We had to have 31 double pane windows (including a slider) replaced in our home because the seals had failed in all of them. Additionally, we purchased 3 new storm doors and had 15 window screens repaired. Mehrdad showed up at our house on time to make the initial estimate and a half an hour after he left, Shirin provided us with a quote that was much less than we expected and which we agreed to immediately. Our old windows were clear glass so Mehrdad recommended Low-E (low-emissivity) windows which minimize the amount of infrared and ultraviolet light that comes through the glass without minimizing the amount of light that enters the house (and we can already tell that our home is cooler inside on hot days and warmer inside on cold days). Two days later, Mehrdad returned to our house with Shirin to take accurate window measurements before ordering them. Seven days later, Mehrdad, his assistant, and Shirin removed and replaced the storm doors. Two days after that, Mehrdad and his assistant came to our house in the mid-morning, working into the early evening, and they removed and replaced all of the windows in one day!
