Value, service, and quality were all excellent. I had a patio door that was especially difficult to repair -- the track and rollers needed replacement, and the door was sealed within the frame, making it extremely difficult to remove due to its age. Joe had the experience and expertise to get the job done while also taking the time to clean out the old debris and make everything look like new again. Customer service and professionalism were outstanding from beginning to end. Thank you, Joe! read more

Extremely professional service end. Price was competitive and the quality of product does seem superior. Will definitely use them again for all glass needs. We replaced 18 glass units that lost seal. read more

Has these folks replace several windows over the last decade as the seals failed from the original windows. Outstanding work, timely, and great communications. read more

We had a large bi-fold door installed along with wood-clad windows for our home remodel. All Service Glass definitely deserves the "Service" in their name. They were extremely professional and responsive all throughout. The products were handled with care, installed and installed in a timely fashion. An example of their integrity -- we also ran into an unexpected issue with our custom screen door (that was supposed to fit over the bi-fold door). The screen door was not returnable, but as this was entirely unexpected, we were not charged for the screen door. Highly recommended. read more

All Service Glass cut several pieces of glass to install in cabinet doors. They were both reasonably priced and efficient in their work. We got measurements for the glass the day before and the glass was ready for us to pick up the next day. read more

I had a window that couldn't slide up and down properly. I took it off and found it was missing a balancer on the left side. The window was built in the 1980s so everything was super old and I had a hard time finding a matching hardware. Joe quickly identified the issue and found me a new set of balancer (the model no. is different but they are actually the same! No one told me this after a lot of Googling!!!) I bought the balancer from All Service Glass and installed them myself following the instructions Joe sent me. No fuss. Everyone was very responsive and friendly. Saved me all the money from replacing the whole window, which was recommended by many other contractors. I feel obliged to leave a comment. read more

All Service Glass - Windows Installation Near Me - Issaquah, Washington

Excellent service and fair price. Needed glass installed into kitchen cabinet doors. Great job in a timely manner. Thanks, and I'll be back!

We used All Service Glass for a sliding glass door and window replacement. They were professional, quick to respond and did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend them! read more

Joe and the team did two projects for me. Great experience Ms quality of work. Honest and reliable company. Joe is very friendly, Cameron did a good job and the project. Office staff (Jillian, Vicky, and Kaila) are very friendly and I never felt there is missing context between them. Hire this company for all your glass projects! read more

Super smooth experience. Great communication, on-time service and responses. Our technician, Jordan, was super professional and meticulous. They replaced two windows for us where the seal had broken. Initially we were told that it could take up to 8-12 weeks for the glasses to arrive but they arrived much faster (~3 weeks I think?). read more

I can't say enough about this company and the service they provide. From the very start, Joe and Jillian were very responsive to my questions and in generating a quote. The install was great - Ryan, Lance, and Jordan did a phenomenal job. There were very friendly and engaging (even with family around the house). They always made to sure let me know what the plan was and what was going on with the install. They took the time to answer all the questions I had. I'll definitely use All Service Glass again if/when needed. read more

Very helpful. Upfront regarding costs and alternatives. Great doing business with a local company.

I bought two tempered glasses from them. The front desk always answers to the phone. They are friendly and get orders done quickly. Best of all, their prices are unbeatable. I will you them again in the future for sure. read more

In past years, I would have given these guys a 5 star plus rating. I used these for several projects in my home. But, then I think two things happened. First, success went to their head and they started charging just to come into Seattle. And, secondly, they must have hired new office help because the last time I called their office, the woman was so rude to me that I thought for a moment that I had called Comcast. So, when I decided to replace all the windows in my condo; I called a window service who did not charge to come into Seattle read more

All Service Glass replaced a large family room window with small slider windows on each end. The entire window needed to be replaced because of weather damage to the outside frame. All Service Glass built and installed the entire new window. They were extremely responsive and professional, from the office staff, who handled our many questions with great patience and good cheer; to Joe, who came to our home to complete the measurements; to the crew who installed the replacement window. All Service was very accommodating when changes in our schedule required us to change the installation date more than once. The crew was quick, efficient and unobtrusive. The new window is spectacular. We could not be happier with the quality of the work and the value we received. We highly, highly recommend them. Great job! read more

2 guys replaced total 3 window glasses and 2 window screens for me. One window glass on 2nd floor needs to be replaced from outside on 2nd floor. Lot of efforts were taken and everything looks fine. I think price is fair regarding all service work. read more

Replacing foggy window glasses: I get initial quote over email and Joe did detail measurement once I decided to move forward with the company. The replacement classes arrived earlier than expected. They came out to install them right away. Overall the office is very responsive and communication is great. fair pricing as well. Definite will hire again in the future. read more

