I cannot say enough nice things about this company. At first I was a little hesitant to hire them because they only had a couple of reviews on yelp. Well I don't know why people haven't been writing more reviews for them because they are amazing. During a very busy time when other vendors were quoting me a couple of weeks to come estimate and even longer to install shower doors and a mirror over the sink, they came out within a day or two, gave me several different options to consider, and was able to schedule me within a couple of weeks for installation. One company came out and told me how difficult my set up was and didn't even think they could make it work due to the gap that would be there since the shower door couldn't lay flush with the bench. We have an issue with our current corner glass shower leaking. It was very, very likely an installation error by a builder 5 years back. I tried to find people who could take a look at this (plumbers, handymen, etc) back when I wasn't positive it was the shower glass, but really no one would. Eventually I was able to narrow it down to the shower frame and contacted Shower Door Specialties. Since they didn't install it, it wasn't part of their services to fix it, but they gave me reasonable quotes over the phone for new glass and would send someone over same day to take a look at the situation. Jacob showed up within a few hours and provided impeccable service. He took a look at everything, pointed out some installation issues and even re-sealed the shower first just to see if that would work to save us some money. He was fantastic and thought through our situation from a customer perspective and focus. He acknowledged that the sealing may not work due to the installation issues, but was very nice in that if it did, it could be simple.
