The short story is that these guys are great and they fixed my car. I can't recommend them enough. The long story is that I took my 2011 Subaru Impreza to both the Subaru dealership I bought it from and the "Subaru experts" on Everett Ave. and neither one of them could figure out what was wrong. My car kept dying randomly and no one--NO ONE--at the subaru specialists could figure it out. Dude at Northwest Subie Specialists said that he'd charge me something like $3000 to run a full diagnostic on my car to figure it out because whatever the problem was was "highly unusual." Fast forward to me bringing it to Alix and Ahmed at Everett Auto Service: they took one look at it and figured out it was the negative battery terminal harness, they helped me find the part on Ebay, and they swapped it out in less than an hour and guess what? Best shop in Everett. Actually best shop in the entire area north of Seattle!! I'm from small town American where there are managed by people not corporations and they actually care about the community they're in! They will help you if you have an emergency even if they are closing shop, they will tell you exactly what's wrong and SHOW you so you know that they aren't charging you for unnecessary parts. They are under new management and this guy actually cares about his customers. They helped me out SO much and charged SO LITTLE for the work that was done because they know I was in a bad spot. Ahmed at at Everett Auto Service gave me great service. He replaced rusted front end tie rods which was on a 2007 Honda CRV that I had recently purchased. The vehicle came from Massachusetts where they use road salt in mass quantities during the winter. The rusted tie rods were exactly a safety issue. Ahmed did excellent work and gave me a very fair price. He also referred after the work was done to another shop for the alignment that was now needed. His referred shop also gave me a fair price. The guys at this shop are my heroes!! I have a lock out device in my car. It was saying it was going to Locke me and I wouldn't be able to drive. But nobody knew why I was getting that message nit the company of the device or the shop. Eventhough they were very very busy they took the time to figure it out for me. I have two job and go to school fulltime so I need my car and without there help I don't what I would of done. Just amazing customer service and patience. I'm so grateful for them. Ahmed was transparent with pricing and was quick to communicate updates with my car's service. This is the best repair shop in Everett! They fixed a botched drum brake job and they did it without having to buy new parts. My car wouldn't start and I got it towed here on a Friday evening thinking I would be without a vehicle for at least 4 days or more because of the weekend. They diagnosed my car right away, the starter motor went out, and had in fixed first thing in the morning on the weekend!!! They also discounted my fees.
