They were also honest, and took care of my concerns of the issues with my car, which I appreciated and it was cheaper by a bit since he didn't need to adjust my rear wheels. I got my wheels balanced here by accident. Normally, I would have gone to Costco or Discount Tire to get it done for free, but since I was already here and they assured me I didn't need a 4-wheel alignment to fix my steering wheel vibration, I decided to go ahead. The price surprised me--$79 plus tax. I agreed just to get it over with, but what really caught me off guard was the environmental/shop supplies charge, which I had no idea about or why it was even necessary for a 4-wheel balancing job. On top of that, they wanted to charge a 3% fee for using a credit card. This is terrible business practice, and I'll never come back here again. read more

FAIR PRICES, FRIENDLY ETHICAL SERVICE. Don't let the name fool you. These are full service mechanics, they don't just sell tires. I made an appointment to bring my father-in-laws Honda Accord in to change out the headlight lenses. They had fogged up. Yes I know there is a chemical you can use to un-fog them but it really doesn't last. So anyway this was his Christmas gift. I already had the parts since I got them on-line, and they didn't give me a hard time about it. So, I was just charged for labor. So, I pick up the car in Bothell and drive it to Fast Eddies in Everett. "Why did you take it to a place so far away Tony B?" Well believe me, I called around. But several places did not follow up with me, or said they would not install parts that I provided myself. Fast Eddie's was easy to deal with. And we made an appointment for 10AM today. They were ready for me at 10, just as they said. I was told it would take 2 or three hours, and they were done around 1:30. So, that's pretty close. Oh, and When I checked in on Yelp, I got a pop-up with a 10% discount on labor! Fast, honest, they keep their word, and for those reasons I am awarding 5 stars. Thanks Fast Eddie! We took our 1999 Honda CRV in for a wheel alignment. These guys were great. They went above and beyond my expectations by rotating the tires (without us even asking them to) in addition to doing the alignment in order to get the ride "perfect". They road-tested it at least twice to check their work. They spent a lot of time with us explaining what they did as well as their numerous other service offerings. I will also be taking my cars to Fast Eddie's for oil changes in the future, as their prices are competitive and they are very thorough. Went into Fast Eddie's for an alignment on my C5 corvette and had a great experience. I requested a custom alignment spec for track use which was validated and configured by Ed. I ended up mis-remembering my appointment time and they couldn't have been nicer about getting my car in for the next opening. No problems using the service discount listed on the yelp page. I was pricing around for a basic tune up via Yelp and Fast Eddie's replied wanting around $528 plus tax. Are you kidding me? Since when does it cost nearly $550 to have spark plugs, wires, air filter and distributor cap swapped out? He must have thought I was beyond stupid. Other places wanted between $100-150. I got tires here a couple of years ago when I lived in Everett, they treated me well, fair pricing, straight forward communication tires, prompt and courteous service. I needed an oil change since my freebies from the dealership were all used up; tire rotation and balance. Even though I live in Bothell now, I found after calling around, they include tire rotation with an oil change, and got a fair price on balancing. They got me in, told me it could take 90 plus minutes, I was okay with that, waited for it and what do you know...in about 45 minutes my car was parked out front. Great shop, great people! read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Crap service and piss poor communication. They told me that my car needed an alignment and and my tires were bad. They said they couldn't do the alignment unless I buy new tires, like most people I couldnt just throw down for 4 brand new tires and an alignment. They charged me for an alignment check $60 just to get my car back, because I got a better quote else wher. I went best tire center and they were super friendly and knowledgeable. Got 4 new tires and it turns out my car didn't even need an alignment, just needed my wheels balanced, so saved money there. F*** this place, if I could I would piss on Eddie's face. read more

They were busy so they asked us to wait, they were able to get it fixed. And their kindness w/their charges & giving us carnations as a thank you made my momma cry! First impressions: quick responses via Yelp; saw another customer hug Phil as they was leaving (sign to me of great customer service); clean shop Lasting impression: went to pick up car they had worked on and Phil noticed my hood on my other vehicle was slightly lifted. I explained how I needed to bring it in to him to see if he could fix the latch or replace it for me. Phil took his time, after closing mind you, to tighten down the latch for me. It wasn't a huge deal but obviously I didn't know how to fix it and some other shop probably would've told me a needed a new hood or something crazy. Thank you Phil for everything! This is a great place! I drive up from North Seattle because I trust the employees here and that is worth a 35 minute drive. I've been through twice to get an oil change and the most recent one (early March 2022) was $85. It was spendy, but I don't know what the standard rates are elsewhere in Northern Seattle/Northern Washington. The mechanics recommended that I change my air filter, get new tires, and told me which of my lightbulbs were out. They took pictures of my car in the shop and the friendly woman at reception showed them to me and explained everything. She also took me back to the shop, without my having to ask, to show me what exactly was worn on my tires. When I explained that I could change the light bulbs and filter myself, she even wrote down all the part numbers for me. I'll definitely be back to get my tires later this spring. read more

I can not say enough about Phil and the rest of the team, they took such excellent care of me and my car I came in for a simple oil change, first time here, my mechanic recommended fast eddies because he was swamped. Then I arrived I was informed that with oil changes they also rotate the tires....great!! Well the oil changed went as planned but what didn't go as planned was a huge gouge down to the steel belts in my back tire. My plan was to drive to Spokane the next day, I didn't need this!!! Phil was on it!! Order my tires to arrive the next morning, gave me a more than sweet deal on 4 continental cross cut tires. Showed up this morning and the whole team got right on it, an hour later I'm on my way to Spokane and cannot thank everyone enough. I have lived in Indiana, California, and now Washington and I can easily say this is the best experience I have had with a car repair business. I'll save a lot of people time and just point out that this is the most honest and affordable car repair business I have ever been to and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. If you would like to read about my experience with them, please read below: First, I called them and told them about the recommendations Firestone gave me for my car. Firestone had suggested that I have my left strut mount replaced and my front and rear brakes replaced. Phil told me to bring my car over right away and they would look at it and give me a second opinion for free. It turned out the noise I thought (and Firestone told me) was my left strut mount was my sunglasses case rattling (definitely embarrassing on my part, but even more so on Firestone's part in my opinion). I was so appreciative of this first service I recieved that I took my car back a few days later to get my brakes checked. It turned out I just had a bit of dust on them, but still had 70-90% left on both the front and rear pads. They cleaned them off and now they work beautifully without any squeaks or squeals. So basically what it comes down to is that Fast Eddie's saved me over $1,000 and was honest with me about what was going on with my car. On top of all of that, they gave me a flower after they cleaned my brakes off!! How sweet is that?! Seriously guys, go here! You won't be disappointed! read more

This was my first time to Fast Eddie's. I had heard positive things about them in the past and I was no longer satisfied with my current repair shop. My previous shop said I had 25% left on front and rear brakes of my F-150 and it would cost about $900 for the work. Fast Eddie's inspected the brakes, said I had about 40% left, and could grind the ceramic rotors. The previous shop wanted to replace them. Since we tow an RV I wanted to make sure that the brakes were good. I had Fast Eddie's do the work and it cost a little over $500. They did an inspection of my truck and noticed one of the rear license plate lights was out so they went ahead and fixed it. Phil walked us through how they do business and treat their customers. He was very nice and friendly and thorough. He appreciated his honesty and we felt he was looking after our best interest.
