I'm so happy I found AAG. I had a new rock chip and my insurance company was giving me the run around on repairing it. Essentially they tried to get me to use my deductible on a ding the size of a quarter. I found AAG who gave me a reasonable quote and Muhammad was very accommodating to my schedule. He communicates well and is very informative! Some guys just fix your windshield and don't explain the process. He gave me tips on taking care of my windshield and even fixed a previous rock chip which was poorly done by some shady guy who I can't even find on yelp on anymore. I needed my windshield replaced immediately. I felt unsafe to drive until it was replaced. A small crack had become a complete horizontal crack during a camping trip. Called at 10 am on a Monday and they were at my home with a windshield by 2 pm. I realized they also replaced side mirrors while I was talking to them. Mo and his technician came out to my work and replaced my smashed window the next day after I called on a Sunday. Mo was the only glass guy around who answered the phone on Sunday which I really appreciated after having my window smashed that morning. He was able to come out and get it fixed many days earlier than Safelite. Mo has the personal touch ensuring that I'm very satisfied before making any payment. He also worked with my insurance and was able to take care of cracks in my windshield at the same appointment. Safelite came out a few days before and said they couldn't fix what Mo could! My windshield had a crack that spread the entire length of my windshield (rock from truck...ughhh). My car's windshield is connected to a lot of the sensors (lane departure, crash sensor, rain sensor, camera), so I was concerned with those still working. Derek did a fabulous job at Karen Radley in Woodbridge and it didn't take that long (1.5 hours). His price was reasonable since he had to calibrate for the sensors.
