was very much what they had on display. read more

I had a mixed experience with Lake Washington windows. I had three expectations from them that should be their core business: 1. Provide an accurate estimate 2. Invoice according to the estimate 3. Install windows correctly First, they quoted 9 windows but could only install 3. Unlike Sound View Window & Door, who outright said they couldn't install 6 due to openings being not square, LWWD had us put 50% down and then said they couldn't install it. I clarified with Michael, our salesperson, about the cost of the 3/9 remaining windows and proceeded with that. After they installed the windows, it was apparent that they were unwilling to honour their price. As we had put 50% down but only installed 3/9 windows, they owed us a refund. Getting the correct refund was like pulling teeth, and they were off by $500. There were some very deceptive emails about taxes, discounts and number of windows that were completely unnecessary. Michael was unwilling to cooperate, which was extremely frustrating. As for installation, 3/3 windows were installed incorrectly! The frames were not plumb and the sash was loose inside the frame. The frame was also not square. If I didn't have any previous window install experience, I wouldn't have known what was acceptable and what wasn't. It took two people from LWWD to verify that Chris and crew didn't do the correct install, so it took another 3 people to remove and reinstall the windows again to make it right. Overall, I'm baffled at this experience as it seems atypical. I will give LWWD credit that they did eventually make everything right. However, I shouldn't have worked so hard to get them to make things right. Lastly, the Anlin double hung windows have black weather stripping - which isn't in their brochures or website. read more

Andy & Fatu. I LOVE these guys. They installed three windows and a sliding glass door on our house across two days last week. I was impressed in every possible way. It was amazing to watch them work, with efficiency, intelligence, and good humor. Working from a scaffolding against a steeply pitched roof is not easy but they made it SEEM easy. They put down mats and put up plastic to protect their work areas (and our house). They kept us informed. They showed us all the features of our new windows and door. They were nice people. We are so happy. Thank you, guys! Of course, this was the end of a process that started six weeks before, when we first met with Lake Washington Windows and Doors. It's been a solid relationship. They communicate well, deliver quality products, and send guys like Andy & Fatu to install them. In our case, they were even able to finish the project well before the originally estimated date. Congrats LWWD, your process is top notch. read more

Great appointment with lots of great information regarding windows and glass. No rush and very educational. I would definitely recommend Lake Washington Windows read more

This was our first experience getting windows replaced, and it wasn't a small job either since we also had one large dining room window replaced with a sliding door. I recall getting a few quotes, but in the end I was really glad to go with Lake Washington. Our design consultant Ireland was very patient with all my questions and I could tell she was really invested in getting us the just the right windows + sliding door for the right price, without pushing any unnecessary options. Instead of doing just a quick measure and leaving, she made sure to go over as much information as she could with me which was really helpful. On install day, Thomas B., Daniel N., and Brennan B. were super professional and took all the precautions to ensure the dust and debris from the work area was blocked off from the rest of the house, and I could hardly tell that they had been there after each work day. I have to admit that once in a while I would overhear them discussing the small details that went into the install and I could tell they were ensuring it was done the right way. I'm really pleased with the results and service so far and would go with LW next time we have any windows or doors to replace/fix as well. read more

Their staff, especially Jim Marowitz, are top notch. Very informative, upfront, and do not try to upsell you. When picking a contractor for a job it is hard to gauge honesty, but with Jim, he went out of his way to make sure you were happy. I've giving 4 stars due to a couple of initial problems that were resolved to my satisfaction. Shout out to window installers Josue and Emilio - 5 stars! They made it all worth it. Thank you Lake Washington for a job well done. read more

These guys renewed my faith that there is still extra quality professionalism out there...Immaculate work, fantastic communication, on time and the installation was perfect. Went with Lake Washington for a new picture window and after a few bids, went with Lake Washington. Pros: Great workmanship and good job by the two (Moldovan) guys that did the work. Very polite After service communication was very good and they went out of their way to make sure everything was right. Not so great: A bit of lag w/ communication during the dead period between purchase and getting the window installed (and tbf, it was partially my fault). But as I stated above, they went out of their way to make sure everything was right and special shoutout to Chris M. over there for taking care of things. Would definitely recommend based on workmanship and after purchase service. read more

Lake Washington Windows and Doors is AMAZING!! Crisanto, Johan and Joel were our installers. They were professional, clean, and efficient. We are so happy with their work. We live on a Bothell Way, and the road noise is quite high. We wanted to get all our windows replaced - but wanted to test it out in 1 bedroom first. It is crazy the difference - and we intend on doing the whole house!! The process has been so simple. No one trying to upsell us. No pressure, just facts and suggestions. Thank you so much to the team!! read more

All expectations were met from initial communication, to measurements to installation. John came to our house to discuss products and take measurements. He was very knowledgeable and clearly had a lot of experience in the window industry. We had 9 windows and a slider that needed replacing. Crisanto, Johan and David performed the installation and did an amazing job despite everything the North Bend weather had to throw at them.. strong wind and rain for two days straight. They left the place spotless inside and out and were very communicative and thoughtful through the whole process. We previously worked with another well known window company and had a less than desirable experience.. poor communication, windows installed incorrectly and little follow through. We highly recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors for your projects. read more

My technician who installed my new windows, Chris, was amazing. He was super communicative-- letting me know each day when he and the crew would be arriving. He explained things well, made sure my wood floor and furniture was protected from all the dust generated by the installation, and cleaned up after the crew every day. My new windows are beautiful. Lake Washington wasn't the cheapest company for new windows but they definitely delivered a high quality product with great customer service.
