The guy that first helped me out was at the front desk. Did his job, right I dropped off my truck to get an inner lock equipment in my vehicle I came back and the fender that he was working on was scrach and he doesn't want to be responsible for the damages. He just thought it was OK to not pay him for his labor for the Interlock device, is 275 and the damage that he did cost more on my vehicles if anyone comes and gets work done. the Everett auto shop is a very poorly run business. They do not look out for their customers. They are extremely rude. My truck was towed to there space for my 10 o'clock app. The owner was so disrespectful I could not understand what he was saying then proceeded to tell me how this is my shop u take your truck some where else. there was no reason for what he did. Now I have a tow bill for Nothing . I would never recommend any one to use there shop for anything. read more

Bought a used car from a dealer that didn't want to help me out said it was fully inspected, ended up needing a wide variety of services, they helped me out and made me feel confident in my purchase, replaced power steering pump, steering rack, front struts and brakes and rotors, and referred me to a great windshield replacement, runs and drives like a dream now gonna get some new tires before the summer time, Thank you Alix and Ahmed for helping me get through this read more

I am so thankful for the immediate help I received from this business! I was visiting my daughter in Everett and the Cooling Fan would not turn off and battery drained. After calling 6 Ford dealerships in surrounding areas and being told 2 months out for appointment I started looking at Yelp for nearby good service! They said bring in and they helped me in 1 day! My car had a bad coolant leak. It was a pipe under the intake manifold and had cracked. I talked to ALEX who is the worst mechanic I've ever dealt with. 0/10 would recommend. A week later after I pick up my car, pay A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT of $700. A week later I'm driving my car with the worst fuel smell. So I decided to take it to a mechanic I actually trust with prices and good labor. Turns out this dude got some kind of frustration and he "completely screwed up, it's all bad, looks like someone literally took a butcher knife to all these cut up lines" is what the other mechanic said. HOW DANGEROUS IS THAT? Idc the reason, it was exact timing- having it happen just 5-7 days later when the cars NEVER had fuel problems.... this place just sucks all around if they do that (and I'm pretty sure he messed with it cuz he thought I'd bring it back, paying RIDICULOUS amount to for him to fix what he screwed up on my ONLY car! read more

Alot of people are not knowledgeable of this Business! I would never take a vehicle to this so called Business. I am in the area and I have seen it all! They allow homeless and drug addicts live in their broken down Vehicles some employees are doing drugs I have watched them take parts off of these condemned vehicles and literally put them on your cars;! Yes they seem to be kind though they do not care about the neighbors nor our safety. We in our neighborhood have witnessed the gentleman who runs the shop to say he is getting rid of all the broken down vehicles:( for almost 3 years now and nothing has changed. I know for a fact your Vehicles have been left on the street and some of you have had your car slept in. There are rats everywhere on the property I'm sure this is due to the garbage, everywhere. The gentleman keeps the front of his business picked up just look at the back side, the Lombard avenue side and the back of the building! Shut them down read more

Paid 411$ for a fuel cap seal and spark plugs....went in Originally to get and emissions valve...simple fix average cost of 200$ ....... cars is still broken with now 2 times of being without it while they said it would be 45 minutes and they locked it in their shop without consent for days. And still have to take it elsewhere to get it fixed.....GUY THAT LIVVES ABOVE IT IS A SCAMMER FOR SURE. And he is the "manager". read more

The new owner here is great! Took my car here and they had it fixed in one day!! I took it to Buckys down the street first to get a quote and was quoted over $500 more than SS Auto charged me! Call in and speak to Ahmed I think his name was. You won't be disappointed! Now only if the snow could melt away so I could actually drive! Beware! Brought my vehicle in attempting to get a muffler modification (specifically an OEM muffler modification attached are pictures of what the modification should have looked like and what it actually looked like). So I bring my car in we agree on $200 they cut off the muffler and several days later they return my call and tell me the exhaust is done well I get there and its a mess. The managers start arguing and calling each other idiots right in front of me and long story short they have to buy me a whole new exhaust system, they re-do the muffler and this time will not return my vehicle unless I pay $658, long story short EPD was called and we ended up agreeing on $400. Save yourself a headache and steer clear of ss auto in Everett they are very dishonest and unprofessional. read more

I got my fuel pump done here and they warrientied there work so I said sounds good. It had been a pain in my ass for a while and I had taken it to a mechanic previously who couldnt figure out the culprit. Hussan was able to fix all the problems with my car. *Under New Ownership And Staff 2020* SS Automotive has been serving the greater Everet Area since the late 2000's. Converted from an old gas station to the roomy 6 lift auto repair shop it is today. Over the last couple years the shop became cluttered and its productivity fell. In 2020 the owner decided he needed to get the shop back on its feet. He brought in Ahmed Akasha from his other repair shop in Seattle to oversee getting the shop back in working order. Ahmed and technicians Hussien thoroughly cleaned and upgraded the facility and prepared to re open SS. We are looking to establish our name as the most affordable and efficient shop in the area. Its our goal to repair every customers car that comes to see us in a timely, honest, and professional way. If your tired of repair shops trying to sell you things you don't need or repairs that are over priced and shadely done, this is the shop for you! Be it regular maintenance, repairs, or custom work, we wont disappoint!

For the vehicle safety inspection, I didn't have to make an appointment. It was fine to do a walk-in. When I visited Emily's Garage, there was a customer who was pretty upset with the repairs and the cost. I was able to hear what the customer had to go through but I would not comment on that as I have limited information. From my experience of getting my vehicle inspected, I was very surprised at how quickly they were able to complete the vehicle inspection. It was done in less than 2 minutes, and I paid over $50 for that service. For comparison, when I had my vehicle inspected at Les Schwab Tire Centers in Portland, they spent over 20 minutes to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and the cost for the inspection was only $20. Will I re-visit Emily's Garage for the vehicle inspection? Probably not but if the state requires me to get the vehicle inspection done, I will probably have no choice as there are not that many shops that offer the ASE-certified inspection.