All Service Glass has done window replacement for us a couple of times. Once to replace a large window destroyed by a rock, and today to replace a dry rotting wood window. In both instances they did amazing work. Joe came out and did the estimate, the office quickly followed up with a price, and Shawn came out today to do the replacement. After he got the old window out, he noticed some ancient carpenter ant destruction which he masterfully repaired. Since this work was additional we were charged extra for that repair, but we felt the extra cost was extremely fair and well worth the added expense. PS, the window that dry rotted was made by weathervane. They are no longer in business. But All Service Glass can create new windows that match the weathervane - so you don't have to replace all the windows in your house if you only have one problem window. In a nutshell, these guys rock! They are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. An amazing combination! read more

I had 11 blown out windows at my house. Nothing like spending money on things that have zero fun attached to them. Similar to going to the dentist. These guys came out to install today. They were prompt, courteous, conscientious of tracking dirt in the house. All of the basics you hope to get from a contractor. Then...they ran into some problems. Did they bitch moan or whine? Negative they did not. Did they up my bid? Negative they did not. They took total ownership of the job and got it done. I'm pretty sure Joe took a loss on me today due to the man-hours to finish my job, so I want him to get some business that is smooth and easy to make up for mine. read more

Friendly staff honest great product overall satisfied definitely will recommend. Thanks

Responsive, Respectful, Reasonable (and Friendly) What more can you ask for? I submitted a quote in the evening to replace the glass in the sliding portion of the window (vent) and the next morning I had a detailed response from Jillian in my inbox that was price competitive and fair. She was also careful to remind about the slight color difference if switching to LowE glass (because of the argon). They also were very accomodating of our schedule. Ultimately, we decided to stick with your typical glass. I would also definitely consider them in the future should we do any window retrofitting. read more

I've only had a Yelp login for a few months, so I didn't realize All Service Glass was on here. I purchased a glass railing system from them (Painted Black aluminum rails/posts). It is a great system, looks gorgeous, and if you're reasonably handy, install it yourself (just install a good aluminum blade on your chopsaw). Price and Service were both fantastic. Sue will take good care of you. read more

The strengths of any business including exceptionally fair-pricing, exemplary customer service and superb workmanship and come from strong foundations and leadership. Family owned and operated businesses are a dying breed and I do my best/most often to patronize those that are still around. Having said that, the only thing that was small business feeling was the fact that the work was done by the proud and skilled owner. I know that this isn't always possible (to have the owner do your work, for any business) but most often the core roots of a business come from strong owners and I believe that All Service Glass, the owner (Joe) and support staff (I think I spoke with Michelle) were incredibly helpful, communicated clearly, came promptly (and somehow didn't get lost getting to our maze of a property/neighborhood), worked efficiently, and conducted themselves and their business with the utmost of integrity and honesty.--These are perhaps the most important values for any contractor/handyman, hands-down. On top of all that both he/his staff were incredibly engaging and friendly. He even put up with being shadowed by my baby/toddler so I can even say "family friendly". The work he did to fix my immediate problem was great quality (things are actually fixed, no muss no fuss). And we had further discussions and drew up a plan to address some larger window projects and repairs that required getting in touch with manufacturers and tracking down past repairs.--Being a busy parent and a business owner/manager, I can say with certainty that I was the only bottleneck/complication in that whole process. If it's not clear yet, I would not hesitate to recommend All Service Glass and Joe for any and all window work going forward. The only regret I have is not having found them when we moved to Issaquah a few years ago. read more

We have a 40+ year old sun room with some broken and failed windows. I called multiple companies, a few came out and said they couldn't be fixed, a few wouldn't even come out, 1 even said I was just "outside their service area". Then I called All Service Glass. Joe came out and immediately assured my husband that they could do the job. An estimate followed and the windows were ordered. We set up the install date and three installation guys were here right on time. So professional. Great work. I would recommend this company to everyone! read more

So happy to recommend All Service Glass. The two young men sent out for our job were so respectful, professional, early, and no surprises. Love that they hire local young adults. Such a nice team of people, from the front office, the owner who did the estimate, and the installers. read more

The team from All Service Glass did a fantastic job of estimating the work, providing various cost options and did a great installation. I had the glass for several existing windows replaced. I was worried about fit and finish. I was worried about installation quality and I was worried about the professionalism of the installation crew. All this worry was a waste of energy. All Services Glass did a fantastic job. I am very satisfied. read more

Very helpful, my sunroom window cracked and they took care of it very well, great price. Highly Recommend.

