After texting to share some photos they said they'd need a window technician to check it out. They showed up exactly when scheduled and texted to let me know when they were nearly here. It turned out to be an easy fix so they took care of it on the spot, free of charge. They even insisted on cleaning up the little plastic bits that came off the window during the repair (even though I told them I could take care of it). Fingers crossed that I won't need to repair or replace any other windows soon, but if I do I'd definitely go back to Seattle Glass and Window.

We needed one double pane bedroom window replaced due to the seal failing. It was a small job. Moses arranged for Jay to come out and give us an estimate within a week. Jay was on time, and very pleasant. The work was scheduled the following week. A 50% deposit was required. Jay came back out to do the install. He was once again on time and very pleasant and kind and answered a number of our questions. We expected the work to take a couple of hours. Jay was done in a little over an hour and he was very thorough and efficient. We're very pleased with our new window. We will definitely be calling Beacon Hill Glass if we ever need window repair or replacement in the future. Pat W.

We had a shattered glass French Door; after a few other companies came out to provide estimates,…read morethey let us know it would be very difficult since the doors would likely need to be replaced due to the way the glass was installed into the center of the door. Sunset was the only company of the three that said they would be able to do it. I ordered the glass and was told they would call me after 7 days, when they expected it to arrive. I did not receive a call, so followed up with a call nearly two weeks later. They told me they did have the glass and would have someone schedule a time to come out. (Why did I have to call them when I was told they would call me as soon as it arrived)? It took another 3 weeks before they were able to come out. The installer, Elliott, was awesome! He deserves 5 stars! He used part of our garage to assemble the door; it ended up that it was actually a fiberglass door--not wood, so it was difficult for him to rout out the trim. It took several hours, but he was able to do it, and sealed up the trim when done. He cleaned up the mess in the garage, so you would never know he spent 3.5 hours working on a door there. Your Sunset Glass service trucks may need to get maintenance done soon. A blob of oil was left behind on our driveway after he pulled out. Overall, the service of Elliott and the fellow (Doug?) who came out to provide the estimate, made the experience worthwhile. Professional and quality work.

His quote was by far the most reasonable of every one of the 4 companies we contacted, and while others were giving us an 8-12 week window, Moe was able to come out weeks earlier. On top of that, he is incredibly personable and charming -- just an absolute pleasure to work with. We needed a window replaced, and not only did he give us the best price, he completed the entire job in about three hours. He made the existing frame look like new and, when he was finished, even vacuumed the entire floor to make sure there wasn't a speck of dust or debris left behind. Great price, fantastic workmanship, incredibly responsive, and genuinely wonderful service. We couldn't have had a better experience and will absolutely call him again. Can't recommend Moe enough -- he is, for sure, the Glass Expert!

We had every window replaced in our house. From quote through installation, we were very pleased…read morewith the detail, care, and ease. Initially, we weren't sure if we wanted to replace panes of glass or entire windows. During Petr's walk through, he explained which windows would work to have individual panes replaced versus which were not salvageable. He also carefully explained how installation would work given newer windows aren't as deep so spacers would be inserted to make up the difference. His quote then showed the cost of replacing individual panes where possible versus the entire window so we could run the numbers and decide. I appreciated this transparency, he could have just told me I needed to replace entire windows and made more on the job. I was also told that there would be no follow up after the quote unless I had questions or wanted to proceed. I appreciated that it wasn't going to be some sort of hard sell as so many companies tend to do. We opted to replace all our windows and made a visit to their showroom to pick styles. Installation took 4 days and the crew arrived when promised every day and worked with care and attention including being careful with and kind to our small dog running around. Given the pandemic, they always wore their masks. At the end of the project they cleaned up completely after themselves. The crew lead noticed the retractable screen on our sliding door wasn't retracting smoothly so he said Milgard would be contacted to get customer service/repair/replacement started. Milgard called within 3 days. Everyone I came in contact with at Window Fellas is clearly passionate, knowledgeable, and meticulous. As a result we're very pleased with the entire process and final product. If only other home improvement projects went this well! Some reviewers have complained about a lack of response when trying to get a quote. I actually had originally contacted Window Fellas a couple of years ago and was told to submit a request via their website. I never heard back and didn't do anything further until I contacted them this go around. While I know it's frustrating to not get a response, it's worth following up! Once the connection is made, you will have their full attention, care, and expertise. I am sure they regret any missed contacts, but I have seen first hand that they are committed to providing the best service and product. You won't regret it.

I cannot recommend 7Glass due to severe scheduling dysfunction, physical property damage, and a…read morecomplete lack of public integrity from the owner. Initially, they provided a reasonable price and quickly installed a giant mirror in my downstairs half bath. The technicians themselves were polite while in my home. However, the rest of the experience was a disaster. First, they have a massive communication issue. They showed up for the installation without confirming a time when I was home. They also failed to confirm the second appointment but luckily caught me when I happened to be available. Second, they damaged my property. During the mirror installation, they made a couple of large gouges high up on my bathroom wall. Instead of pointing it out or apologizing, they left without a word. When I discovered the damage a few days later, I sent a polite email with photos to their coordinator, Ethan. I wasn't even asking for compensation - just acknowledgment. My email was ignored for a week. The worst part, and the reason for this 1-star review, is how the owner Vito handles accountability. After waiting a week with no reply, I posted an honest online review on Thursday evening detailing this experience. At 7am on Friday, Vito emailed me privately, apologizing for the trouble and stating he was sending technicians to "have the scratches taken care of." Less than two hours later, at 850am, two men showed up at my house. I was not available, and this marked the THIRD time they showed up without an appointment. Because they're closed on weekends, I planned to call them on Monday. However, on Saturday afternoon, the owner posted a public response to my review claiming they never send crews unannounced and outright denying responsibility for the wall damage. No company dispatches a crew to repair damage they aren't responsible for, yet they did exactly that before publicly lying about it - in two different ways! The disconnect between their private admissions and their public-facing deception is deeply disingenuous. They are disorganized, they damage property, and they will publicly blame the customer to protect their reputation. Do not trust them.
