I was super bummed when something hit my windshield on I-5 and caused a big ding in my glass. Ugh!!!! I called Associated Glass to see how long it takes to get a rock chip repaired and he said about 30 minutes. I drove directly there, parked and went inside to pay. A very nice guy by the name of Mark took my car keys and told me it would only about 15 min. Sure enough, in 15 minutes the chip was gone and I was ready to go. It only cost $65 which I was thrilled with, additional chips (if taken care of at the same time) would only have been $10 each I believe. Double check prices, there may be slight variations, I'm not sure. My repair was only $65. I highly recommend this business!! read more

We had three windows in the front that were getting moisture inside and they need replacing. They came out and gave us a quote and after a wait due to the Lockdown, they were able to come out and put the new windows in. They obviously know what they are doing. Everything came out smoothly and he even vacuumed up everything and left things spotless. He cleaned all 3 new windows inside and out. I own a business in Snohomish. I don't know anything about doors or glass repair/replacement. They replaced our dated 70's doors with some "standard commercial doors" which look AWESOME. They came and measured everything complete with consultation, they were very respectful and friendly to guests who walked in and out during the consult, and they were very professional and knowledgeable. The doors were made to custom size, so I had no idea what they were going to look like. But Nat told me it would be a great improvement and totally enhance the look of my business-- EVEN THOUGH they were just STANDARD DOORS. (!!!) Once the doors were made and arrived, they took a few hours to install and adjust. They cleaned up after themselves. Then they stopped by a few times later that week (voluntarily) to make sure the hydraulics were all working correctly. I went to Associated Glass in Snohomish hoping they could cut some Window Panes for My Trailer that I bought. I had called numerous other places but no one got back to me. When I got there I was helped by Rachel Ann and she knew exactly what I needed. I gave her the panes and she measured them. I was able to pick them up a week later and they fit perfect. A larger glass company recommended them for my smaller job. Easy to get an appointment, measurements and proposal with clear communication. I had glass replaced in my French doors, a large window and another glass door. Work was excellent and cleaned up and washed windows. Price was fair and billing done over the internet. Their bid came in well under the competition and they did a great job. It did take over a month to have the replacements done but it wasn't urgent so it wasn't a problem. I had to replace a window above my roof. Sammy was on time and did a great job. I just had my windows cleaned about a month earlier and a seagull hit a window close to the one being replaced. I set up an appointment for a quote today between 3-5pm. My Brother left work early to be home by 3 for the appointment. No one ever showed up. I call at 4:45. Stay on hold for 9 minutes. Then tell her I was following up...she tells me he came. But she can't tell me when. She can't tell me why he didn't try calling. She can't tell me anything. She was able to say that maybe he came early...Oh...so ...before the two hour window when we were told he would. Looking at other reviews seems like No-Shows are a common occurrence with the company. I set an appointment with Jim at Snohomish to meet me for consultation and quote and got stood up. I called to confirm this morning and was told they had me booked and would see me later. I got off work early and drove an hour to meet them. Called to see where they were, after waiting twenty minutes, and was told that they were running late and they could be here in an hour. Nobody called to let me know they were running 1 to 1-1/2hrs late. !?!? They won't be getting my business. I have a 2500 square foot house and two apartment buildings that will be needing windows in the next couple years. I will not be using this local, family owned business. Horrible business. I've used Associated for decades and been quite satisfied, but recently I had the windshield on my BMW replaced with less than satisfactory results. The fabric on the side pieces were dirty and the fabric was messed up. Also, the automatic wiper sensor never worked. They said it was because the glass came from a different manufacturer than the OEM glass (which is true). Although that part of my complaint isn't their fault, they should give me a voucher to go to a place that can make the necessary adjustments to the system so it does work. This all came AFTER the first windshield that didn't work it WAS the OEM glass but was of such poor quality that looking through the glass was like looking through a pair of glasses with someone else's prescription. It made me feel I was experiencing vertigo. They agreed with me when I proved it to them, but they didn't believe it at first because they had never seen anything like it. I don't know, but all of this makes me very nervous about going back. They are so convenient and polite, but the bottom line is that I was unable to get satisfaction. read more

