I had used these folks on a prior occasion when I had a ding in the windshield. They were great! Not sure where that review went, but I digress. This summer my sliding glass door broke (the lock). I couldn't find a kit that fit so I finally called a locksmith and he said it can't be fixed. Well, I've been looking for an excuse to get rid of this door that was all scratched up by the prior owner's dog and had drill holes in the frame from an old security system and had those nasty plastic vertical blinds that resemble a cheap apartment. Pacific Glass came, measured and estimated. I liked these guys so much I didn't bother getting another estimate. I ordered a nice new sliding glass door with the blinds inside the panes. I'd heard they are prone to breaking, but the guys at the shop assured me they were great. They also gave me a 15 year warranty in writing. It took two months from ordering to actually get the door, but that was due to the manufacturer, not Pacific Glass. They were very organized, kept me updated and called me when it was in. Installation was just a couple days later. A nice guy called Ever installed my door and he did a great job. I mean a GREAT job. I guess we'll find out for sure this rainy season, but it really looks awesome - like nothing happened. I had no clue how much getting rid of those vertical blinds and going for blinds in the glass would make such a huge difference in appearance. My spouse and I are in love. Our only problem now is that we want to change out the rest of our windows too. HA! We did think $800 labor for a job that took one guy three hours was a bit high. We do realize there was travel time and also the time for someone to come measure/estimate and then order the product. Our bad for not getting multiple bids, but honestly, we really trust the quality of the work of this company and are very, very pleased with the end result. read more

Pacific glass was a lifesaver. Our display case in our donut shop spontaneously exploded due to a hidden fracture and cold weather. We posted about it on our instagram, and they reached out proactively. Within just a few days, they had drawn up a much better replacement. Within a week, we had the new gorgeous glass in, 5x better than it was before, and for a more-than-fair value. On time, exceptional workmanship, beautiful results. Can't recommend them highly enough! read more

Excellent Customer Service We had a small glass panel from our curio cabinet break and weren't sure how we were going to replace it. Nick from Pacific Glass came to the rescue! He was friendly, courteous, and efficient, and was able to provide a replacement piece the very same day. When we realized the glass needed a bit more filing to fit in the brackets, he took care of it immediately and adjusted it perfectly while we waited. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. The curio now looks as good as the day we purchased it. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service! I highly recommend Pacific Glass to anyone in need of quality glass services. We ignored our windows for years. Our window washer said we needed to have them replaced before they fell out. Many window companies wanted to totally replace them with new vinyl windows?!? Tony replaced the double pane glass in an hour! They look great and it was FAR less expensive than a total, yucky change. read more

My sister had Pacific order and install glass for her new kitchen cabinet doors. When she got them home, she discovered that somehow, weirdly, the spacers that had been used between each door had eaten into the surface of the paint and left very visible marks. She tried every cleaning product/method she could think of, then we called Pacific. They said bring them in, and they did their best in trying to remove the marks, but no success. Marty the owner said in 50 years he had never seen such a thing. I looked into having the doors repainted, but that was risky and very expensive, so we had to get the doors replaced. He agreed to pay for them, we had them shipped directly, and they took the glass from the original doors and put it in the new ones. Everyone was so kind and friendly, Marty went above and beyond, and we are very grateful for such ethical and careful customer service. And the doors turned out beautiful! I highly recommend these guys!! read more

Had these guys come out for an estimate, the guy broke the window to be replaced. Then I had to chase them down for a quote!

I went in initially to have a new glass top cut for a coffee table. Marty, the owner of the store heard me speaking with one of the employees, Eden, and asked if I already had a piece of glass, which I did. He said if I brought that in he could cut it down and round the edges for me quite easily. I went home and got it and dropped it off and less than an hour later I got a call that the glass table top was ready. When I got back to the store and asked how much I owed, to my surprise I was told "No Worries"! I cannot believe such kindness and good service in this day and age. Thank you so much everybody! read more

AMAZING! I had a beautiful solution and project DONE in under a matter of minutes. I don't have to paint or do anything further. Thank you for this beautiful idea, and for seeing it through so quickly and simplyfying my life! I scheduled a measurement of the bottom shelf of my medicine cabinet. I wanted a piece of glass as my powders and potions were damaging the painted surface, and the "temporary solution" (over a year of looking ugly) was a thick plastic liner designed for under the sink. I intended to re-paint the surface. Instead Marty suggested a mirror. He brought the mirror with a tiny pad underneath, so I could easily remove and clean it and the result is just beautiful. He FAR exceeded my expectations! In a time where it seems impossible to get anything done, and certainly in any kind of timely way, this was truly exemplary customer service. Thank you! It's a small home improvement, but every time I open that cabinet I get a little thrill. In one afternoon, I had a lovely solution and a completed project! Does not respect private property. Road is marked private property and no through traffic, and company van still sped up and down out long gravel driveway, splashing through potholes. We are obviously not a public road, and their are plenty of other turning point, so I do not understand why, especially when it's so obvious. We have chickens who roam the driveway, and have had incident of them being run over by through traffic. read more

The window of my business had a rock thrown through it overnight. Pacific glass was out within an hour and to save money and time suggested not boarding it up and just replacing the glass same day. Due to the good review I went to this place, it turned out to be a huge mistake. 1. The overcharged me. 2. They are not honest, they secretly add cutting fee and polishing fee. 3. The cutting fee they charge me was crazy. For a $98 glass, they charged me $47 cutting fee! 4. The size was wrong. First was half inch bigger. After I took it back to recut, they cut it it half shorter, which make it totally useless. 5. They lie about everything. Told me the glass will be ready in 3 days but I waited like a week. IN THE END I spend 145 dollars and many hours and got nothing. read more