Needed to replace a window that an errant billiard ball killed. Joe came out quickly, measured, gave a quote, and was very fair throughout the process. Liked doing business with a local business even though I understand they work all over the Seattle area. Installation went fast & no evidence of the replacement. Highly recommend read more

I'm selling my house right now and I needed to have 7 large windows replaced in my A-Frame house. They gave me a date about a week and 1/2 out and on that day, one of their installers came out and replaced the windows. Well, he did an excellent job and it's very pleasing to look out of clear windows that have fresh new seals. I'm very pleased. Thanks! read more

These guys are the BEST humans first. I had a horrendous experience with another person and went to small claims court and had hell. Took me months to get my money back from him. I told All Service glass about my experience and they waved the deposit for me. I think it was the owner who came and gave me the estimate. He was so considerate and informative. Told me the do's and dont's for any contractor. The people who came to install the glass were just so nice. They knew everything and told me things I needed to replace on my frame or how to make it slide smoother or how to clean the glass. read more

Look no further. Our project was 33 "blown" windows. Work was done on schedule, as advertised. No surprises. No "Gee I'm going to lose money on this job". We have built or remodeled 6 or 7 homes and have probably heard it all from various contractors and workshops. None of that here. Professional excellent workmanship and customer service. And a nice crew to have around your home for 3 days! read more

Well this is probably a good successful business, because they said they are booked up several months. The nice lady on the phone seemed to think our broken window wasn't so urgent because the inside pane was still intact. Well, as a customer I think that is my decision as to how urgent I feel it is. So we didn't get as far as a quote. I would have hoped a business like this would still have time for small jobs. read more

After Issaquah Glass closed in Issaquah, we looked several times to find a good company to replace the occasional pane of glass due to broken weather seals. We tried companies in Seattle that would not come to the Eastside. Through several calls, we were referred to All Service Glass that is located in Issaquah. I am not sure how this company did not come up during various web searches. With little hope of ever finding a place to replace a single glass panel that has a white grid in it, we were pleased at the response and attitude of All Service Glass. They were prompt and businesslike like during each step from the first phone call, to measurement, ordering and installation. Then end price was reasonable, (not cheap and not a rip-off). We will definitely use them again. read more

If you want you window repaired you want to hire All Service Glass. Our double hung window (lower half moves up and down) mechanism had broken. I called them and was helped by a pleasant woman who knew all about my window. She explained to me where to find the part number of the mechanism and when I emailed her the next day (Wednesday) she called back that day and said they had the part in stock. She scheduled the technician for that Friday (just 2 days later!) which really shows how responsive they are as a company. The technician arrived on time, introduced himself, and took his shoes off even though I told him to leave them on. The first thing he did was clean our window, the tracks, and the mechanism! Then he took the window out, replaced the two broken mechanisms, reinstalled the window, tested it to be sure it raised up and down easily, and then he cleaned the window, tracks, and everything again! I was so impressed. He really knew what he was doing. Thank you very much All Service Glass. read more

Ordered a piece of glass for the top of a dresser from All Service Glass. Everyone there was very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. The glass came in quickly and fits perfectly! All Service Glass prices were very competitive as I did my research and they were the cheapest by far. Will definitely order from them again! read more

They are very profesional I totally recommend this company. They worked fast, they came on time and did a great job. I asked them to replace a window faster because I have a toddler and they had this consideration! read more

Mom hired them to install a new window above the railing on her deck. It seems they were prompt to offer a bid and very brief list of the work they will perform, and to collect a $600 deposit on a $986 job. So far (5 weeks later) it has taken a phone call from Mom to cancel the order before they agreed to send a worker out to complete the job. The bid list looks scanty and I fear the results will be sub-par, possibly not meeting code as the window listed isn't noted to be shatter-resistant (you know, the kind required over stairs and near doors-can't think of the name), and only 3 pieces of 2x3 lumber are listed on the work order... I won't be here for the installation tomorrow, but will add a review of the work. read more

We had All Service Glass come out to give us a quote on replacing nearly all the single paned windows in our 3400 square foot house. Joe was super friendly, very informative, and actually took the time to measure our windows (the other companies just eye-balled them, which made me nervous). We got our quote in a timely manner and due to budget constraints on our end, decided to do the window replacement in two waves. All Service Glass was willing to work with our scheduling/budget needs. Both times we had them out at our house, the crew was super professional and friendly. We have small children and are understandably a bit nervous about who we let into our home, but had no worries about any of the crew (my 4 year old daughter actually still talks about them, she loved them all so much!) having access to our home. They did an excellent job, were great with communication and follow-through, and we're incredibly pleased with our new windows. We highly recommend them! read more

I had to replace one broken specialty "vanity window", a bathroom window that another company told me you couldn't find glass for anymore. When Joe came out to look at the job, he actually had a sample of the exact matching glass in the truck with him! He also listened to my needs for new windows to replace old single frame aluminum windows, and did careful measuring right then and there. I had a total of five windows replaced, and they did a super job. Quick, efficient, careful, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. I am selling the house, and asked Joe if he would do a bid for the entire house so I could present it to potential buyers. He measured every window in the house, and gave me a beautifully done bid to have on hand. There were no surprises, just a great job, and I can't believe how much the new windows reduce the outside noise. I am a real estate agent, so I know a good contractor when I see one, and All Service Glass is a great contractor. This was my own personal job, but I will recommend them to all my clients looking for glass replacement/repair. read more