There are many websites online that claim to offer lower prices for large replacement OEM parts, but these prices rarely hold up once you reach the shipping step. It needed lift maintenance and a couple minor parts replacements - which I knew about in advance. I was quoted a price which seemed entirely reasonable. The service guy, Alex, texted me quoting a price on the necessary parts. I guided him to a place online where the parts were significantly less expensive. He thanked me and sourced the parts there. They added no markup and completed the repairs in a reasonable amount of time. At the end of the day I knew I was going to have to drop some coin on a repair that I was not ready to do myself. I actually spent less than I thought it would cost and feel like I got a really good deal for what I paid. I am having a hard time finding the words to express my relief at not being mislead or 'taken' by a service department...which sadly seems to be the standard. The short story is that these guys are great and they fixed my car. I can't recommend them enough. The long story is that I took my 2011 Subaru Impreza to both the Subaru dealership I bought it from and the "Subaru experts" on Everett Ave. and neither one of them could figure out what was wrong. My car kept dying randomly and no one--NO ONE--at the subaru specialists could figure it out. Dude at Northwest Subie Specialists said that he'd charge me something like $3000 to run a full diagnostic on my car to figure it out because whatever the problem was was "highly unusual." Fast forward to me bringing it to Alix and Ahmed at Everett Auto Service: they took one look at it and figured out it was the negative battery terminal harness, they helped me find the part on Ebay, and they swapped it out in less than an hour and guess what? Best shop in Everett. Actually best shop in the entire area north of Seattle!! I'm from small town American where there are managed by people not corporations and they actually care about the community they're in! They will help you if you have an emergency even if they are closing shop, they will tell you exactly what's wrong and SHOW you so you know that they aren't charging you for unnecessary parts. They are under new management and this guy actually cares about his customers. They helped me out SO much and charged SO LITTLE for the work that was done because they know I was in a bad spot. Ahmed at at Everett Auto Service gave me great service. He replaced rusted front end tie rods which was on a 2007 Honda CRV that I had recently purchased. The vehicle came from Massachusetts where they use road salt in mass quantities during the winter. The rusted tie rods were exactly a safety issue. Ahmed did excellent work and gave me a very fair price. He also referred after the work was done to another shop for the alignment that was now needed. His referred shop also gave me a fair price. The guys at this shop are my heroes!! I have a lock out device in my car. It was saying it was going to Locke me and I wouldn't be able to drive. But nobody knew why I was getting that message nit the company of the device or the shop. Eventhough they were very very busy they took the time to figure it out for me. Came in sick to my stomach because my car kept breaking down and needed to get to work. I told Ed what was going on and he immediately knew the cause. They were able to fix my car within a few hours and were honest and fair priced. Definitely taking my car back anytime I need maintenance done. got my car towed in today cause alternator and water pump went out. second they opened they started helping me with no questions. the owner was blunt straight forward and very kind, willing to help and work with you. let alone a place that will work on northstar engines is a bonus due to my car being a older Cadillac. never felt so informed and helped out the gate. customer service 10/10 work ethic 10/10 attitude 15/10 read more

this shop is incredible ! when stranded with a horse trailer and an overheating truck, they saved the day and got us in and our issue figured out. was able to pick up the next day, mind honest hardworking and intelligent crew who gets the job done and didn't try to mess with us at all. huge shout out to Ahmad and Alex, we are so grateful! wish they were closer to home so I could use them as my primary shop! read more

Ahmed was transparent with pricing and was quick to communicate updates with my car's service. I got my front brake pads, spark plugs and belts all replaced, and got my battery installed and tires rotated. He was able to get my car in and serviced all on the same day within a few hours. Wow Alex really saved me on my car, I got quoted at Lexus for a timing chain replacement at $6600, I spoke Alex and not only did he quote me at less than half price, he took my car in within the week and finished it up in 3 days. Our catalytic converter was stolen and apparently it was quite the hack job. Everett Auto replaced it super quickly and efficiently! Its never fun to have car troubles, but Ahmed and and the people here relieved a lot of our stress. They were straightforward, helpful, and very friendly. Great experience at everett auto service.i originally took it to another shop which gave me an very high estimate. I called everett auto and they were very friendly and looked at my car for free.fixed my car the same day for a quarter of my original estimate. Cars been running great since. This is the best repair shop in Everett! They fixed a botched drum brake job and they did it without having to buy new parts. The manager was awesome and the young man at the desk worked really hard to help me to understand what work was being done and the costs. My Sunfire now brakes as smooth as it drives. I had a problem with my car that I got checked out by a different shop and they quoted me 900, I took it here and Ahmed and his technicians took a look and diagnosed my car in front of me and it literally quoted me 175 to fix everything I needed. Their shop is amazing and it saved me a pretty penny! I recommend this shop! Best shop in downtown! read more

My car wouldn't start and I got it towed here on a Friday evening thinking I would be without a vehicle for at least 4 days or more because of the weekend. They diagnosed my car right away, the starter motor went out, and had in fixed first thing in the morning on the weekend!!! They also discounted my fees. I was at a conference, and my car battery died. They came over to give me a jump, and then they replaced the battery on that day. As far as I know, the battery cost was reasonable It was surprisingly quick and easy. It let me get to the last event of the conference. Thanks guys! read more

Bought a car but I live far out of town. They found a serious problem and stayed late working hard to make sure I could get home the same day or until they were certain that they wouldn't be able to do it. They got it done same day and their work was STR8 $$$ read more