Order was completed in a timely manner, but their adherence to CDC guidelines (both staff and customers) was appalling! No masks, social distancing, or any barriers of any kind. Their attitude towards safety was enough for me to never recommend them to anyone. read more

Our "go-to" pros for window, door glass, and skylights. Always show up on time and do a great job. Competitive pricing for excellent workmanship. They make valuable suggestions for problem areas such as tinting or Low-e glass, or other applications. Read below: Our latest project was replacing a 4ft x 4ft skylight above my home office. The skylight was 20 years old and the seals had failed with moisture inside the unit. However, the skylight let in too much light so I could not use computer on sunny days. Cody suggested a combination of a Low-e glass to keep out excess heat, along with a dark gray tint to eliminate bright light. The custom unit was ordered and later installed. I am so pleased with the result, a perfect solution! read more

Lots of folks recommended this place, as did the reviews. I called for an appointment to have them measure the French doors I needed replaced. I was told someone would call me in a week. They did not. Eventually, I got someone out to measure. He said he'd get me an estimate in two to three days. That was a month ago. I called two or three times about the estimate. No response. Now, if you don't want to do the work, be professional and say so. I wasted time and summer is when this door must be done. So, I am highly disappointed. read more

About 18 months ago, I had a window in my truck canopy broke out by a vandal. The specialist was able to custom make a replacement that looked identical to the one still remaining and installed it. The price was also very reasonable. I vowed to take my future glass needs to them first. Recently, and after a very unusual heat spell reaching over 115 degrees, the window started to separate from the base. I stopped by and asked them if they could fix it. One of the servicemen dropped what their were doing and told me he would fix me up right away. 15 minutes later, it was as good as new. I asked how much I owed and he told me it was warranty work. I was very impressed with this business' concern for their customers. They just won a lifetime customer and advocate for their business. read more

I want to give them 1 star, because I was the one that caused the mistake in the glass I ordered to fix my Popcorn Popper/Cart, but they would not let me pay for the correct size when they came in. I recently had Pacific Glass replace a couple of double-pane glasses of my garden window. Pacific Glass was referred by a few folks in the neighborhood. When I called Pacific Glass to schedule an appointment for an estimate, Calving made it fast and easy to make it in a few days. Marty came out to look at the existing glasses, measured them, answered all my questions and emailed his estimate the next day, as promised. He was such a nice person to work with. The estimate was reasonable compared to others I had received. The glasses were ready in less than 10 days and were installed in 2 weeks after the order. Hayden and Juan installed the glasses and they were very friendly, courteous and customer-focused. Their work was excellent and Hayden made sure that I was satisfied with it before they left. When I found a minor scratch on one of the glasses after the installation, Marty swiftly ordered a new one and made the whole process painless. Steven came out to install it in a couple of weeks and he absolutely made sure that the new glass was flawless and met my expectations. He was friendly, respectful, patient and really easy to work with. When I asked about a slightly bent snap bead (which was new and was unavoidable when he had to take it out to install the new glass), he assured me that he would make a note to replace it with a new one when Pacific Glass crew is coming to my area in the future. Overall, my experience with Pacific Glass was very positive in all aspects and everyone I contacted or worked with was very customer-oriented. I highly recommend Pacific Glass and would hire them again if I have more glasses to replace. read more

Just bought a quartz table top for a thousand dollar. We left it in front of our garage. That morning the installation guys came and park on top of it cracking it in half. Went into the business to see if they would come clean but they denied it. Also when they in and installed my shower glass they did not properly installed the glass shower door, and when I went in to complain they told me that when it breaks which it will, call them and they'll come fix it. So instead of fixing their mistake they were lazy to do it right and push it off to another time. Would not recommend pacific glass, inconsiderate and unprofessional. read more

I want to give a shout out to Pacific Glass. I had 2 busted windows for 8 years. Dreading to know the cost to fix, I searched and found Pacific Glass. They came to see the job and had the best rate. I couldn't believe it. When my glass was ready for install, they came out and installed with no problem. A short time after the install, I notice there was something wrong with the glass. Pacific Glass did not stress me over it. They said they would come back out and correct the problem. I enjoyed the gentlemen: Hayden, "Q" and Jeff. They wore masks, kept me informed of everything that was being done and they left the area nice and clean. Thank you for all you hard work! read more

Like many of you looking for a great window replacement because your window was broken by car prowlers. Replacing the window costed so much more than the items taken. This company made a very stressful day less stressful. They were able to schedule me in right away, same day so I didn't have to go days with a broken window and glass all over the passenger side. On top of that their quote was there lowest. Finally they did a great job cleaning up the mess, installing the window and did it in an hour. What more can you ask for? read more

This is a great shop with friendly, polite, and efficient employees how know their business very well.

Unprofessional management. On more than one occasion I have been treated rudely by this glass company. I did not like the way that the owner treated his employee when I was in last time. There is something fundamentally broken here. As head of maintenance I had them come out for an estimate on some windows for my hotel. 3 to replace in rooms ASAP and 5 large units for quote(8 total) The rep came out and told me he would email me a quote from there I could proceed. Two weeks later no quote and no call. I called and let them know and made sure they had my cell phone. Another week passed and I called again, was reassured that follow up would take place and here it is a full month later. No call. No email quote. We are talking about 1500 in windows now and at least 4500 windows in the near future. Perhaps they are to busy to handle the flow? I am from Renton so I try to give business there the referal, but honestly I had to do a review because I feel the ball was not only dropped, but kicked into the bushes... read more