Outstanding operation. 2nd time requiring repair service in past two years. 1st time visit was for windshield that was leaking and shorting out heater fan motor on one of our cars and today repairs were required to replace the windshield molding coming which was coming off of our 2nd vehicle. Quotes/estimates was both right on, the time required for planning and to finish repairs was right on. Could not have asked for more reliable/pleasant experience. My daughter's passenger side window was shattered by a thief in Seattle. So we called around to find a reasonable price to have it fixed, since we were paying out of pocket. I had seen the reviews for Associated Glass on Yelp, so I gave them them a call. I am very happy to say that their reviews are well deserved! From the lady who answered the phone and was so sweet and informative, to everyone in the office when we brought her car in to be fixed. The whole staff was so friendly and nice! (Not to mention they were hands down the most reasonable in cost.) They had her car fixed in nothing flat and even cleaned it up for her! Can't say enough wonderful about this place. They replaced a residential slider broken in a burglary as well as a couple pick-up truck rear windows. They came to my house after-hours to temp somthing into the broken slider so I wouldn't be left opened all night...no charge. They were back by 8:00 the next AM with the replacement door, had it installed and all cleaned up in well under an hour. One truck rear window is the laminated type with a sliding access panel. They were absolute miracle workers with that fix. I'd recommend them for any glass needs. read more

We have used Associated Glass twice in the past couple of years. We ordered windows that we were installing ourselves from the Lynnwood location a couple of years ago. Paula L. helped us out. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. I remember that I just went into Associated Glass to buy a side light glass panel for our front door. Linda asked what else we were doing and I said we were replaci ng windows. She asked if she could give us a quote. The quote was better then a competitor. Plus, the windows were of a better quality. They arrived as promised and were nice looking. Recently we were in the market for a frameless shower panel. We immediately thought of Associated Glass. Again, Linda helped us. She listened to what we needed and made an appointment for us to have an estimate done. She was just as friendly as we remembered. Colin P. came out to do the estimate. He was on time, clean cut, respectful of our house and most importantly listened to our needs. We received the estimate for the enclosure in a day or 2. We thought the estimate was reasonable and we went ahead and ordered. Colin P. and Joe R. came out to do the install. As expected, they were on time, professionaly dressed, and respectful. The shower screen looks fabulous and was just what we ordered. They cleaned up after the job and made sure we were completely satisfied. I brought my SUV to Associated Glass for a rock chip repair. My windshield cracked while it was being fixed so I ended up needing a new windshield. After I picked up my car, my husband noticed that my dash had been cut in 3 places near the windshield. The dash was also discolored around the cuts. I brought it back in and they told me that they didn't cut the dash and it must have been there before. The discolored part on the cuts was where they colored it with a Sharpee pen to help it blend better. (black pen on a charcoal dash doesn't blend) I will never bring ANYTHING back to Associated Glass in Snohomish! read more

I had some double pane glass panels that leaked. The original manufacturer of the windows was bought by a larger company. The original warranty covered the windows and replacement.The Original manufacturer also had installation teams. When I contacted the new owner of the window company, Jeld-Wen, they informed me that they could provide the panels at no cost under the original warranty, but they would not provide installation. By sheer luck I drove by Associated glass on my way to my dentist one morning. I stopped in and they were immediately helpful. Jeld-Wen had supplied me panels already. They sent a service person out to measure the panels, so I had them on site at my home. Associated sent a service person out to take a look at the job and provide me a proposal. It turns out the glass panels that Jeld-Wen had sent were the wrong size. The associated glass person picked up the ball called Jeld-Wen with the correct sizes and secured the windows for me. By the time their team came out it was a fast 2-hour installation. The work is clean, they cleaned up after themselves, and the installation is professional. I would highly recommend Associated glass to anybody. They are a top-notch service contractor. read more

I had a rock chip in my windshield. I just showed up without calling and had my windshield repaird and was on my way in just 30minutes. Staff were friendly and polite. The office was decorated for Christmas, had a very pleasant waiting room with a K-cup machine that also had non-coffee choices. I can't wait to go back for my next repair! read more
